Open Cape Style Home with Charming Gazebo (1237)

***NEW FOR 2026, Mini split in family room and in each bedroom*** Very nicely furnished cape style home offering many amenities including a ping pong table & horseshoe pit. It is in a very private area on the road leading to Lieutenant Island, this home is equidistant between the bay and the ocean. The first floor offers two bedrooms, 1 with 2 twin beds and 1 with a twin trundle. There is a primary bedroom on the second floor with a queen sized bed, TV and a private balcony with a set of table & chairs.

Relax and enjoy the large back deck and gazebo; great for unplugging, sunning or barbequing on the gas grill. Other nice amenities include an enclosed outside shower, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Come and enjoy your home away from home at the Cape. Approx. 1262 sq. ft. 3 night minimums available off season which includes cleaning!

Ductless AC in living room, bedrooms currently have window AC units.

We come to the cape yearly and this was our first time at this house. It was well stocked, easy to get too and a good size for the 5 o f us.

Our favorite rental in 10 years. Our family of four has been visiting the Cape since our kids were little. This was our favorite rental since we've been coming. The home was clean and very well appointed for everything we needed for our week long stay. Eating dinner (as well as coffee and donuts) in the gazebo was enjoyed by all. Very quiet and secluded location. Exactly what we've been looking for!

A charming, well situated house in the Wellfleet woods with a nice deck and gazebo. I enjoyed my stay there and would rent the house again. Communication was a problem because the email that had the key information in it was late posting due to internet problems on Cape Cod. Also the owner needs to hire new cleaners and clean out the moldy stuff in the basement.

This was a terrific getaway for us.... well needed and deserved with all that was going on this year. The home is comfortable and private. The back yard was amazing, large deck and sheltered gazebo. Bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Owner was accessible and kind.
