"Dixie Family Adventure" is a spacious 2,692 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa conveniently located across the street from the community pool and hot tub. Ideal for family gatherings, this villa comfortably sleeps 23, offering a combination of bedrooms and a loft filled with bunk beds. Each room features a smart TV, and the loft is equipped with an Xbox One for entertainment. The property ensures fun for all ages with board games, outdoor games, portable basketball hoops, scooters, and baskets of toys.

Catering to the needs of families, "Dixie Family Adventure" provides essential amenities for little ones, including high chairs, strollers, Pack-n-Plays, bibs, life jackets, and booster seats. Great property

We had a group of about 15 ranging in age from 4 to 67 years old. The property was great. We appreciated the private hot tub and the proximity to the swimming pool.We took a couple of day trips to national parks, so convenient and gorgeous.The host was available, responsive, and attentive without being at all overbearing. I recommend this property and would happily rebook.

Nice place. A few issues, but nothing to make it too unpleasant. The microwave was out of service, one of chairs was broken. The table felt too small for the size party possible.

Wonderful

We had a great time. Very clean and had so much room. We especially loved the private hot tub. The swimming pool was just across the street. Would very much recommend and we will be back.

Comfortable, clean, great location near pool

We loved that the pool was right out the front door! The property was clean, and well stocked with towels and pool towels (which we forgot to pack). Everything was very thought out and property management was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved our stay here and would recommend this property! Thank you for hosting us!

Awesome place

Love everything about this property! The bathrooms for each room was a big plus! Kids and teens had ample amount of space to hang and enjoy each other! Master bedroom on ground floor was perfect for granny not having to use all the stairs. Location to the pool couldn’t have been better! Only one downfall… the couch could be better to hang and watch movies. Other then that wonderful property!

Great Space for 4 Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place fit our group of 20 for Spring Break. The adults each had a bedroom and bathroom while the kids shared the loft/bunk room. The kitchen had all we needed although we didn’t do much cooking. The private hot tub was a plus while the community pool and hot tub were great too. The kids loved the X Box. It is located right next to Snow Canyon where we went on several beautiful hikes. It is close to St George restaurants and shopping. The couches were falling apart and everyone mentioned that the mattresses were uncomfortable and frames were extra squeaky, but overall we had a great time and the place was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.
