Everything was amazing! Kirk was a great host! The beach was just a 5 minute walk away. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some! Very home like! Would love to stay here again!

Great landing spot

We were in Cocoa Beach for athletics gatherings, and this house was the perfect location to get to our workouts, and then rest and recover between. Thanks for a wonderful, welcoming spot.

Cute place, great location

Our family of 6 stayed here to go to the beach and visit Kennedy Space Center. The house is very clean with lots of amenities, and a great location. Kirk had two beach wagons available with toys, surfing stuff, chairs and umbrellas. We were able to walk to the beach which was a huge plus. We also walked to restaurants to eat as they were right next door. Our girls enjoyed chasing the lizards on the back patio. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Excellent home!

We had a great time staying here. The home is well kept and in a great location within walking distance of the beach and downtown. Kirk (the owner) was amazing and very attentive to any requests we had. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Home is as pictured. It’s only a block off the main drag thru town, but it wasn’t loud. Communication with the owner was excellent, with everything needed to check in emailed to me before I needed it. There are 3 units on the property, and the owner lives in one. Nice knowing that he was there if we had needed anything.

Perfect location and home for family

The property was perfect for our stay. My wife and I have three teenagers and we all had a great time. My wife and I thought the queen bed was very comfortable and even looked at maybe getting one for ourselves. The kids each got their own bed, with my one son using the sofa bed. If you have smaller children, I’d say two should be able to fit on the sofas just fine. Kirk is an amazing host. When my flight landed, I saw that I had received a message from him letting me know that the property was ready for us if we wanted to come by sooner. He was there when we arrived and gave us the heads up about a launch that evening. The property was very clean with plenty of linen and towels available. Also plenty of light and privacy. Full kitchen with a smoothie machine/blender, Keurig machine, microwave, stove and oven. He also had beach toys available, a surf board, boogie boards, a smaller cooler, beach chairs and umbrella that we took full advantage of. About 5 min walk to beach. There’s a gym right across the street although I didn’t check it out. Steps to some of our favorite spots: Simply Delicious, Cafe Surfinista and JNJ Cafe. We shopped at Ron Jon’s, had Publix subs and Fried Chicken. Played most all the day in the water. Got a surf lesson from School of Surf. Ate outside at Papa Vito’s and got ice cream from the shop right next door. We had a great time and at the end of each day, we came back to a place where we felt very comfortable. We will back to stay!

Florida getaway

We stayed in several places during a 3 week vacation-this one had a great location-close to the beach as well as several restaurants and a great place for coffee. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact, yet never interfered. Very convenient to have access to laundry facilities too!

This is an excellent property. Great location, close to anything you want to do. Access to the best beaches is just a short walk. The property owner is very accomodating and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. It was perfect. Thank you!

Great family vacation place

Wonderful place to stay with our two teens. Each had their own bed! Super close to the beach! It was nice to have beachchairs/towels/umbrella/wagon/cooler and boogie boards etc. just waiting for us to use. Homeowner who lives near was really nice and answered and helped us with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Walk to the beach and restaurants

This place was perfect for us. Close to the beach and restaurants. Kirk can out when we arrived, said hello, showed us how to get into the apartment, told us how to get to the beach, and gave great recommendations for restaurants. The place was comfortable and had everything you would expect plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and hospitality

We were in town volunteering for the race charity for Thunder on Cocoa Beach and Kirk’s rental couldn’t have been in a more prime location. It was great having our own space to have meals together as a family, walk to and from the beach (including getting to use beach items from the rental!), and being right in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. Kirk was very communicative about check in and other info about the rental and we would absolutely stay here again if we get to come back.

This is the cutest perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, food/bars & nightlife!

Kirk is an amazing host! We arrived at about 2 am & he greeted us & was worried we didn’t arrive at 11pm as we initially thought, we stopped to get food first. The place is clean, the bedding actually smelled CLEAN, not like some places that smell musty. Everything is walking distance. Restaurants, bars, nightlife & most importantly the beach. He has beach chairs, umbrellas & even a wagon to use. He set out a cooler for us also! Our flight was delayed a few hours and he was nice enough to let us stay a while longer after check out! He showed us the progress of his other unit & gave us some great Cocoa Beach history! We are ready to stay there again! 10k stars for this listing!!!

Book it, book it now!

Stop reading and just book it! ...... We had a great time here. Kirk greeted us as we pulled in and welcomed us to the house, he made our stay here very easy and certainly is a big part of the 5 star review. The unit suited the two of us perfectly, as nice or nicer that the listed pics (livingroom furniture is newer now). It was very clean upon our arrival. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The unit is well stocked with all the towels/bedding/kitchen items that you would need. We cooked most meals on site and had everything we needed. There is a beach cart with chairs/coolers/surf boards/toys is available to use and that made it so easy to spend the day at the beach less than 2 blocks away. The beach was great, not too busy but enough people around to people watch. The water was warm and the surf fun to play in. Cocoa Beach had enough thing do for the week and there are a few nice places to eat within a block of the house. This is a good chance we'll be back next year. Thanks for the great stay Kirk!
