Located in the heart of Prescott just blocks away from Historic downtown square.

This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

My sister, a friend and I stayed 4 nights at the home. We have been to Prescott several times and this was the best VRBO ever. Clean, well equipped, and organized! Loved the decor. Beds were very comfy. I previously owned an VRBO property and this place put mine to shame! Close enough to town plaza if you like to walk but these 70 years old drove. Appreciated the garage.Sherlynn was spot on with her recommendations for dining. We especially liked Local for breakfast. We will definitely go back!

Outstanding place to stay. In addition, there were so many nice little touches by the host - ice cream in the freezer, four different types of charging cords for our use, and a toothbrush and other bathroom things in case we forgot the. I highly recommend this VRBO.

This was by far one of the best vbro I have ever stayed. Everything was exactly as pictured, very clean and very well stocked the owner has thought of everything. Definitely will use again and make sure to visit Vincenzo’s Italian restaurant.

We were delighted with this property and hope to return. The location was ideal for trips to the Square, parks and easy access to Prescott Valley. The house was so well equipped it became a game to see if we could find anything missing. We couldn't. Since this was a summer escape from Phoenix, we enjoyed the back patio and were even able to watch the meteor showers right from the backyard. Great care was evident in the decorations and care in preparing this home for guests. A wonderful place to stay. Thanks.

Attention to every detail!

This rental is the best! There are so many amenities including, my favorite, the ice cream bars. There are plenty of linens, nice washer and dryer, location is close to the square. We definitely recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful home

The house was just as pictured, great place to stay! It was very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, and quite a few little extras (snacks and toiletries). We were able to park in the garage which was nice, and not a far drive from courthouse plaza, less then a mile i believe. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, we would be happy to stay again some day.

Totally awesome

This is by far one of the most beautiful VRBOs we have stayed at to date. We travel a lot stay a lot of places and this was just a fantastic location cleanliness plenty of silverware dishes everything you need for a stay. We will be back thank you.

We stay at rentals all across the country and this one was the best. They provided everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed (ice cream bars!). My only regret is that it’s not closer to home so that I could come back soon.

Amazing Property!

The Rush Escape is truly a gem of a property! My husband and I along with my parent’s were in town for a wedding. The four of us all agreed that our expectations were exceeded! The check in process was very easy and communication with the host was great. The house was stocked full of snacks (which we loved) and everything that you might need. The location was in close proximity to everything from restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores. The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. If we are ever in the Prescott area again, this home will definitely be our number one choice!

Quick trip to visit family

Went to Prescott for a quick three day trip. The house was perfect. Probably the best rental house we have stayed at. It was spotless. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, comfortable couch, three large TVs. The house is stocked with everything a traveler could possibly need. We will be back. Warm and welcoming Prescott home

A quick overnight stay in the cutest Prescott home. We plan to return to make use of all the amenities that we didn't have time for this go-round: the gorgeous chef's kitchen, games by the fireplace, the quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. Will return!

Best VRBO ever!

The place was spotlessly clean....lots of nice amenities and touches. Extra linens, excellently appointed kitchen and tools, books, puzzles, etc. Personal note/treat from hosts. Convenient to town and in a quiet neighborhood. If we could give the review a 6 we would!! We will be back!

Stay Here if Traveling to Prescott

This place was amazing and probably the best VRBO property we have used. The owners have anticipated anything a traveler might need. There is even an air fryer in the pantry and lots of snacks and treats provided if you are planning a day of hiking and exploring everything Prescott has to offer. There are numerous grocery stores within a short drive and many excellent restaurants within a short drive or average (not short, not long) walk time. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. They really have thought of everything a renter might want.When in Prescott try and remember to pronounce the town Preskitt and the locals will be impressed.
