This architecturally designed home sits among landscaped grounds where kangaroos graze at the treeline, welcoming you with native bushland views and curated interiors. Step through the courtyard entrance into an expansive open-plan living area where a generous sectional sofa set is placed before a stone fireplace, perfect for relaxed conversations.
At the heart of the home is a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a stone island with bar seating, and a butler’s pantry tucked neatly out of view—ideal for group cooking and entertaining. Adjacent is a long timber dining table positioned to take full advantage of the bush views, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the courtyard and deck.
Outdoors, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the undercover patio, share stories by the built-in stone firepit, or simply lounge in the open air as evening settles in. To the rear, a raised deck provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, surrounded by tree canopies and birdsong.
The south wing features a peaceful primary suite with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath overlooking the trees. This wing also includes a queen bedroom and a twin room with two king singles, which share a contemporary bathroom. In the north wing, you’ll find another king bedroom, a second queen room, a twin room with two king singles, and a larger room with three king singles—comfortably served by two sleek bathrooms, making it an ideal layout for groups.
Throughout the home, enjoy ultimate comfort with ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans, and the convenience of laundry facilities. Ample on-site parking ensures easy arrivals. A linen package is available to hire, or guests may bring their own. Please note, fire restrictions apply during the warmer months.

Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $376. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
