Enjoy this very unique VRBO LISTING that sits up on the hill providing amazing views of the famous Yavapai County Courthouse and Downtown Prescott from the expansive, wrap-around porch or the naturally bright living / great room. Then, beyond Downtown, breathe in the views of the surrounding mountains including Thumb Butte, Mingus Mountain and P Mountain all the way to the San Francisco peaks outside of Flagstaff, AZ. If you keep your eyes open you'll have a great chance to see the family of 8 mule deer that live on the property and dance up and down the adjacent wash.

Next, when you’re ready to enjoy the local fare, just 3 blocks away you can take the stroll through the Granite Creek walkway to the cute and eclectic shops, museums, breweries, restaurants and the world famous Whiskey Row where Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday used to hang out.

Great room, kitchen, bedrooms and baths, all super clean decks and outdoor spaces were welcoming - The outside dining table was used often. Can't beat the views and the closeness to downtown and the Granite Creek pathways. Heat responded well, and was needed only for part of the night. Kitchen appliances and serving dishes aplenty. As long-time Prescott residents, coming back to visit friends and family, we feel this is a great offering to use as a home away from home, and get together with loved ones.

The huge deck and beautiful views make this place amazing. We didnt see mule deer but did see a javelina family during the day and heard coyotes howling at night. Makes you feel like your in the deep woods yet close enough to experience many of the great eats on whiskey row. Love it and will be back for sure. Thank you for the great stay Todd.

The property was very clean, tons of space, and pet-friendly. Our kids had lots of room to play inside and out and all the beds were very comfortable. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and the creek was right there too.

Great home - lots of room to spread out and the views from the porch are even better than the pics show. Prescott at night is gorgeous. Short walk to the square. If staying in Prescott, would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Open layout and the deck is very nice to enjoy coffee in the morning. Very close to town! Todd was easy to communicate with.

This was a spaceous and well appointed property with lovely views. We were travelling with pets and the deer amd rabbits were a bit of a distraction to them. We enjoyed time on the deck enjoying the views and wildlife. The location was extremely convenient to the downtown area, which has so many restaraunts and shops. There was even an open air concert one night, which we could enjoy from the deck! The beds and furnishings were very comfortable.

Great location and great home for a family. Lots of room for everyone and you can walk to the square and lots of restaurants. Would definitely book again. And the host was always available for questions and got back to me in a timely manner.

Our stay here was really nice. The house provides a beautiful view and Todd is so very quick to answer any question that you may have. My only suggestion would be to have some Tupperware type containers in the kitchen.

We loved the place! It was clean and just as you described. There were plenty towels and well stocked with kitchen necessities. The backyard was a great place for any doggies. We also loved reading through many of the brochures you had out. You could easily walk to town on the streets or the trail that goes right into town. A great location.

Clean house with a great view

My family and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The house is just as pictured, clean and has everything that you need. Todd was very responsive to questions that I had. This house has a great wrap around deck that overlooks Prescott. This is where we hung out each morning and night. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

4 Visitors from Brisbane Australia, enjoyed the accommodation - the house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was well situated for our walks down to whiskey row and other dining options.Can recommend this property for comfort & convenience.

Extremely clean well equipped Rental. Spacious with all the conveniences you would need. Close to downtown, plenty of hiking trails. Overall highly recommend.

Beautiful property with amazing views! In a very quiet neighborhood, and it is on hill making us feel nice and secluded even though EVERYTHING is walking distance! 10 min to whisky row, 5 min to lazy g's , BIlls Grill is right down the street! Safeway for provisions a five min drive! The house was pristine clean, lots of comfy seating for our group of 4 but it would work for a larger group too! The interior is nicer in person than the pictures show. The wrap around deck has a gate at the stairs so kids and pets alike can enjoy the incredible views safely and altogether( we really appreciated that)! Beds super comfy! We all slept well. Kitchen is a dream! It is set up for a large group with plenty of silverwate , glasses , plates and bowls. There is a pantry stocked with every appliance you could dream of. Airconditioner worked great in every room, we were all nice and cool! Ceiling fans in every room ! We loved it! The fully fenced side yard was a perfect to have for our dogs when they had to do their thing! We really appreciated that too! Really liked being able to park our suburban in the HUGE garage.Todd was a wonderful host and responded within minutes to us! Just a wonderful experience overall! We didnt want to leave....and we'll be back for sure!
