Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil au monde. Pêcher au large de la jetée juste en bas de la plage. Descendez l'ascenseur et sur le sable blanc de Madeira Beach.

Ce condo entièrement équipé est situé sur la plage juste en face de la célèbre Pass Village de John et ancienne promenade de temps. Pass John dispose d'excellents restaurants, des boutiques, des spectacles, des chartes de pêche, plongée en apnée, bombardements, observation des dauphins, parachute ascensionnel, location de jet-ski, plongée sous-marine, et le dîner / croisières de casino.

Notre condo dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale et un lit queen-size dans la deuxième chambre. Séjour et chambre des maîtres ont des portes coulissantes au grand balcon .. Fixez ascenseurs d'entrée clés. Nous sommes situés sur la plage, au 2ème étage et notre vision visages Pass John.

Nous sommes situés à seulement 90 minutes des attractions de Walt Disney; 30 minutes de Busch Gardens Tampa et Aquarium; ainsi que 20 minutes de Saint- Pier-Pétersbourg. Trolley en face du bâtiment va de Clearwater Beach à Saint- plage Petersburg. Bus à des centres commerciaux et de la zone en face de bldg.

Everything you could want to stay on the beach

The location of the property was great. The condo was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and had supplies for the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

Right on the water. The pool is literally 5 feet from the Sandy beach, where the sunsets are awesome. Nice two bedroom unit. Lots of space. The beach chairs were a little worn and I emailed the owner. Got 2 new ones the next day!!

Relaxing!

It was very nice to stay across from John’s Pass & listen to live music from the Bamboo Grill. The condo was spacious & clean. Enjoyed the area!!

Good Experience in a Great Area

Wife and I enjoyed the Week Stay we had! Easy Beach access and Shuttle Bus will take you anywhere you wanna go for a Small Fee per Day! Great Location across the Street for Food and Cocktails! Thanks again, We will be back!

Great place to stay

The Condo was fantastic and beautiful! Had everything we needed. Right on the beach and could walk across the street for shopping or eating at John's Pass. I would say the only negative we had here was the pool size, it was a little on the small size, but still efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Clean and had the essentials ready for use. Loved the beach gear and being able to vacuum up any sand we didn’t manage to kick off. Wonderful location on the beach with private gate access.

July Beach Vacation

Condo was tastefully decorated with a coastal vibe. Convenient to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Madeira Beach is our go to for a beach vacation. Can't beat the beautiful white sand and gorgeous sunsets!! Susan is a great host!

Effortless

The condo is located right in the beach & within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Chairs, umbrellas & towels were provided so all we needed was sunscreen & snacks. The condo was comfortable and decorated so cute!

Enjoyable Stay

The condo met all our needs for vacationing in Madeira Beach. It was clean, spacious, and had amenities such as beach chairs, coffee maker, washer.& dryer, and more. The building was very quiet, with the exception of the music drifting up from the Bamboo Beach Grill, which added pleasure to our stay. We slept well on comfortable the king sized bed. Great location, being right on the beach and across from John's Pass. The heated pool, while not standard sized, was big enough to enjoy and not too crowded.

Awesome location to shopping and beach.

Location was fabulous with this condo. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on patio and the walking down to marina to watch fishermen. We enjoyed the nice pool and beach during the day and shopped in the evening at John’s Pass which is directly across street from condo. Any questions we had the owner responded quickly and was helpful. Condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys to use which was very nice to have. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved every minute!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and roomy, had everything that we needed. A plus was the live music from the bar across the road. We sat and enjoyed listening from our balcony. The furnishings were great and comfy. Sue was a great host. No problem getting in touch with her. We met several people on our stay including a family who by the end of the week we had became Facebook friends and have been in touch since coming home. Can’t wait til summer of 2024.

Aunt Getaway During Ian

Get Visit and awesome communication with the owner Sue. My Aunt and I decided to go ahead with our visit during A hurricane. We did leave to my father's place inland. Sue was wonderful in keeping me updated of the situation and even refunded me the days we did not stay!!!! Great location and we did get pool time before and after the storm. Its perfect location especially since my Aunt was in a wheel chair. I could push her across the street to all the shops and restaurants. This is my second stay at this condo and hope to visit many more times in the future.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time at this condo the worst part was leaving it. The property was clean and it was fully stocked with many things most places don't provide. There was beach chairs, umbrella's, coolers, beach toys and boogie boards for the kids. The kitchen was also fully stocked from chip clips to storage containers for your lunch on the beach. The beds were comfortable and slept well. Plenty of storage for all your things. There was also a blow dryer, straighter, travel shampoo's (to tied you over in case you forgot to pack yours) and even a few Q-tips.There was even fishing poles in case you wanted to fish. Conveniently located across from John's Pass where there is plenty of shopping, restaurants, live music and other activities to book. Sue was great host and we would definitely book again!!!

Perfect location and great condo

We have mainly stayed in panhandle area in past and now find this will be our "go to" place. Beautiful family-oriented area rather than loud party atmosphere. This condo has had many nice updates (bathrooms and kitchen) and is very comfortable. We heard others complain about cleanliness of their condo and we were very pleased with the thorough cleaning before our arrival. The king bed was very comfortable. We rarely heard our neighbors- only chair scraping on floor occasionally above us. We have always faced the beach in the past but with this condo it faces John's pass and sitting on balcony you can listen to live music playing at the Bamboo Beach Bar which stops around 9 pm weekdays and a bit later on weekends. It was the perfect volume to relax and enjoy. All the shops and restaurants so close to walk to was great. Glad to have an elevator key for safety reasons. Keys also needed to access beach and pool area. We will definitely return!

Great location!

Easy check in and absolute great location! Right across from Johns Pass! We enjoyed listening to the music which played at the bar across the street from the comfort of our balcony. Walking over to the shops and restaurants during the day/evening was an easy and enjoyable thing to do. Lots of restaurants also in walking distance. The beach was not crowded and the water was beautiful! We enjoy many days going from the beach to the pool which was also very clean. The condo had a variety of beach items, cooler, a few umbrellas and chairs, sand toys and beach towls. The layout was spacious and comfortable. We usually stay ocean front but didn't feel like we missed out so I would definitely recommend if your in the fence. We would definitely stay here again. Madeira Beach is in great proximity to so many other places. We explored, Treasure Island beaches, Pass-a-grille, sunset Beach, Indian Shores and Clearwater. We fished in Pass-a-grille at Merrys peer, took the shell Island ferry from Fort Desoto visited the bird Sanctuary in Indian Shores. Caddys, SeaHags, Thai AM, Mad beach Cantina, Seabreeze, Friendly Fisherman, Mangos, Brass Monkey are just some of the good restaurants that we ate at. You can't go wrong with this condo and it's location!

1-Condo is listed as a 2 bathroom unit however, it has ONE and a HALF. The dividing door between the bathrooms does not fully close or lock. Condo floor was dirty upon arrival. 2-Chairs and umbrellas need replaced They are in very poor shape 3- Guest bedroom was very uncomfortable for the kids. 4- There was not one thing of detergent to wash a load of clothes or dishes. The dishes in the unit were very dirty. We bought paper products instead of using them. 5-There is nothing to stop the drain up to take a bath or a rug to step out onto causing a fall hazard. 6- Two kitchen size trash bags and small amount of paper products. 7- Absolutely no correspondence unless we reached out. 8-Elevators horrible with only one to use. 9-Construction noise/wasn’t notified Convenient location but won’t be back!

Don't hesitate, book today!

Madeira Beach and John's Pass area is top notch and our condo was right in the middle of it all....great location, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable....we will definitely look to stay here again when we make it back to Madeira Beach.
