Best views in town!

We have stayed at this location several times and always enjoy the house, directly on the water, large windows lend to great views. Easy walk to town, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful view and great location

We stayed for a girls' weekend and birthday celebration. The views are even more amazing than the pictures show, and the space was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The living area was cozy and a great place to hang out. Beds were comfortable, with newer linens and towels. Two full baths with showers was a big plus. Easy walk from quieter West End to many restaurants and shops.

Spectacular! Spectacular!

The views from this property are incredible! The location is central to the downtown, yet removed from the regular hustle and bustle. Easy access to t-dance at the Boastslip yet on a quiet end of Commercial St The home had all that we needed to have an amazing time in Provincetown

Ocean for days!

Our girl’s trip was about reconnecting. The place was perfect. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants so we could wander in and out without the need to plan which for six busy moms was an incredible gift. Talking in the living room we were surrounded by ocean views - stunning!

Our group found this property wonderfully cozy, accessible via the directions, and adjacent to many businesses on Commercial Street. Check-in was great with a lot of available information.

Relax and listen to the waves

Had a wonderful stay at Flyer’s Marina. The apartment is lovely and the views of the harbor and sound of the waves made it truly special. Our hosts were friendly and communicative. We had no problems. I would highly recommend this centrally located, third floor apartment for any Ptown stay.

Great location and great views. The property is deceptively large for big crews. Noisy in the morning with the docks but the beach right outside makes up for it!

Another fabulous stay

Fourth stay and never disappointed. Two great decks overlooking the water. The living room view of the bay is spectacular (the sunrise!). Bedrooms are spacious. Comfortable for all 8 of us. Quiet yet close to all the fun. Marianna was so sweet and immediately responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable and convenient

This location offered both comfort and convenience. It also offered a great waterfront view, and we got to enjoy the cool breeze coming off the water. It’s within a block or so form the boatslip.

Really unique spot

This was a great spot for our family of two parents and 4 adult kids. Views are amazing, family room is a great gathering spot, furniture and beds are comfortable. Nice decor.

Wonderful west end apartment with stunning views

Stayed here with 2 teens, spouse, and grandparent. The apartment is spacious and light and was the perfect setting for our week in Provincetown. Views of the bay are stunning. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with basics (and believe me we have stayed at some sparsely stocked kitchens in Ptown). Great setting for a truly relaxing trip.

Ptown Christmas

Another great stay in Ptown! This was our third stay at the listing and it was perfect! Enough space for us all and right on the water for some beautiful sunrises. The hosts were fabulous and I’d recommend the spot to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at Good Templar. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Everything you need is available in the apartment and the accommodations met everyone’s needs. The sunrises are stunning! Thank you for sharing your place with us, we hope to be back soon.

Amazing harbor and bay views

Large roomy 4 bedroom apartment in the middle of a working boatyard. Well equipped and just beautiful. Views galore, 2 outside decks and parking. Convenient Provincetown location, on the bay beach side. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. Loved the apartment.

Amazing wrap around view!!!

Terrific view and interesting location above a working shipyard and walking distance to the center of ptown. Noise from the shipyard could be a problem for some. The apartment was spacious and well appointed but I wouldn’t call it a “luxury” unit as described in the listing. There was no soap or shampoo available but the landlord graciously got some soap for us. There was no high chair as had been noted in the listing and the grill was on the same floor as the landlord’s unit and not the floor of the listed unit. The unit was great overall except that we twice saw the landlord peering through the glass door when he thought we weren’t in the unit which made us all feel quite uncomfortable.
