Ranch incroyable côté baie! Climatisation! 1/2 mile à pied de la plage !!

**** Pendant les mois de juillet et août cette maison est une location minimum du samedi au samedi 7 jours. *******

Cette maison au 335, chemin Cooks Brook a été construite en 1956 et récemment rénovée.
La salle familiale lumineuse et ensoleillée comprend un poêle à bois, une télévision à écran plat, une grande section et de beaux planchers de bois franc.
La chambre principale spacieuse a un lit king size, une télévision et une salle de bain privée avec douche.
Il y a deux chambres au même étage. Une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec des lits superposés jumeaux. Il y a aussi une autre salle de bain commune récemment rénovée avec baignoire et douche.
Les trois chambres ont des matelas de qualité, ainsi que tous les draps, couvertures et serviettes nécessaires pour rendre votre visite facile et agréable. Chaque chambre a une fenêtre climatisée.
Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible et une télévision par câble est disponible. Dehors, il y a une douche extérieure, diverses tables et chaises de patio sur le pont, ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz.
Studio-garage également disponible à la location moyennant un supplément. (SAISONNIER). Lit queen, canapé-lit gigogne, télévision à écran plat, kitchenette et salle de bain complète avec douche debout. Peut accueillir jusqu'à trois (3). Le studio ne sera pas loué séparément.

Lovely Eastham rental

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable home in Eastham. The house had everything we needed and it’s location was perfect for our beach get-away. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay !

We traveled to the ranch with our 3 kids and my parents for Memorial day and spent a great family vacation there. The house was large and very well equiped and the apartment was a nice addition for my parents to stay close but in a separate place from us. We particularly appreciated the outdoor space, with the large sunny patio and the big garden. The only drawback was the morning we spent on the 3rd day to do the clean up and to wash and dry all the linens and towels before leaving, which seemed to us pretty long compared to the 2.5 days we stayed... We would have appreciated an additional cleaning service for a short stay, but it was clear before coming so no surprise about it. I would overall highly recommend this place to future travelers !

Great Home and location

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Brett's home in the past 4 years. Location, location, location. Again everything was great and consistent. House is very clean, Fantastic yard With the nice addition of the fire pit which we did use. We had 4 adults and 2 children And felt like we hadPlenty of room. The living room was very comfortable furniture and the beds were comfortable Which says a lot because we travel quite a bit and bed's tend to be a problem as landlords don't Always put the money to change them out. When we do visit the Cape This is our home of choice.

Great location

The house was as advertised and communication with the owner was easy. The house was clean and the garage apartment was a nice addition to our stay. It’s a 1/2 mile walk to the bay and a short drive to many other popular spots. Would stay here again.

Perfect for families

The property is absolutely wonderful. My family and I had a great time. The spacious shady yard and strong central AC provided havens to come back to from hot days at the beaches. The house had everything we needed with plenty of room for my family. We were able to cook large family meals, no problem. The house is a gem, and we hope to be able to make more trips back, in the years to come.

Excellent house!

Rented this house for girls weekend and we were all very happy with everything. Communication with the host was great, house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, location was perfect, and all the amenities made for another memorable weekend with the girls. Best thing from 2020

Firstly, the place is very clean. Its one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Secondly, the location is perfect. We stayed here for a last minute get away for 3 days over New Years with one other family. The owner was very accommodating with the last minute plans. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for 6 people. The Living room is not huge but perfect for movies and reading. The bedrooms are far enough away from the living area that we did not wake up the kids going to sleep early. Lots of light and lots of turtles. The yard and surrounding area are lovely. Big open sky and stars and a mysterious big owl we could hear. Overall this place was a perfect location for day trip to P-Town or trip to Sir Cricket for fish and chips. There is enough kitchen gear to cook 6# of muscles and 3 big lobsters. The Hole in One donut shop down the stree is a plus too.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place is centrally located, which allowed us to explore all sides of the Cape. The home itself was very cozy, and the perfect size for two couples. We loved the big backyard and made good use of the grill and fire pit. Highly recommend

Great property for a small family

This was our second time to Cape Cod and our first time staying in North Eastham. The property is in a great location- near lots of well rated restaurants, coffee, cafes, and ice cream shops. Brett is super responsive. The place was perfect for our family of 4, with an infant and a 3 yo. The only downside was some stairs within the unit, which you just need to take extra caution with with small children. The interior of the house does not get a lot of light, but the back yard is nice and sunny so we enjoyed eating meals on the back deck.

Comfortable and relaxing

We had a great stay at Bret's place - it was exactly as listed, and we loved the open layout between the kitchen, dining and living room areas with easy access to the back porch and grill. The outdoor shower setup was so great, neither of us elected to shower inside during our entire week at the cottage. Bret was incredibly responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Cape Vacation Home

This was our third year staying here and we absolutely LOVE it! The owner is always available if we need. Check in and check out is easy. Location is fantastic. Our family looks forward to staying here every year! We love the Master bedroom and the bed is super comfy! The rooms where the kids stay are great! Large dining room table accommodates our large family. Walk out deck is great for the kids to play or for the adults to sit outside and read a book. Outdoor shower and extra garage apartment is a plus!! You will not be disappointed with this perfect beach house!! We have lots of amazing memories here!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! This house was perfect, clean and the lay out was great for our 4 children! We could prepare meals while they played on the back deck or run in the yard! It was great to finally find a cape house that fit our needs!! Thank you Bret for being so wonderful and so responsive if we had questions!! We will absolutely stay here again!!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay at this home. When we arrived it was clean, had cape cod decor everywhere, and probably everything you need for your stay. Sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, fire pit, outdoor shower, and a wonderful private fenced back yard. I loved that we could let the kids play out in the huge back yard without worrying about them wandering off, or sit out by the fire in the evening without neighbors intruding. The walk was about 15 minutes to the beach, which saved us a parking fee. The kitchen was fully equipped and he even had some extras. The only frustrating part for us was on checkout day the owners wanted the house cleaned, and all the sheets cleaned and folded and put back in the bed. We woke up at 6 am so we could make the most of our last vacation day, but the dryer works so poorly we didn't get out until 12:30. It was three loads (we used all the beds), and had only expected 2 hours. It was frustrating to loose so much time of a hard earned few days off. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns.

Everything we needed!

The little cottage was our home away from home! The beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the fact that the bedding and towels were provided. The kitchen was clean and provided all the dishes and equipment we needed for casual meals. The location is close to a beach as well as stores and restaurants! One night we enjoyed star gazing from the back deck. It is nice to be home again but we will remember the little cottage with fond memories.

Great house for a family with kids

We picked this home primarily for the fenced yard. Our kids were able to explore and play in the backyard while we were able to relax. The home was clean and comfortable and close to everything we needed. Our favorite beach was First Encounter, but we explored many while we were there. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower and we did use the A/C in the evenings after a warm day. We would definitely stay here again.
