Cette beauté est nichée dans les pins et rochers de Pondarosa au pied de Thumb Butte. Cette maison confortable de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains vous donnera envie de ne jamais partir.
La maison a été entièrement rénovée avec des armoires de cuisine personnalisées avec toutes les nécessités. Il y a plusieurs espaces extérieurs pour se détendre, prendre un repas, lire un livre ou simplement s'asseoir et regarder l'abondance de la faune dans la région.
Il y a un petit jardin dans le coin arrière de la cour où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter d'une tasse de thé ou vous avez également accès aux sentiers de randonnée qui courent derrière la propriété.
Le grand terrain offre de belles vues sur Thumb Butte. Il est proche des commerces, des restaurants et d'autres divertissements du centre-ville.

This is a large comfortable home with lots of living space, two patios and a lovely dining gazebo. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, set amongst pines and boulders and close to the scenic Thumb Butte. It's just a quick drive into downtown Prescott. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and hope to return again someday.

Amazing Family Friendly Property

The house is amazing! So clean and so family friendly! The property is great, and the older kids loved climbing on the rocks and seeing the wild life! The house was the perfect size and layout for our large family. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Christmas family time

Excellent location. Fully stocked home. Great backyard. We had an amazing stay with family and would recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Great place for us.

The property is in the right location and had the right amount of bedrooms. Great entertainment space. The home needs to be provisioned a little bit better but over we loved it.

We had a great stay again!

We have stayed here before with our family so we knew what to expect. Great layout, plenty of space, great location and a great property management team. There was a minor cleaning issue that came up a few days after our stay, but Brenda helped get everything resolved quickly. Definitely recommend staying at this wonderful home!!

Great location, well-stocked, and welcoming

The house was well-equipped with extra linens, supplies, and everything you can imagine. You could see Thumb Butte from the backyard/courtyard. My friends and I had a great time visiting here for new years.

Spacious and comfortable

We had a large family gathering for a wedding in town. This spot was so convenient to all that was happening and it easily accommodated us and several adult children and families. Great kitchen and loved being outdoors in June.

Fantastic graduation

Excellent property for graduation of our top female College of Arts and Sciences from Embry-Riddle. Able to accommodate grandparents to teenagers in one place and perfect to cook - brought homemade brisket all the way from Texas. Quiet neighborhood with excellent scenery and great coffee area and book reading spot outside. If we ever head that way again, will stay again.

A Pleasant surprise

Located a little distance from the town square but easy to find with ample parking spaces for up to 4 cars. Large kitchen, five bedrooms with extra-large master suite. Three full baths with plenty of towels. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent value.

Awesome Prescott property!

We were in town to drop off our daughter at Embry-Riddle, starting her freshman year. We were minutes away from the college. We loved downtown Prescott, as well. Lots to see and do! A great area, and an awesome property with a TON of room! We plan to use this property agains whenever we're in town. 👍😊

Great for large family groups

We had 10 family members in town for a 50th anniversary celebration and they were all very satisfied with house (the listing says 12, but the five bedrooms only accommodate 10 so two would have to sleep on a sectional sofa in the open living room). The large kitchen is very well appointed with everything you'll need for a large group meal in the dining room or out on the side patio. The house has a secluded back and side yard surrounded by nature at the foot of Thumb Butte. We will definitely use this house again if we have a large group visiting from out of town.

60Year Coming to America Family Celebration

Our family was celebrating 60 years coming to America from Scotland. We had family members traveling from California, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Connecticut, New Jersey, Scotland and England. Our accommodations at the Thumb Butte property were perfect. Dining inside or outside the property was the perfect size for us. It was a 5 minute drive to downtown Prescott where we spent our time going to the rodeo, watching the parade, shopping in the local town center, dancing at the local tavern (Jersey Lily's) or hiking up Thumb Butte. There was plenty do see and do for everyone! We would definitely recommend this property for a large family gathering!

This home is large enough to accommodate 10 adults comfortably. Two separate living areas is nice. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. The 3 bathrooms were great. The down side, decor needs to be updated, kitchen utensils were not the best, found Cheese-It’s and a small toy in living room floor, 2 black widow spiders inside and one outside, the front of the house windows had lots of spider webs on them and not very clean, had to call for more toilet paper as only one extra roll was available and worst of all my aunt fell down the kitchen stairs that don’t have any type of slip guard strip on them and bike her hip. Ambulance was called and they had to transport her to hospital where she had surgery. Property management didn’t show much concern and inly called once to find out outcome of her fall.

What a surprising and disheartening review this is. The owners of this property clean the home after every guest and are very meticulous with their cleaning. The review is somewhat correct as one spider was found outside the kitchen door and it appeared to be a wolf spider. It was was taken care of quickly by the owner. There were no black widows found inside or outside of the home. In fact, there were no spiders found at all on the inside of the home upon arrival. The home is contracted with an exterminator and is sprayed per contractual agreement. We leave two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for our guests. We were surprised that after only one day, the guests had already used 6 rolls of toilet paper. Additional toilet paper was delivered within 30 minutes of the call. Never was anything reported about a “Cheeze-It” or a toy left on the floor until this review. What is most disheartening is the comment about about the Property Management company not checking on the Aunt after her fall. I, as the owner of the company personally called three times to check on her and even sent flowers to the hospital. I don’t understand why this guest chose to write such a negative review and unfortunately, once the words leave the pen, they cannot be taken back. We strive to provide the best vacation experience for our guests and take these reviews to heart. We are sorry that this guest had a bad experience at this home. The home is a very popular and nice vacation getaway that most revisit again and again.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My wife, five kids and I stayed here, and there was more than enough room! Kids enjoyed climbing the rocks up the hill.

Better than it looks online

The home is great for groups that want more bedrooms. Having five separate bedrooms is a nice find and the outdoor area is a great gathering spot. Kitchen and appliances are all up to grade and well placed.

Wonderful Thanksigiving!

The house is great! Lots of space for everyone - inside and out. Not far from downtown Prescott and only a few minute drive from Thumb Butte Recreation Area...and lots of hiking. Internet was not the best - our daughter had to work a few hours in the mornings and we had to stay off the TV or she lost her connection. Overall a great house and we had a great time!
