From the moment you enter you will immediately enter into vacation mode!
This beautiful home offers everything you will need for a great vacation! Gorgeous waterfront backyard oasis with a covered lanai, outdoor dining and an inviting swimming pool overlooking a beautiful open bay waters teeming with dolphins and manatees! Sit at the end of the dock and drop a line! Pool is heated to 82 degrees. Pool pumps/ heater runs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. during winter and fall months. If you want the temperature higher, there will be an additional daily fee.

From the inside, the spacious great room open concept offers ample seating for relaxing or kicking back for a movie! The open kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a study offers a breezy open floor plan with room to stretch out or entertain. The master en-suite has a king size bed and walk in shower! The 1st Guest room offers a queen bed and is also en-suite with full bath. The 2nd Guest room has 2 Full size beds. The study area offers a queen size pull out sofa bed with great views of the pool area and bay waters. BTR#1715

All in All………Dock of the Bay will sleep 8 comfortably but will sleep 10!

Things to know:
- This property offers a 3 to 5 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags
- You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be
the responsible party.
- No Smoking. or vaping in the home – up to $500 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the house
- No Pets.
- No Parties.
- No Trailers
- No Parking in garage

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.

*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.

We do not give refunds or credits for cold weather and or mechanical failures. We will do everything possible to remedy any situation within our control.
