Beautiful home located at the end of cul de sac in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Nicely furnished interior with central air and heat, bedroom ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout.
First floor: full kitchen with bar seating for 3, dining area with seating for 6, living room, bathroom w/ shower, bedroom (queen bed).
Second floor: full bath and 2 bedrooms (king bed, 2 double beds).
Private shaded yard (0.3 acres) with a benched fire pit (wood included) and plenty of room for yard games. Also outdoors is a picnic table, small benched deck, gas grill and outdoor shower. Enjoy morning coffee and evenings on a furnished screened-in porch w/ ceiling fan and television.

Additional amenities: Infant Pack ‘n Play/sheets, child gate, luggage racks, indoor games (adult and kids), books (adult and kids), outdoor kids games and corn hole, beach towels, beach chairs (6), beach umbrella, bodyboards.

Great house with all of the amenities you need for spending time in Martha's Vineyard which included beach essentials(chairs, umbrella, coolers). The propery had big yard which included outdoor shower, sreened back porch, fire pit and cornhole game

Bliss on the Vineyard

Tim and Laura’s Vineyard home was everything as advertised and more. My family and I were delighted with cleanliness, furnishings and special touches our host furnished. We were surprised by the generous house warming gift Laura and Tim left for us when we arrived on the first day. That being a bottle of wine and pretzels to dip in a sweet mustard sauce. My favorite room was the screened porch with a mounted television!! The fire pit and grill made us feel right at home. The central AC kept us cool during the hot summer days! The location was perfect for easy access to the shops and beaches! I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone’s next vacation on the Vineyard. I have been renting for forty years on the Vineyard and Laura and Tim’s home ranks amongst the best we’ve enjoyed!! PS 
 my wife told me to tone the review down , she wanted to make sure it would be available for us next year!! LoL

A lovely escape in vineyard haven

We enjoyed our stay and loved how organized and welcoming the house was. Laurie was super responsive and helpful for any of our needs. The outdoor shower is wonderful, and we utilized the fire pit, grill, and 3 season porch. The house is close to the town center and easy to walk or drive there. Overall we loved staying here and we would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect Stay in Vineyard Haven

Absolutely loved this place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location within Vineyard Haven. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and super convenient to everything ferry, shops, beaches, and restaurants. Communication was smooth and everything was exactly as expected. Would 100% stay here again next time we’re on Martha’s Vineyard.

Perfect home away from home

This property has everything you need for a home away from home. All you need is food and drinks. Three great bedrooms with large beds. Located on the end of a cul-de-sac with a fire pit and lots of space for entertaining. Very quiet at night. Only a short drive, bike or walk to the harbor.

Phenomenal

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The house was more than enough space for our family of four, and truly felt like we were staying at someone’s home vs “just another rental”. The kitchen was large and well stocked, the beds were great and bedrooms large. My daughters loved playing in the yard and building campfires, while my wife and I enjoyed the grill and screened in porch. A car is definitely needed, but Vineyard Haven Main St is less than 5 mins away and plenty of beaches nearby too. We loved our stay!

Peaceful Getaway

Laurie’s home was immaculate and was a great spot to relax after touring the Vineyard. Its beachy decor set the mood for our entire vacation. In other words, happy and relaxed. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood turkeys strolling through the large yard or flying into the trees. It was close to town and the campground where other family members were staying. Our group included 5 adults and a 20 month old and the home was spacious enough for all of us and included so many amenities that all we really needed to bring was food, diapers, and clothing.

Great experience, again!

We have stayed at Laurie and Tim’s house multiple times on our trips to MV. The house is perfect for our family for a variety of reasons. The layout/space is great, the house is in immaculate condition, and they go above and beyond to provide all the comforts of home. Additionally, the location is great - close enough to great shops and restaurants, with all of the benefits of a quiet neighborhood. Our kids love exploring the books and games and playing with the yard games and beach toys. We will definitely be back!

Great accomodations

We were sad to leave when our time ended! The best things about this home were the comfortable and roomy bedrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Other reviewer’s are correct that this house has everything you need. My only suggestion for improvement would just be a refresh of the screen porch, which had cushions that were little worn/dingy and needed a sweep out as well as the deck/shower area where the boards were rotted in spots. The screen porch is a fantastic area to sit in would be even more awesome if it was as immaculate as the house. Over all this home is very clean and comfortable and you can feel the good vibes from the hosts while you are there. They have thoughtfully provided everything!

Great property - as advertised with many surprises as well. Beautifully furnished house, perfect for just chilling out, or to use as base for sightseeing in MV. Laurie is a great host. We hope to visit again next year.

Rural vibe yet close to town

The property to well thought out and comfortable. From an assortment of charging cables to ample paper goods. You walk in and feel right at home. We totally enjoyed time together on the screened porch. For enjoyment outside there is cornhole, a large fire pit with benches and an outdoor shower. The kitchen sink is a showstopper! There are many board games and conversation starters throughout the house. Minutes from shops, grocers and restaurants in Vineyard Haven. Our group agrees this is a great choice for a home away from home! PS The turkeys are friendly!

Well-appointed home in a great location

This house is quiet, nicely decorated, super-clean, and has everything you want, and nothing you don't. The hosts have clearly thought through what a vacationer would require, and have supplied it -- in the places one would look! The location is superb - just a mile from Vineyard Haven. Lambert's Cove beach is a short drive. I have rented on the Vineyard over the last 30 years, and this is the nicest place I have stayed.

Perfect Get-Away

The property was beautiful, tucked away on a cul-de-sac that within walking distance to town. The house is equipped with everything you’ll need and then some. My husband and I vacation regularly in the Vineyard and this was one of our favorite stays. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Marvelous getaway

The house is very comfortable and clean. Everything is new, and it’s well-equipped. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Main Street, grocery stores, and routes to get around the island.

Great Place, Great Stay

This is a lovely house with nicely decorated spacious rooms. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the porch is a lovely spot for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a good book. Its location makes it easy to get to shopping, beaches, and island exploring. We had a lovely time.

"Pure Perfection"

Wow, this place is beyond amazing. Quant house, perfect location. Perfectly situated at the end of the cul-d-sac. Just enough space from the very friendly neighbors. Trees surround the back of the home where you will find my favorite location, the perfectly appointed screened in porch where wild turkeys abound. Myself, husband and 2 adult daughters started out every morning there with our coffee and planning the day. Our days ended there with our wine and card games. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and cotton linens. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, I wish we would have searched all the cupboards before as most of the staples were already there. We prepared 2 full dinners and were not in need for anything. *(maybe a wine foil cutter would have been nice). During our stay we needed some medical advise and Laurie responded immediately. Out of the 9 VRBO homes I have stayed in, this by far was my favorite. Thank you both for making out stay At Martha's Vineyard "Pure Perfection"

Awesome house!

This was our second stay at Laurie and Tim’s house and it exceeded our expectations again. The house is clean and well-stocked, with lots of fun extras like the fire pit and the yard games. Laurie and Tim are very responsive and go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.
