This is a beautiful home to have a family vacation. The host communicates back with you very fast. This home is kept up very nicely. Good home to wake up early in the morning to watch dolphins come into the bay.

Excellent for our fishing birthday excursion for our 14-year-old and his buddies, all from Tampa. Well-appointed, comfortable beds, great food and putt-putt nearby drive. Would hope to stay again for similar trip when weather less windy and warmer!

The amenities and boat dock were nice, and the living space was accommodating. None of the rooms had closets, and the bathrooms had no ventilation. Besides that and some minor inconveniences, the experience was great!

There were no dressers in any of the rooms. There were no closets either. There were not many basics in the kitchen. There were no mixing bowls, no cookie sheets, no serving platters. The furniture was arranged oddly, where the couches were back-to-back and not facing the TV. We had to rearrange the furniture.

Thank you for your feedback. We followed up with the owner, who would like to clarify the following:- The home includes two walk-in closets in Bedrooms 1 and 2, and we plan to add new closets with shelving to the remaining king bedrooms.- The property has 65” smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room, with seating arranged to enjoy both the TV and the water views.- Kitchen essentials, including mixing bowls, are stored in the lower cabinets; no concerns were reported during the stay, but assistance would have been provided.- The pool is heated by solar panels at no additional cost.We appreciate you sharing this feedback.

We rented this house for a week with 3 generations of family ranging from 25 to 87. We all had room to hang out, watch TV (smart TVs), eat meals together and enjoy our vacation. The 3 bathrooms were in great shape with plenty of towels for our group of 8. Two bathrooms are en suite and the third in the hallway for the other 3 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were decent sized. As I saw in a previous review - no dressers in the bedrooms, but there was some shelving space in most rooms, and some places to hang things (but very few hangers and mostly cheap wire dry cleaner hangers). The kitchen was lovely and the long countertop and stools were a great place for meals. Decently outfitted with plates and glasses etc. - just had to run the dishwasher each night. Nice to have paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc as a starting point. Beautiful view off the back of the house, but there is quite a slope from the house to the dock, which made me a little nervous with older folks with balance issues. Our main complaint was the weather, which made it too cold to swim or sit outside - but that is totally not the fault of the house! We would have loved to try the pool but it was very cold as solar heating can only do so much!The place seemed well equipped with air conditioners, but we ended up having the heat on - lows in the 40s and highs around 60 for most of the week.
