Suzanna is a wonderful host. She was incredibly helpful in getting ready for our trip. The condo is beautiful. The view is stunning. It is clean and very well appointed. The location is central to so many things to do. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and as advertised. Many good reviews for a reason and I gladly recommend as well. Local restaurants were excellent! Day trips to sight-see and view some other waterfalls were great and nearby. Only negative was the unit above us for the first two nights had a coughing smoker out on the deck with the nausea of cigarette smoke about making enjoying the deck and water sound challenging. The last two nights, an older non-smoking couple were there, and the pleasure of the deck outside returned. It was pricy for the size compared to VRBO’s we have used in other locales, but thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lake Toxaway and highly recommend!

Good value for the location in the NC mountains. A bit difficult to locate, as signage was not great. The view of the water falls is hard to see when the trees have not dropped their leaves. (We were disappointed that the trail leading to the base of the falls is very narrow and not well groomed.)Condo is nice. Lots of extras were provided.

This place was perfect. Super cozy and quiet. The owner was readily available via text when we needed her and sent her maintenance man over within 30 minutes to show us how to use the fireplace outside.We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful and ideal location to stay at. The view, and sound, of the falls was extraordinary! It was so peaceful and felt so secluded. The unit itself was pristine. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking, the beds and furniture were so comfortable and it was very well appointed. The water pressure was great and the showers were awesome. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We absolutely loved staying there and hope to bring other family members there on a future stay in the area!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful unit with all the “extras” it offers. The master bed is comfortable and the kitchen holds anything you could possibly need. It is peaceful with the most spectacular view of the falls from the back deck. The internet is spotty, due to the location, but we spent most of our time hiking the numerous falls and surrounding mountains and found that to be the case there as well.

Really love this place. The view from the back deck of the waterfall was excellent. Very comfortable accommodations.Not used to the area so finding it the first time was a bit difficult didn’t realize it was tucked behind the restaurant. The road was not obvious.Being hidden away, just added to the wonderful experience. Enjoyed it very much.

Great Stay at Hideaway Falls

Overall, we had a wonderful extended stay at this condo. Communication was great in advance of our arrival, and owner/manager checked in while we were there to ensure we had what we needed. Would certainly stay here again and recommend this condo to others.

The condo was beautiful, the location was fantastic. The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas as a nice touch.The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a great long weekend stay at Riversong overlooking Toxaway Falls. The condo was well furnished, stocked and in great shape but really, come for the views of the falls. This unit is one of the best and definitely has a luxury feel. We appreciated how responsive the owner is. They provided near immediate answers to any questions and know the area well.

We enjoyed our stay & the all the available space. It was tricky finding in the dark so some sort of marking would help. Thanks for easy to use TV remotes! It’s clean and nice & we hope to come back!

Absolutely Wonderful

Everything about our stay at Lake Toxaway was excellent. Suzanne and Perla were always available when needed, and the cabin was stunning, well-equipped, and spotless. I loved it so much that I plan on possibly visiting in the summer to do some hiking, and I will be staying at this lovely location again!
