The hosts seemed to have thought of everything in this home. It's perfect for a large group or multiple families. There's so much space & so many fun activities as well as comfort features plus the location is great for going into Prescott or Prescott Valley. The kitchen is well stocked & there are clear directions for everything. Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We rented this house for a wedding. When you first step in the house your jaw drops. The property is absolutely stunning. All of the amenities you could need are available. The neighborhood is so quiet. It was so nice to sit on the back balcony and listen to nature. We saw deer and javelinas while we were outside. Everyone slept great in their rooms and we all enjoyed some friendly competitions in the game room. Check in and check out was a breeze and instructions were easy to follow. Anytime I had to contact the hosts I got quick, friendly responses. It was the perfect place to rest after our wedding - highly recommend to anyone considering this property.

This house was perfect for our group. It was clean and well-stocked. The game room was a huge hit, and the location was quiet and safe and in a lovely neighborhood. We would definitely recommend!

This property is spectacular! Beautifully decorated & anything & everything a family could ask for. The house was pristine & had 3 tvs, a game room & additional party room, which entertained grandchildren from ages 8-18. Beds were very comfortable & 4 bathrooms facilitated everyone's schedules (especially nice for 12 people) The deck & surrounding trees are beautiful. Even the garage provided a ping pong table, weight equipment, treadmill & bean bag fun. If you're considering a rental that offers beauty & fun for all ages, this is the one. Our family is grateful for every single memory.

This is a great house for single or multifamily use. We rented it for a soccer tournament and the boys had a blast. The game room is spectacular and provides great entertainment. We look forward to coming back again next year!

The most gorgeous little getaway surrounded by breathtaking views! We were blown away by the quality and attention to detail… the hosts literally thought of everything! The house was stunning, the setting was perfect and it included everything we could possibly need! We brought our children and our grandchildren and didn’t have to bring a thing. The house was equipped with high chairs, a changing table, pack & play, game room, basketball, putting green, hot tub and so much more! Everything felt brand new and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely stunning and perfectly located just minutes from town. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It was an ideal setup for a large family. Our kids were thrilled with the game room and loved having their own private, secluded side of the house, while the adults enjoyed having our own space as well. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the outdoor living spaces. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable weekend getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book here again.

The home is in a pristine pine forest neighborhood. Pulling up we all said “Wow! This house is beautiful!” Walking through the front door we stunned by this “Beauty”. The view draws you out to the balcony where you are up in the tree tops. 15 ladies did our annual church retreat. Plush sleeping space for all! This kitchen is EQUIPPED beyond! Game Room! Walking trial right off the patio. The thoughtfulness of every detail from tissues, to plush towels, to luxurious bedding, to seating for all! Thank You! Communication with the host’s was excellent. We can’t say enough good things about this treasure! And we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your “Beauty” with us!

This home is incredibly beautiful! Everything is upscale and the home is clean. The kitchen is very well equipped! The back deck, patio furniture and game room make for a great staycation! Our family from all over met here and we were able to enjoy our time together very comfortably! We were able to easily communicate with the gracious owners. We had a great time!!I would point out that the only stairs is a narrowSpiral staircase. It was fine for most of us but we had grandparents in their 80’s who couldn’t go downstairs. Most of the home is upstairs anyway. The only thing they missed out on was the game room. I wouldn’t say this takes away from the experience unless you have someone who couldn’t do the stairs but would want to play pool or air hockey. Those games, by the way, were a huge hit with my grandkids!

House and property are beautiful. Was disappointed in lack of basic cleaning supplies, no cleaner to wipe counters or tables, very few dish towels. No fire pit on patio in cold winter months. Very little contact from owner, received email from vrbo a couple days before visit reminding them to contact me but didn’t hear from owner until a couple hours before checkin.

Thank you for your review and for staying at our beautiful property. This is a brand new listing and we are still working out the kinks with VRBO to make sure that communication is sent with all renters to best prepare for each trip. We did send you a message when you first booked that we would send you a message prior to check in with the instructions which we did as promised along with asking to contact us if anything else was needed prior to check in. Not sure what else you needed but that is usually how the communication is handled as we are always here to provide answers to any questions you may have. Thank you for the feedback regarding the kitchen basic cleaning supplies and need for more kitchen towels as we will make sure to provide these in the future. As for the lack of fire pit, there currently is a fire ban in the Prescott area and fires are not allowed which is out of our control. Once this fire ban is not in effect, we will be providing an option for this in the future.

The property is beautful and the house was ok but i dont think they are prepared to host as many people as the listing says they can host. We had 10 people eating every meal at the house, this can cause a large amount of garbage to be thrown away. I was almost accused of not taking out the garbage on Wednesday pick up day because there was garbage in the bin on Saturday when we left. Thats 3 whole night from Wednesday to Saturday. After explaining this, the host understood but it took some talking through. The shower in the master bedroom was broken and I received a message as we were traveling to the home that the part will come in and itll be fixed but it was never fixed while we were there. This would have been something to conisder when choosing a place for us.There are other showers but not in the privacy we were expecting as a couple in the master bedroom. We arrived at the property and we couldnt get in with the door code provided and we were stuck outside for about 5 minutes with our stuff until we were given a new code to get in with. If you stay here. please note everything damaged with pictures and keep good records. They sent a list of a hand full of items that were damaged that were already damaged when we got there.

Exactly what we were looking for in our stay! This home easily housed four families during our visit. There were plenty of games, activities, and things to do for all ages. The home is laid out perfectly and there is plenty of space for everyone to hangout together, or relax if needed. The kitchen was roomy, with plenty of utensils & appliances to use. The master bedroom is massive, and the closet/nursery area is a wonderful addition. Each family had their own bathroom and every bedroom was spacious with plenty of closet & dresser space. The living areas were comfortable with plenty of sofa space, blankets and throw pillows. We went on walks on the dirt path behind the home, and around the neighborhood looking at the scenic valley. The porch, game room & ping pong table were our family’s favorites. This home has it all and we look forward to coming back next time we’re in Prescott.
