With Gulf views from balconies, this charming home promises style and cozy relaxation – true to is Spanish name that translates “Nest on the Beach.” Steps from the Dune Pool and the crossover to the beach, it has a prime location on Grand Boulevard, and it’s the absolute epitome of charming.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACES:
A covered front porch, with sliding shutters that provide shade, welcomes you and your guests to this three-story stunner.
Inside, family and friends can relax in the cozy space on the second floor, an open-concept main living area. Sink into a comfortable sofa or the chairs, set before a wall-mounted smart TV, in a room lined with casual shiplap. A fan with palm frond-shaped blades twirls above. A convenient coffee bar with a mini fridge and water faucet make movie night a fun and convenient experience. In the adjacent dining area, the handsome table seats ten for game night fun or for a special meal, while a chandelier dripping with shells sets the coastal scene! Overlooking it all, a fantastic kitchen features a blue-and-white tile backsplash and easy-access, open shelving, along with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping snacks after a day at the beach or a delicious dinner. The kitchen island provide seating for additional friends to join the party! A convenient powder room accompanies the second floor gathering spaces.

This living area opens to the spacious 2nd-floor balcony, which has a view of the dune crossover and Gulf waters beyond. Enjoy the outdoor dining table and a comfy seating area that looks toward the water and over the community. The back balcony has a grill for the family pit master and a nice view of the charming pocket park on the backside of the home where kids can enjoy a fun run or game of tag. A spacious laundry room on the first floor offers two washers and dryers and additional cabinets and counter tops for convenient storage and cleanup from a day of fun in the sun.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The crowning jewel of the home is the third-floor primary king suite with private balcony boasting fantastic Gulf view! A sliding, barn door opens to a spacious bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with large soaker tub. Double vanities and a spacious closet allow a comfortable stay for any length of time. It’s a romantic, private suite you’ll love and never want to leave.

On the second floor, a handsome king suite with all-white bedding makes a comfortable retreat. A private bathroom with stylish shower offers easy convenient cleanup after a long day.

On the first floor, a third king suite features a private bathroom and a barn door opening that slides closed for privacy. A bunk suite offers built-in fun for the kids with a twin-over-twin and twin-over-full that sleeps a total of five. A private bathroom for the bunk room with two handy showers for faster cleanup make the bunk suite a great space for the kids of all ages. In the fifth bedroom there are two twin beds for additional friends that have a lovely hallway bathroom to allow for convenient comfort.

GREAT FEATURES: The gas grill is yours to use on the second-floor, back balcony, conveniently located by the kitchen. Built-in storage shelves under the stairs, outside the laundry room, on the first level provide a great spot for beach gear and towels as you come and go. Proximity to the Dune Pool and the Beach are great advantages to staying at this rental!

From the moment we walked through the door, it felt less like a rental property and more like a beautifully curated home that dear friends had graciously lent us for the week. We stayed here over Thanksgiving with a family group of 13, including two little ones (ages 4 and 6), and the layout could not have been more ideal. Every room, every corner, every detail felt intentionally designed for comfort, togetherness, and effortless relaxation.The house was immaculately clean—truly spotless—and stocked with absolutely everything we could have possibly needed. It was obvious that the owners put a tremendous amount of care into maintaining and preparing this home for guests. Nothing felt worn, nothing felt “rental-grade.” Instead, it all felt high-quality, thoughtfully chosen, and incredibly welcoming.And the location? Unreal. Just steps from the beach, which made our mornings and evenings unbelievably peaceful. But the real cherry on top was the front porch. That porch quickly became our nightly ritual spot—whether it was for winding down after a long beach day, sipping something warm in the cool evening air, or simply enjoying time together while listening to the waves. It was magical.Every single detail of this house made our Thanksgiving week unforgettable. We kept finding ourselves saying, “They thought of everything!” because they truly had. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this one absolutely stands out above the rest. We’re already talking about coming back—and honestly, we plan to stay here again and again. That’s how amazing it was.If you’re considering this home, just book it. It’s exceptional in every way

Our stay was perfect. The house itself is beautiful, fully equipped, spacious for large families, and walking distance to everything. We have no complaints. I do recommend booking dinner reservations in advance especially if you have a large group like we did. We ended up going to the store and grilling every night, which the house had everything to cook with. First time coming to cinnamon shores and we will be back!

Loved the open concept of living and kitchen and dining. Plenty of room for 6 ladies and all their belongings. The front porch was our hangout for breakfast coffee and late night laughs and conversation. Just a couple of suggestions: Pillows in the bunk bedroom and the bedroom on 2nd floor need to be replaced----guests complained they were flat. Lock on front door was very difficult to operate. Suggest replacing or repair. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff.

Before everyone left they were already planning a return trip!!! The house was perfect for our family of eight, everyone had their own floor for privacy, with the open floor plan for perfect for family gatherings. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in this house. The house was in a great location, and it was clean. However, there were a few things that we found to be a negative. The breaker tripped while cooking breakfast. It took two hours for maintenance to come and flip a switch because the breaker box is locked away. This happened to us during both stays. The mosquitoes were overwhelming! We noticed many that apparently had been smashed against walls and windows by previous guests. We could not use the outdoor space of our home because the mosquitoes were SO bad. Also, we killed 2-3 roaches every day during our stay. As much as we like this house and community, I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came here for a family reunion with my adult children, and grandkids. We all had a fabulous time. The house had all the supplies and amenities we needed. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. Kiera pool had a great setup with food and drink service available at your table or canopy, and was our favorite meeting area. The house kitchen is well equipped and we also cooked several of our dinners there. For supplies we used the HEB in Flour Bluff or the IGA in Port Aransas.
