It is peaceful here and fun to watch the wildlife, but also a great location to explore several charming towns that offer many fun activities. I love that it's the best of both worlds! So glad you loved the area and scenic views! I'm not sure what you mean by the guesthouse being "feet away from the owner's own house". We have 5 acres here and made sure to build the guest house out of the direct line of sight from our main home which is way down a very long curved driveway with trees. We did this purposely for lots of privacy for ourselves and our guests. Everyone that stays here comments on how private it is Also not sure what you are saying about the seating?? Three of you spent the night and the living room has a recliner, a love seat, and a club chair. It has comfortable seating for four. I know what is happening, you texted and told me you had extra friends come over, which is something that is not allowed. It is unfair to say that I didn't have enough seating for your group when the truth is, I didn't have enough living room seating for your group plus the extra people you invited over. Perhaps you are upset that I said that the extra guests were not allowed. I was super nice about it. My furniture is very clear in the pictures of the living room and very accurate. There would have been no reason to "sit on the floor" or have to go upstairs to watch TV unless you had extra visitors there, which you did. I have set up my place for the number of people I have on my listing. You can't expect me to know how many you would invite over. I've never had anyone say that the living room seating was not sufficient or that my home is feet away. I'm saddened that you chose to put these inaccuracies, despite me doing everything I could to make sure you guys were comfortable and even checking you in early, but regardless, I am glad you had a good time!
