Perfect Stay for our Family

The best part of our stay was the many beds and bathrooms that accommodated our family. Each family member had their own bedroom and bathroom! We had plenty of room and my grandkids loved the arcade games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a wonderful place to stay!

World Senior Games 2024

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our softball team participates in the Huntsman World Senior Games every year and have for twenty years. We have stayed at hotels, houses and condos. The past three years we have stayed at the Ledges and my guess is that as long as our bodies hold up, we will continue to stay at the Leges. Dan Decker, the vacation rental manager is excellent to work with. Some years we have only needed two condos and other years it has been three. This past year Dan got us three 4 br/4 bth condos that were all close together. All three were well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The wives love the fact that each bedroom has its own bath. I highly recommend these condos, you will not be disappointed! Also, the location is great! 8 minutes out of town yet quiet and relaxing. The restaurant is also really nice as is the golf course!

There were 15 of us that came in for a golf trip and seven stayed at this location.From the minute, we walked in the door, the guys were all excited... Massive upgrade from the hotels we’ve stayed at the past few years!The beds were all extremely comfortable, having bathrooms in each room +2 additional outside of that was a big plus, we loved the outdoor patio, the main living area was open and large enough for everyone comfortably, and the short walk to the pool was a highlight every day!The location was great, as we had on average, a 30 minute drive to each of the four golf courses... Copper Rock, Coral Canyon, Sand Hollow, and then only a two minute drive to Ledges.We also didn’t have far to drive to get into town, but the Ledges restaurant was our favorite.I worked directly with Dan Decker, and his team... From start to finish, it was a super smooth and painless experience... We will be going back again next year!

2024 Utah Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really appreciate the help provided by Dan & Kimber for setting up our golf trip for the 2nd. year in a row. Their help made for a seamless golfing vacation. The area is really impressive and the home we rented was very nice, however we really needed more bedrooms since we had 9 guests for the week with most of us in our 70's, so it was not as comfortable for those using the top bunkbeds. Next time we will be looking for more bedrooms to accommodate our guys without needing to use a top bunkbed. The house was nicely located, well equipped, and for the most part clean. I did note either the carpeting needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced, especially in the master bedroom. You could easily see the wear and/or dirty carpet, which was quite noticeable. Overall, everyone enjoyed the lodging, golf, and just being with close friends for a week of golf.

Best VRBO Rental we have ever stayed in.

This rental was immaculate. It had literally everything we needed plus some. It was huge and had so many games and things for our kids to play. The pool was in seeing distance. Our kids just walked there. The kitchen was fully stocked. And I mean stocked. It had so many dishes, utensils, spices, ex...they had plenty of paper towels and everything you can think of. They even provide separate towels for the pool. We will definitely rent this Unit again. Management was amazing communicated very well.

I immediately called the office to get a return text telling me to take the batteries out of the detectors and they would come the next day and change them. Not something I want to do in the middle of the night! But the over-all experience was great! We love staying at The Ledges when we come to town and ALL IN has been our favorite by far!!!
