Situé près du monument de Provincetown sur Standish Street dans le centre de Town, à moins de deux pâtés de maisons de Commercial Street, du Wharf, de Ferries. Construit à l'origine c. 1850, cette maison respire le caractère et le charme de Provincetown avec la classe et le style que le vacancier d'aujourd'hui veut. La maison a été entièrement rénovée et bien aménagée.

La cuisine rénovée a des comptoirs en granit, les îlots surdimensionnés 6, des appareils électroménagers plus récents et est entièrement meublé, y compris la vaisselle, la verrerie et les ustensiles, les casseroles et les poêles, ainsi qu'un mélangeur, un grille-pain, une cafetière et un moulin à grains.

Les lits sont tous Simmons World Class Beautyrest: 3 rois et une reine et disposent de draps à haute densité de fils. Dans les salles de bains, vous trouverez de grandes serviettes blanches propres et toutes ont été rénovées, y compris les toilettes ADA.

Il y a des planchers de bois franc partout et il y a des fenêtres dans les chambres, le salon et les ventilateurs de plafond.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains sur trois étages. La suite principale au premier étage a sa propre entrée et comprend un coin salon avec 32 'HDTV, kitchenette, salle de bain complète avec douche et chambre séparée avec lit king.

En haut des escaliers au deuxième étage se trouve le salon principal. Il y a deux chambres (king / queen), une salle de bain complète avec douche, une table à manger avec des chaises et la cuisine et le salon partagent une grande pièce avec beaucoup de fenêtres.

En haut des escaliers jusqu'au troisième étage se trouve la suite principale. Cette chambre de taille généreuse comprend un lit king-size de classe mondiale Simmons et une salle de bains privative avec carrelage au sol et baignoire sur pattes.

Il y a une terrasse au deuxième étage et des marches menant à la cour. La grande cour est pleine de jardins matures, d'un grand coin salon et d'un barbecue à gaz sur le pont.

Veuillez noter que la location se compose de deux unités séparées reliées par un escalier intérieur. Cela ressemble beaucoup à une maison unifamiliale. Il y a une autre maison d'une chambre également sur les lieux à l'arrière du 1er étage avec une entrée séparée.

Les autres équipements incluent le Wifi, la télévision câblée de base Comcast, la station d'accueil pour iPod, une buanderie privée.

Lovely Stay in Center of Town

A group of friends stayed in the house which was located in the center of town. There was plenty of space for everyone with clean bathrooms, amenities, and great outdoor space. Shampoo and soap were not provided and the kitchen didn't have cooking oil, but those were easily obtained at the CVS a block away. Overall great place!

Beautiful house

We loved Gordon’s house. It’s spacious, modern and great for two families to share. The living room feels like a treehouse, high and sunny. And the yard is huge. We also had a couple of minor problems and Gordon had them fixed right away. All in all it was a great visit and we’d love to return.

Amazing space for our family!

We so enjoyed this home! Great to have a bathroom on each floor and a deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Fun to visit the Brewery around the corner, shopping was amazing, easy access to anything and everything. Don't miss the sunset at Herring Cove Beach! Beautiful!

Great house for an extended family!

House was as listed, in a very central location. Layout was ideal for our extended family with spaces for everyone to come together but also have private accommodations. Would recommend!

Large, beautiful home in P Town

Photos were exactly like the property. Lots of space and great BIG beds to sleep in. The decor and homemade soaps really made us all feel like comfortable on the cape. Very easy to communicate with owners and very detailed manual for check in and out process. The house is about a 5 minute walk from center of commercial street, but still quiet enough to get a a good sleep at night. Just a beautiful property in a great location!

Fantastic property for a family or large group in convenient location

We had a great stay at this property very close to the heart of Provincetown in a super convenient location. We stayed there to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. The property is spread over 3 floors, with two fairly large ensuite bedrooms. The 1st floor ensuite had a small kitchenette also which was great for my parents who were early risers! The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor were modest in size and shared a bathroom. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were and how fantastic the common area (kitchen/lounge/dining room) was. It comfortably accommodated our party of seven people to eat, drink, and play games! The garden was great to sit in and relex. It's also where we bumped into the friendly neighbors who were renting the downstairs apartment. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and would stay again. Gordon and Vincent were great landlords. Very communicative, and sent us useful info ahead of the stay. They are even sending back some earrings a member of our group left behind by accident!

Great location and space!

Great house for a group of 8 of us. Location, location, location! Plenty of parking. Good yard. Lots of living space. LOTS of bathroom space and comfy beds. The only negative is that the kitchen could be stocked better with more essentials for cooking etc. Also you have to take ALL your trash when you leave. Would still def rent again! THX!

Perfect for our group!

Having never been to Provincetown, my friends and I didn't know quite what to expect and whether the location of this property would work. Let me say, this was the absolute perfect location and we're already looking forward to our next visit! A quick, 10-min walk from the Ferry and easy walk to Commercial Street, as well as other popular spots around Provincetown, this home was perfectly situated. We could not have been happier with our choice! The house itself was WONDERFUL for our group - the large kitchen island and deck were our two favorite spots to gather, but as a group of women who also appreciate having our privacy, having three floors with plenty of space to spread out was really key. It was the relaxing vacation we had all hoped for and the house provided everything we needed to enjoy our time to the fullest. The owner, Gordon, was awesome - super quick to respond prior to our stay and throughout our time there. I highly recommend this house for your stay in P-Town!

The property was excellent in all respects.

We had a terrific stay. Gordon and Vinnie were wonderful hosts. The house was perfect for us. We had 9 people (kids on the couch!) and never felt crowded. Kitchen was well equipped. Having a grill on the deck was great. Quiet street in the center of town. Easy to get around. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year.

Great house for group rental

Rented this house with a group of friends and had a fantastic week. It's in a convenient location, so walking to all the shops, restaurants, and bars is super easy. The house itself is cute and spacious, and worked out great for our group of 8.

Great property on a quiet street

this house is well maintained and fully appointed on a quiet street, with views to wooded areas, yet a short walk to the center of town. There were great linens and hand made soaps, made by the owners, as well as in unit laundry. Communications from the owner were prompt and the property was cleaned well on arrival. The house manual was helpful. We grilled a few times and took advantage of the full kitchen and dining room to entertain. We have already booked a second week and plan to return regularly in years to come!

Perfection!

Great for large group

The house is large and comfortable, and perfectly located. The bedrooms are on three levels with the one downstairs and the one on the top floor being the most private. I loved the top floor one and felt as if I were floating in my own private ship. The two on the main level are off the dining room. People were able to enjoy their privacy but be together. We cooked several meals at home and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Our hosts were responsive and respectful. Stay here if you can.

Great stay in a delightful house

We stayed with eight people in mid-August for one week. The house was perfect -- just as displayed in the pictures in video. We were very happy with the condition of all the furniture, including the kitchen and cooking items. The house itself was in great shape and very well appointed, and we were happy to call it home for seven fantastic days. Gordon and Vincent were very responsive to my initial inquiries, as well as all correspondence throughout our stay. On one particularly rainy day, after we reached out to them, they came by to personally deliver an Apple TV so that some of us could watch movies -- truly above and beyond from a service perspective. Further to this point, they were very accessible over text/phone for any questions we had. In summary, I highly recommend booking with Gordon and Vincent, as well as this property in particular. The location is ideal and the house is charming. It will make your stay in Provincetown that much more enjoyable.

Warm, charming, perfect.

Weve been in love with this house since the first time we stayed there in 2007, and the subtle updates made over the years made it the perfect getaway home for our group of couples and singles, with everyone getting privacy, their own bathrooms and lots of room to stretch out and unwind. It's such a gem we'd stay there every time we visit if we could! It's in high demand for a reason: close to the ferry and walking distance to everywhere you'd want to be in beautiful Provincetown.

Luxury Provincetown stay

The property was even more lovely than the listing description. The house is both charming and luxurious. Light and airy, it made for wonderful eating, entertaining, relaxing and sleeping. Third floor master suite was an ideal getaway. Best stay of my many visits to Provincetown.

A great house for traveling with other couples

We went with 3 other couples, so shared the house with 8 people. We were a little nervous at first, thinking we'd all be crowded in together, but that wasn't the case at all. The house is plenty big for 8 people. The main floor living area is beautiful with a fabulous kitchen that is really well stocked with cooking tools, for times when you want to eat in (there's also a grill in the backyard), and the sitting area being attached makes for a great entertaining space! The two bedrooms on the main floor are decent sizes, while the other two bedrooms are very roomy suites. The first floor suite makes a nice little "apartment" get-away, with it's own entrance right off the front door and the 3rd floor suite is simply beautiful! The location of the house is really close to Commercial St, definitely within walking distance, and we walked pretty much the entire time we were there. Only got in the car when we went to the beach. Definitely an easy walk to the Crowne and Anchor and even the Boat Slip (although, it is a hike...but it's an easy walk). It was nice to have a bit of distance from the hustle and bustle of Commercial St. the backyard is BEAUTIFUL! Honestly, the pics don't do it justice. It's so much bigger than it looks online, and has a lot of nice little sitting areas and places to just get-away and enjoy the quiet. We loved the house and had a great time! Would definitely consider renting again in the future!

Fantastic location!!!!

This house is in a fantastic location - highly recommend it! You have a very short walk to Commercial St, yet are located on a quiet street. The home was well maintained and very clean, and we really enjoyed the open second floor layout as well as the fact that the 3rd floor and ground floor rooms felt suite-like and private.
