Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great trip with a total of 8 guys. Played Ledges and Coral Canyon. Book it was very easy and we booked both courses through the Ledges. Rental had lots of space for all of us. Only down side was that the trager grill didn’t work. Igniter box wouldn’t keep the pellets lit. We used the grill next door after taking to maintenance: Could have been an issue, but we got it done. Had a great time!

Awesome place

Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture. Nice pool and hot tub across the street. Quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our family and friends. We gathered to celebrate a graduation. Comfortably slept all 18 of my family with two beds to spare! Highly recommended!!!

60th Birthday

A group of family spent time together at The Ledges to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Ledges was the perfect location for those who wanted to play golf, those who wanted to hike at nearby State and National Parks and close to Saint George for shopping and activities. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball and easy access to the trail.

Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 stayed with 3 other families( 8 adults and 10 kids between 14-3 years old) and this house was perfect for us! 18 people fit and slept comfortably, had enough space for food, loved having a washer and dryer, loved being across from the pool, very clean house, plenty of towels, would recommend this house and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful place!

We loved this spacious home! It was clean and beautiful. I just wanted to report that one of the dining chairs was broken. The back pad wasn’t connected to the chair and was just placed on the chair. It was like that the day we arrived so it was damaged before we arrived. We loved the rooms, and having the pool right across the street was awesome! Easy access and very clean

Perfect Family Reunion Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 19 all get together every September for a play at Tuachan. This was our first year staying at The Ledges and it went great. The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything felt brand new. We were right across from the swimming pool and could hangout on the outdoor patio all together at night and play cards. Brunch at The Ledges Restaurant on Sunday was delicious!! We should have eaten there more throughout our stay.We will definitely be back.

Living quarters were good.

The experience was all good except for one issue. The lounge chairs at the pool were not only very uncomfortable but dangerous. The design makes it possible, and very likely for users to fall to the ground and the chair land on top of them. I experience this myself when sitting on the edge near the foot of the chair I went directly to the ground with the backrest hitting me in the heard. I witnessed a similar incident with an elderly man holding a new born baby. He fell to the ground, flipping the chair on top of him and the baby. Fortunately all were ok except for the man's back. He complained of pain in his back. These were the only chairs available at the pool and should be replaced before serious injuries occur.
