Une merveilleuse unité moderne sur la baie de Maalaea avec une belle vue sur l'océan qui a été récemment rénovée avec toutes les nouvelles cuisine, salle de bain, sols et meubles.

La piscine en bord de mer est un endroit merveilleux pour passer la journée suivie d'une merveilleuse soirée et d'un dßner aux barbecues à gaz en plein air. L'unité a une vue magnifique sur l'océan pour se détendre pendant ces heures du soir.

Le village de Maalaea est une petite communautĂ© en bord de mer oĂč vous pouvez facilement vous rendre Ă  pied Ă  tous les niveaux de restaurants, de boutiques, d'activitĂ©s en bord de mer et d'une belle plage en croissant de sable dorĂ©.

L'unité est équipée d'une télévision cùblée premium et d'un accÚs Internet WiFi haut débit gratuit pour rester en contact avec le reste du monde.

Great Oceanfront Vacation Spot in the Middle of Everything

This was our favorite condo that we stayed in during our visit to Hawaii! It is located in the center of everything and has all of the amenities you could want, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The host is very responsive and even gave us a little gift upon arrival. We would stay there again in a minute.

Great place, terrific view

If we make it back to Maui, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plenty of room for the two of us, and the view was even better than we expected from the listing. Close enough to Ma’alaea harbor that we could walk to our dinner and whale watching cruises, but the only sound at night was the surf. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and the bbq.

We completely enjoyed our anniversary at the condo. Saw whales and turtles our first evening. The inside could use a fresh coat of paint but the view and restaurant at the aquarium made it an amazing experience. Thank you for the unforgettable memories 💗

Sunrise beauty

This unit was perfectly situated next to the boat harbor with amazing views of the east mountains. We enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony. Loved hearing the waves roll in all day. The pool was nice and warm. The grounds were spotless and had beautiful flora and fauna. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great location, central to most stuff on Maui.

We had a great time in this location. It was central to the Ma'alaea harbor, where we kicked off a whale watching tour. We were also able to pop over to Laha'ina, Kihei and Kahului without much difficulty. Not much beach in front of the complex itself, but if you want to SUP or Kayak it's a great place to start off from. We did see some whale activity from the balcony, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Convenient, Less Crowded Location

The location is convenient and away from high traffic tourist areas. Located centrally to get to Kihei, Lahaina, Wailuku, and airport. Condo was clean and well supplied. Owners offered efficient and timely communication as far as access, etc. In the afternoon, walk out to the seawall and there are lots of sea turtles swimming around. Highly recommend. This is not a new place, but it was clean and met our needs.

Lovely stay, great quiet location. Awesome communication with the owner. Is it the fanciest, no but it as described and fit our budget. It was an awesome view. The washer and dryer in the unit helped us cut down on packing. Close to the airport. Really enjoyed the balcony.

We loved the creature comforts available at this condo! Smart TV and a full kitchen was excellent. Super clean and easy check in/out process. Host was quick to respond to any issues if we had any. Parking was a bit tight under the garage but easy to get in and out. Loved the central location making it easy to get to both sides of the island. Added bonus was the aquarium right next door! Would book this condo again! Pool was easily accessible and heated, making evening swims a pleasure.

Nice location and beautiful sunrises

We started our day sitting, drinking our tea/coffee, on the lanai watching the sun rise over Haleakala. With the ocean view, we did see a couple of whales, even being late March. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was within walking distance to Maui Ocean Center and restaurants. A little walk down the road to Haycraft Park and you can walk for miles on Sugar Beach! We enjoyed our stay at Milowai 203. Mahalo.

Property was as listed. It was clean and well stocked. Manager responded to questions quickly. Definitely a good value. It could use a little TLC, front screen door needs adjustment, bedroom window needs repair, ice maker didn't seem to work. The grounds were well maintained.

Perfect end to our Hawaii experience

We ended our two week stay in Hawaii with 5 nights at this property. Our view was amazing, you could see turtles in the surf and all along be waterfront of neighbouring properties. Room was comfortable, no A/C in bedroom, but we didn’t mind. Well appointed kitchen, was nice to have washer and dryer. Little shopping area next to condo. Marina was also next door and we walked over to catch our snorkelling charter. We took the bus from there right down to Lahaina and ubered home so we could both enjoy some drinks with our meal.

Lovely Condo with beautiful views

The condo itself was really nice. Comfortable and had every convenience we could want. Having our own parking space was wonderful--didn't need to worry about anyone taking our spot! The only down side would be the area. It was in a great location if you wanted to go up to Lahania or further or down thru Wailea or even back up towards the airport. BUT there really isn't much there. Tante's Fish Market is about the only restaurant there. While it is very good if you are there for several days it could get tiring. There are several cafe's but they all close at 5pm!!!

We have a 28 year old daughgter who is also a registered nurse. We live in Wailuku and enjoy welcoming people to our island home. We have an advantage on taking care of our guests as we are here on the island and can insure our unit has all the details that will make your vacation special. Shirley routinely checks the unit and make sure it is fully equipped. We look forward to serving you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a very beautiful area as it is on a quiet dead end road and is very centrally located. Maalaea is 20 minute from Wailea, 20 minutes from Lahaina, and 12 minutes from the Kahului airport. The community is right on the ocean and right next to a very quaint harbor giving it a special feeling compared to some of the Monster hotels.
