- In the event of a low tide, please be aware that due to very shallow water, the boat tied to the dock could be left sitting on the sea floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 at the front door facing the entrance, 1 on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 on the back right corner of the home facing the rear yard, and 1 on the back left corner of the home facing the rear yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. They will record video when activated by motion and will be turned on during your stay
- The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. A desired temperature cannot be guaranteed. For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather
