La résidence Chloe (maison n° 3) est située au cœur de la zone hôtelière ; l’accès à la plage, l’une des plus belles de Cancún, se trouve à seulement 40 pas de l’entrée du complexe. Vous aurez pour voisins des hôtels très réputés et haut de gamme. À quelques minutes à pied, vous trouverez les meilleurs restaurants de la zone hôtelière, un supermarché, des épiceries, un distributeur automatique de billets, un arrêt de bus, etc.

La villa, d'une superficie de 3 660 pieds carrés répartis sur deux niveaux, se compose d'un salon, d'une salle à manger, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de 4 chambres (dont 2 suites parentales), toutes dotées d'une salle de bains et de la climatisation individuelle.
La résidence propose un service de sécurité 24 h/24, deux piscines (une pour les adultes et une pour les enfants), un court de tennis et de magnifiques jardins tropicaux.
À quelques minutes à pied, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer d’excellentes vacances ; les centres commerciaux (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza) ne sont qu’à 5 minutes de la maison et proposent toutes sortes de boutiques de marque ; n’oubliez pas que Cancún est une zone franche ; si vous recherchez des lunettes de soleil, des eaux de Cologne, des parfums ou des montres, c’est l’endroit idéal pour faire de bonnes affaires.
Vous trouverez également des restaurants, des ports de plaisance, un supermarché, une piste de course, un arrêt de bus et des taxis.

Vous pouvez également vous rendre en centre-ville et visiter la Plaza Las Américas (centre commercial) ou, pour découvrir les saveurs locales, le Mercado 28, un marché local proposant de nombreux objets artisanaux.

The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our group of seven. The location was great, and communication with the host was smooth throughout our stay. We felt very safe inside the gated community with a 24‑hour guard, and having a convenience store just around the corner was a huge plus.

Everything was to a high standard. The host was available via app and message to help with transport and arranging child friendly adaptations for us. All in all a great villa in a great location close to a wonderful beach, restaurants, and transport links. Our grandchildren loved the pool - a great children’s pool!

My family was visiting the unit during the spring break and we could not be happier with choice of the rental and the host. Special Thanks to Daniel for being available to answer every question. The house is located in the community between the main boulevard in Cancun and the beach. We were a little concerned that it may be a bit noisy at night due to the close proximity of the busy road and some hotels near by. However, as it was getting darker, the community felt very silent and safe. The house has everything you may need including the pools that we used daily. Some recommendations:If you want to use the public beach, make sure you make your way there before 9am. Because the beach is very narrow and fills up quickly, it only has 4 palapas.The restaurants in the area are pretty pricey but thanks to the bus, you can eat just as good in Cancun for half the price and explore the local places outside of the tourist zone. We wish we started going to the city earlier. We will no doubt consider the house again if Cancun is selected as our vacation spot in the future.

Great location, I love the fact there is a shallow pool for kids! The condo was very clean and has great security! Definitely felt very safe ! If we needed anything or had any questions the owner Daniel replied to my message very quickly! We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Home + 5 Star Hospitality

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and well maintained, the complex was very secured and the hosts were extremely flexible and hospitable. Marianne booked our excursions and airport transportation. The excursions were a lot of fun and the transportation was timely and convenient. We would absolutely stay at their home again.

Great place for families

We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. Daniel was quick to respond and very professional. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Nice and clean place for our group of 10. We practically had the pool to ourselves which was great. Host responded quickly with questions. If you need transportation to and from airport and tours, contact Marianne. So responsive and great to work with. The place was very secure mad safe. We would stay here again.

Outstanding House!

What a fabulous property. Location can’t be beat. Very quiet property and it is comfortable and spacious. House looks just like pictures and very clean. Great water pressure and nice hot showers. Air conditioners keep rooms cool. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Cancun.

Fantastic spot!

The house is set up perfectly for a larger group with kids. The downstairs living room offered the kids a spot in the morning to wake up and watch tv. Ample living space to have late night conversations without disturbing those asleep. Overlooking the pool and super easy walk to the beach. The amenities are fantastic and host was very responsive. Will definitely be booking again.

Great Family vacation

Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience!

Clean, big and in a perfect location

We just returned from a 10 day trip and it was perfect. The condo is so clean and plenty of room for the entire family. The house has everything including bottled water. Daniel was extremely accommodating and responds very quickly. We made travel plans through his wife which was a bonus. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the best one yet! If I return to Cancun, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our three-generation family of six found this villa perfect for our needs. The 4-year-old loved the shallow pool. The beach was a five-minute walk away, and we appreciated the chairs and beach toys. Roomy, clean and comfortable villa. Daniel responded almost immediately to emails. Kitchen is well stocked--we should have cooked more as all nearby restaurants are very expensive!

Super little House

Our stay in this super little house was excellent. The house has plenty of space, is in a really good area close to so many things, and the host is fantastic to work with and to reply quickly. There were small little things that could have been issues, but Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure you as the guest is taken care of and you can enjoy your stay. That to me was a huge plus and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to give this little house a try.

Amazing property along with a fully loaded house

The area was amazing being right in the middle of the hotel zone. Everything was accessible and a bus stop close by. Parking spaces as well if you were to rent a car. Daniel was an amazing host and we booked all of our tours through Marianne, just ask Daniel to get you in contact with her. It made everything so much easier. Definitely book this place if you have a big group as well.
