Vous pouvez profiter de tout le confort de la maison tout en vous relaxant dans la belle Maui! Ouvrez la porte véranda et les fenêtres à persiennes partout pour laisser les célèbres alizés de Maui souffler à travers ou se rafraîchir avec l'unité AC (située dans le salon) et les ventilateurs de plafond.

À Maalaea, vous serez à distance de marche du port, des restaurants, des boutiques, du centre aquatique, du minigolf et bien plus encore! Il y a une petite plage de sable / rocheuse juste derrière le condo (selon la marée) où les tortues peuvent souvent être repérées, ou vous pouvez vous diriger dans la rue (0. 2 miles) vers la vaste plage de sable de Haycraft Beach Park, qui est parfait pour les longues promenades, la natation ou simplement pour sortir. Nous fournirons la glacière, les serviettes et les chaises, vous serez donc prêt à profiter du soleil! Vous pouvez même voir des baleines si vous visitez décembre-mars. Maalaea est parfaitement située près du centre de l'île, vous serez donc à proximité d'autres zones populaires de l'île, comme Lahaina, Kihei et Kahului aussi!

My beautiful wife and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation with paradise properties. This property at Maalaea Banyans was centrally located to all of the “want to do” attractions in Maui.Great beaches and a magnificent vacation

Amazing view

This apartment has a fabulous location. The view from the balconey where we had our morning coffee was worth every penny. It is located on the National whale conservancy area but it was too late in the season for us the magnificent creatures have migrated north. We did see some turtles swimming around in these waters. The flowering trees around the property are gorgeous too and the hot tub is a welcome addition after a strenuous hike.

Honestly, staying here was the best decision we could have made. It's a nice, central location on the island. Its tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Kihei, but trips there and the other towns packed with restaurants and shopping were a quick trip. Take advantage of the beach at Haycraft Park at the end of the street! The condo was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view! It was a perfect place to stay!

Not too bad

Our stay was very nice at the Ma’alaea Banyans. If you’re traveling with a baby, just note the AC doesn’t reach the back bedroom cool, so pack a fan or have the baby sleep in the living room. Overall the place was nice and seeing the turtles in the bay every day was a bonus.

Whales Galore!

We booked this condo to be at waters edge to watch the whales. Armed with a small set of binoculars, they gave us a show almost 25/7. The grounds were well maintained and loved the updates bbq pits. The location is super convenient to everything on the island especially the airport. The condo was very clean but frankly a little tired and dated. The bed and couch needs upgrading.

Lovely relaxing view

As pictured, so relaxing to listen to ocean and surf. Condo very comfortable with windows open. Bathtub does not drain well, but overall a great place and location.

Great Views

The views and location were perfect. Centrakky located to neighboring towns. Overall unit was clean with exception of closets. They were dirty and needed to be finished properly. Dirty undergarments were left in closet by housekeeping.

Fabulous stay

This location and condo are both terrific! Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Location was superior - close to the marina, shopping, restaurants. We had a blast watching sea turtles (on the beach and in the water) and enjoyed a fun whale watching cruise. Really nice beach park a short walk away as well. When we come back to Maui, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Maui getaway

Really great place to stay. Insanely gorgeous view from balcony - ocean, waves, sunsets. Very clean, super quiet, all the amenities. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Very attentive owner. Would highly recommend!!

Little Escape

This condo was the perfect spot for our Hawaiian getaway. All of the amenities to spend some time at “home” but also centrally located to access all sides of the island in a reasonable amount of time. Gorgeous ocean views, turtles on the small beach on the property.

Aloha getaway

We loved the location and the quiet atmosphere, but the best feature is the view! Absolutely gorgeous. We saw turtles, walked to Sugar beach just a few hundred yards away, ate nearby and took a snorkel tour from Maalea harbor. The convenience was nice along with Kehei and Lahaina a short drive away.

Amazing

The View!!!

The view was awesome!!! I would spend so much time early mornings and evening hours just looking out at the view! Also, the beach area to the right of the building had sea turtles resting during the day. The place was very nice and had everything that we wanted and needed. The location was private/safe and yet near enough to drive to all the places in a short time period.

Broken elevator, outdated

When we first arrived the elevator was broken and they knew that and failed to inform us before we arrived. They should have given us the option of a refund if we wanted one because the listing said elevators. What if we couldn't do stairs. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and would fall out. The sliding door barely opened and only with some force and wouldn't lock. We informed the management of all of these things when we first arrived and all they wanted to do was send someone over to look at the sliding door. We refused since this was our vacation. It was centrally located and was mostly clean except for the furniture, curtains. pillows both on the couch and bed. If we could have gotten our money back when we told them about all of these issues we would have went somewhere else. But to spend over 3000 and not get any money back isn't something we could afford..I wouldn't not stay there again.

Someone entered our rental while we were naked

We had a very big scare when we were having a private moment and a man just let himself into our rental. We were very scared and felt unsafe. After that, we have the interaction on recording, but I definitely need a resolution offered. This is unacceptable and a very upset that this happened to us.

The location was wonderful with beautiful views. the unit needs updating and some maintenance. The kitchen needs to be stocked better if you plan on cooking in. Management was very responsive to a leaky dishwasher.

All about the view

The property was located right by the ocea. The view was spectacular. The unit was decent, not spectacular but good enough. The hot tub small and extremely noisy (maybe time for an upgrade?) The pool was clean, not large but good enough to cool off in. We did have technical difficulties with WiFi and TV. did take a while to sort out ( Management company does not work Weekends) But when we finally got ahold of them things fell into place.

Great view but needs some updating

The view from the appartement is amazing. Our daughter had to sleep on the sleeping couch.The couch needs to be replaced.It is old and has a bad matras. One spring was loose.Our daughter did not sleep well. If you plan to do some cooking (like us).The pots and pans need replacement.The bedroom and bathroom were ok.

Awesome stay in Maui!!

Overall, this was a great place to stay! You can’t beat the location and the view was incredible! We loved all the amenities that came with the place. The beach on the property even had sea turtles that swam up on the beach at night! A few things to note, there was a noticeable amount of dust on the bedroom ceiling (totally livable) however, we felt that it made the space seem unclean. Also the dishwasher seemed unusable due to water pooling at the bottom. Truthfully, we didn’t contact the property manager (although they are super quick to respond!!) about it as we didn’t use the dishwasher but just something to note! It truly is a great space in Maui and we definitely plan on staying here again!!!

Great location for amazing price

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 7 days and it’s just perfect. This location is central to everything yet very quiet. There’s plane flying over but it’s not a problem for me since we only saw one plane during the whole stay. We prefer to go out and not staying in during vacation. The laundry machines in unit are life saver. The kitchen is nice and everything you need is here. Cori has been amazingly accommodating for our requests. We really appreciate it. Both Cori and the management replied to our questions so fast and we had great communication and instructions for the stay. We plan to recommend it to our friends and return to stay in the near future. Sad to leave so soon :) thanks again Cori!

Great location..amazing view!

This was a great space and location for our trip to Maui. We enjoyed the views from the balcony every morning and night. It was whale season during our visit so we were able to enjoy our morning coffee watching the whales out in the ocean. We saw turtles swimming by also. There is beach access and a little bit a space to take some chairs down there to sit by the water. The only problem (personal preference) are the mirrors on the patio. These mirrors are on both sides and they bring in heat. The kitchen worked out great. The chairs and cooler were great to use. The bed is comfortable. I did get my yeti water bottle taken from the lobby and I even left a note down there. The posted quiet time is nice. The sounds of the waves at night were relaxing. Amazing stay. Amazing views. We bought beach umbrellas but couldn’t take them… a donation to future guests. Thank you for the amazing stay.

10 Days in Maui!

Centrally located, the Maalaea Banyon property provides easy access to all of the island (West Coast, South Coast, North Coast and even Road to Hana and the Haleakala crater). Located on the ocean. the views are spectacular and during our trip in early February, the whale watching from the deck was incredible (make sure you pack a set of binoculars!). There is no beach to speak of directly in front of the property, however Sugar Beach is a short walk. The lack of beach is made up for by the ever present sea turtle that feed on the shoreline and use the small sandy area that is present to come ashore to rest. There is a small, but quiet, pool and accompanying hot tub, with plenty of deck chairs, to enjoy the beautiful Hawaii weather for those days your not out and about exploring. While the property will sleep up to 4, it is smaller and is better fit for a maximum of 2 adults. For those travelling with children, the pull out couch in the living room would easily accommodate a couple of kids (which is different than travelling with adults). The king size bed is very comfortable and the unit is well appointed with all of the basics required for a comfortable stay. The two onsite BBQ's are very popular and were generally busy through the expected dinner hours...if you want to eat early, get to the BBQ by 4:30 to ensure your at the start of the queue. We would definitely consider re-booking at the Maalaea Banyon property again.
