Run don’t walk! Fabulous View’s, Steps from the pool. Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow!! Pool ParTee Paradise is just that! You can sit under the pergola of your upper floor patio and watch your kids and grandkids in the pool! A familiar whistle from mom and the kids come running. Literally steps from the pool. The views are beautiful, golf is close by as is the clubhouse with amazing food and service. An evening with live music was much enjoyed and the attention to detail that you’ll find in the house is much appreciated. Super clean, plenty of room for lounging and eating. Plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked and spotless kitchen. An extra fridge makes shopping easy.. and the kids loved playing galaga on the arcade. The Ledges does a great job with their vocational rental guests. The only thing missing is a hot tub and I heard they are getting one! That will make it perfect! If you find availability grab this house before it’s too late! It truly is a Pool ParTee Paradise!! For swimmers and golfers a like.

Golf getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 12 guys and a great stay to play golf. House is great for 12 guys. We will lay 36 every day so by the time we get back for the night it’s showers and sleep. The Ledges has it all if you want more. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great location and a great course as well

Great base for a family reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Par-Tee house at The Ledges worked great for our recent family reunion. The main floor has a good-sized gathering space, and there were bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty. The best thing-the pool is steps away, just across a narrow street! Tuacahn is close as are the other amenities and activities in St. George. There were a few issues with the home-namely that it did not have a barbeque as advertised-but the property owners arranged another grill for us to use. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Golf Trip Perfection

The Traeger grill was the star of the show for us and we put it to good use. Would recommend this unit for any group trip to the area.

This property was perfect for our family and friends. We gathered to celebrate a graduation. Comfortably slept all 18 of my family with two beds to spare! Highly recommended!!!

60th Birthday

A group of family spent time together at The Ledges to celebrate a 60th birthday. The Ledges was the perfect location for those who wanted to play golf, those who wanted to hike at nearby State and National Parks and close to Saint George for shopping and activities. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball and easy access to the trail.
