Great Location

The Beach Witch is a great place to let your family stay in. This is our 2nd year staying at this beach home. Beach access is right across the street, making it a breeze to get to and from the house with your arms full or a quick trip back because you need something. The elevator was nice to have, for getting luggage and groceries to the right floors without having to pack everything up the stairs. Inside the house was clean and well maintained. No fault to the property, due to hurricane Isaias, the windows need to be cleaned so you can see the beautiful views from all floors. Our family enjoys what this property has to offer.

Fantastic vacation home!

This beautiful home has everything you need for your stay at the beach with the whole family! Everything is top of the line, very tasteful, colorful, and welcoming with just the right accents at every turn. A comfortable home with great views and an amazing beach five steps across the street. The porches/balconies are great places to spend leisure time reading and looking at the water. We will definitely be back!

Great Place

We enjoyed our time at Beach Witch! The house is well-appointed, clean and works well for us. The elevator is nice to take luggage, groceries and other big items to the top floors. We love the location, too. Paradise30A was great to work with also. Hope to come back!

Amazing family getaway

Or group of 8 had plenty of room to gather and to have our own space! We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and views from the balconies! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Thunder Beach

We stayed at the house for Thunder Beach October 2022. It was a great location central to to everything. This was our second stay and the house is great.

Great stay

Large spacious home just steps from the beach. Great beach view. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked except there was not a pot large enough to cook crab legs but that wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Loved the house and location.

Beautiful home

We had 2 families share this home and had plenty of space and everything we needed from plenty of towels to beach items. Beds were very comfortable, as were couches and chairs for lounging. Everything worked properly and the elevator was a nice bonus for unloading and stocking the kitchen! The location is perfect for beach access. We loved the patios with plenty of furniture and great views!

Great vacation

We were impressed with how clean this property was. We have stayed at other beach homes over the years and this has been the cleanest. Two tubs were clogged when we arrived. We called for service and the issue was fixed the same day. Great customer service and I recommend this property

Excellent, would highly recommend

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Access to the beach is convenient. There was plenty of room for our large extended family. The decor is tastefully done. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for the cooking that we did. And the elevator was a lifesaver for unloading and loading suitcases and groceries. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Magnificent

Let me tell y'all this place was absolutely amazing!! We had a party of 12 everyone was comfortable with plenty of space! The kitchen was large enough to cook big meals and offered plenty of seating for everyone! The balconies were wonderful and access to the beach was a breeze!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and furnished well!! The master bedroom is to die for!! We really really enjoyed this home it offered everything we expected and more!!

Loved it!!!

This house was perfect! Very clean, easy booking and check in process, best location, very spacious, and amazing views of the beach and gulf! For the last 2 years we have stayed in the house that is similar on the outside, but 2 houses down and loved it, but this house was even better! Any issues we had were addressed immediately (nothing major) and we were called and texted to see how everything was going and to follow up. Would definitely stay here again!
