Off season beach weekend

Overall an outstanding rental. Spacious and clean 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom flat with large common area and huge deck overlooking oceanfront beach. My only small grievance was the access lockbox malfunction, which was also a grievance in previous reviews that seem to not have been addressed still.

Great Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for what we needed. The location is great! The pool is not heated which is a little unfortunate because it is way too cold for spring break. It was also pretty dirty. :( My only real complaint about this property is that it needs deeply cleaned. The rugs look like they have never been washed and there is a thick amount of dust on the fans and ceiling vents of the home. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend/stay again.

This place was amazing. The owners were so nice. We had everything we needed there. The place was clean. Access to pool and beach was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We were told there were issues with the pool due to construction—owner and I had multiple discussions and I told them that no pool might be a deal breaker. A few days later told it would be open a few days into our stay. So we proceeded with renting bc of that. On the way to our trip, we get a call saying the pool might not be available and arrive to a parking nightmare. We had already booked at this point ... We get a message 2 days later stating pool would be ready by the weekend— well, that didn’t happen. Requested some sort of kickback due to all the inconvenience and no getting the full value of the property. The owner suggested we go thru Evolve. So we did that once home, no help whatsoever.— they pretty much sided with the owner and everyone keeping their full prime rental amount bc there is a pool next door. I could not get them to answer my emails to see my response to their decision or reach them by phone. I rented Belair bc of the privacy and beautiful balcony and pool. We did not get that, and in my opinion, the rental company or owner should have done something to adjust the price paid. The owners were very nice thru all of this, but I still paid premium price for sub par. We are not hard to please and I normally don’t write reviews...but this time was very stressful and I felt a need reviewEvolve for their poor customer service.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Had a great time with family at the condo. There were 9 of us total and we never felt cramped. Kitchen well stocked. Very generous number of starter supplies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in these units before, however not this particular one. Upon arrival the code that was given to us to enter the property was incorrect, causing us to have to call management to let us in. Upon entering the property we noticed the windows were not clean and the floors were sticky. Management was very kind when speaking to them on the phone and helped us with other issues we needed resolved. In our opinion the property needs some repairs and cleaned up because it is looking a little worn.

This beautiful location was excellent for a family vacation. The large condo was clean, well equipped, and had easy access to the beach. Breathtaking views were seen from the living area and two large front suites. The huge deck is awesome with a gas grill and easy access to the pool and beach. The beach at this location was not overcrowded and was level for beach activities and walking. The owners were expedient and considerate when contacted with questions. We would love to have the opportunity to stay at this location again.

It was a short drive to great restaurants. The deck was just above the pool so It was easy to communicate with family.

Great Location but with issues the owner should know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this rental for our family vacation last year and liked it so much we booked 2 weeks this year. We have been to PCB many times and know the location well and like where this rental is located, love the beach and pool. This year we were shocked at unkept and dirty the house was after one year, the black mold in the bathrooms may never come out, the guest shower had moldy and torn shower curtains. The turnkey rep. and myself did some cleaning and I felt at least the showers floors were sanitary. There was black hair balls everywhere, even on our "clean" towels and the dirty kitchen tablecloth. YUCK. There was no walk through on this house because there was a huge puddle of soapy water sitting on the hardwood floor in from of the dishwasher, when I cleaned it up the towels were black because the floors were filthy, including old spills never cleaned up (I cleaned some of them) and the trash cans and decor was not where they belonged. We went 5 days without WiFi/TV for the kids. The kids trundle bed had dirty sheets (which included blood on them). We heard they let the construction workers stay here after the hurricane and the home wasn't cleaned during this time. The quest bed was broken and held up by a baking pan (we called Turnkey Mgmt but no one ever came to fix it.) The bathroom rugs were filthy (not even shaken out). We love this rental but would really like the homeowner to see what has happened to the house. I cleaned under some of the furniture which hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I don't live this way at home and would prefer my paid vacation rental be clean, especially since I pay such a high cleaning fee. Turnkey said I would be getting some money back for the WiFi problem and how dirty the house was but we haven't seen that yet. I would recommend this property if the cleaning / maintenace problems were addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were in town form my mother's memorial service.We could stay in Panama City proper because there is no place to stay. Renting property was effortless.Exactly the amount of bedrooms I needed. Plenty of space with a fantastic gulf coast view. We drove directly to property from airport with help of google maps. But... the digital lock would not accept our code or the next two codes the office supplied to us. Local agen was called ( hour away?). we went next door and relaxed with some Cajun food and drinks. Tina called me with in ten minutes and arrived a few after that. We got into house and everything was fine. More towels and the code to the beach gate would have been nice. We got busy with the plans for service and no one called the office. Sharp knive also would have been nice. Overall, the property was great. Clean, quiet and close to mom's church. After the memorial service we had the other side of the family over and it was a very nice get to gather. I like PCB in the winter. Warmer than Colorado. No humidity and no people. A good find.

We know and like this area of Panama City Beach. We have already booked our next vacation here. Awesome condo on a beautiful beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo right on Panama City Beach. Just a walk down the stairs and your feet are in the sand. The house is laid out very well with great views. The master suite is luxurious with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The kids room was perfect with a set of bunk beds and a twin with a trundle. The pool is beachside and offers a nice break from the beach. This place also had an elevator so you don’t have to carry everything upstairs.

2018 Family Vacation

This year we’ve decided to try Panamacity beach. Wow!!! It was amazing. Everyone in my family thought this was the best beach vacation ever. The Condo was beautiful. The view was breath taking. The beach was nice and clean. We’re definately doing this again soon. Thank you for giving us such a memorable vacation. Five stars all the way.
