Nouveau sur le marché locatif! Chalet bien aménagé de trois chambres et trois salles de bain et demi au coin de toutes les commodités de première classe du Lake Toxaway Country Club, du port de plaisance de Lake Toxaway et du Greystone Inn primé. Grand porche couvert perché dans un bosquet de lauriers des montagnes et de rhododendrons parfait pour dîner, se détendre et faire des grillades lors des fraîches nuits d'été avec un accès direct au terrain de golf. Grande chambre principale avec lit king-size au niveau principal avec grande baignoire et douche séparées. Les chambres supérieures ont un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux avec salle de bain attenante dans les deux chambres. Poêle au gaz, grand foyer au bois en pierre et salle à manger intérieure assez grande pour accueillir huit personnes. Le chalet a des privilèges d'adhésion au Lake Toxaway Country Club et au terrain de golf sur demande et des frais de 150 $ (disponibles d'avril à novembre). Bateaux pontons et ski disponibles à la location à l'heure ou à la journée sur les quais de la marina. Chiens acceptés au cas par cas moyennant un supplément.

Deux nuits minimum hors saison, cinq nuits minimum en saison (15 juin-15 août).

Beautiful and Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay on a last minute booking! We were supposed to be out of the country but unfortunately had to change plans due to an unexpected family issue. We are so thankful the house was available and everything was perfect. Clean, high quality kitchen, house and comfy beds!!

We loved the close proximity to the County Club and The Greystone Inn, as well as the various sights of Lake Toxaway. The cottage was easy to get to and check in and out of. It was very clean and frankly, the pictures don't do it justice. It was private and we enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and evening. We can't wait to return again in April!

The location was remote yet close enough to other homes that we didn't feel completely isolated. The layout of Club Cottage makes it feel larger than it probably is. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on the second floor with the master on the first was nice.

Great floor plan for our family of 3 but has an extra bedroom for another couple or more children. Some minor fixes would make this exceptional. Wallpaper peeling in a couple spots in master bath. Faucet were broken but workable. Electric candles were all out of battery. We cooked and there were no mixing bowls or measuring cups. Just little frustrating things like that. But overall it’s a great location close to club and golf course right out the back. Comfortable beds and good tv. No tv in master though!

Even with rainy weather, we had everything we needed and a beautiful covered porch. We rented a boat at the marina one day and loved that we were right around corner. We also went to hike trails which were also very close. We have every intention of returning ASAP!

Everything we expected and more!

We discovered Lake Toxaway accidentally, after a spur of the moment trip search to what we hoped would be Asheville yielded no available rentals, and we have now found our new, favorite place in N.C. and we will definitely be returning. The property was everything we expected and more! More relaxing, more comfortable, more off the beaten path, and more alluring. From the start, it was obvious The Lake Toxaway Co. is all about customer service, and Rachel was a pleasure to deal with, calling us prior to and the day of arrival, making sure we had proper directions, and warning of the neighborhood road construction. Also, a minor GFIC issue was addressed courteously and promptly. This wonderful, stunningly beautiful community is a gem of a find and our family is planning a return visit this summer. Our only complaint was the trip was too short and we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended!
