Great location and an amazing stay!

My mother and I had a great stay! The location was perfect and had all of the accommodations that we could have asked for! We especially loved they had everything needed to go enjoy a day at the beach and the location was perfect to bounce around to different bars/restaurants. Would highly recommend it for the perfect St. Pete Beach weekend getaway.

Great stay in St Pete Beach at Waves

The property is very nice. Great location and beautiful room. Pool was right outside our door with plenty of chairs/loungers. Easy walk to both the beach and a number of nice restaurants. The combination the quality accommodation and great location make this a good choice.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was everything it was advertised to be. It was stocked with everything you would need for a nice vacation. The pool was wonderful and the chairs were great! Would definitely come back!!

Location Location Location

Loved our stay.The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Unfortunately the keurig wasnt working, which we discovered after we had already bought the kcups.They do privide all the essentials for the pool and beach.My one suggestion is to replace the upright bag chairs, with actual beach chairs. Loved the location and we will definitely be back.

Great

Everything was great except the front door latch was broke and ceiling fans malfunctioned. Also there needs to be more security at entrance door. No cameras for people going in and out and people would leave that door open constantly.

Good location and clean

The unit is impeccable with all the little things you would need. The bed is very comfortable and the washer dryer is a plus. Location is great to walk anywhere or grab the FreeBee or Sun Sunner bus. The unit is very dark unless you open the shades but anyone entering/leaving or at the pool can see directly in the unit. The pool has almost no sun during December but the beach is 2.5 blocks away. The Italian deli on the corner and Surf and Grove two blocks north make great coffee.

The waves property

Everything was lovely except when I opened the glass storm door I noticed the mechanism that closes the door was lying on the threshold. Also could not find the remote for the bedroom so watched TV from sofa. Everything else was A+ The email I received with detailed instructions was excellent. The bed was not thatcomfy, but I'm probably spoiled by my Temperpedic and the pillows were awful. Bring your own! The walk to the beach was a breeze. All in all, I reccomend this place.

Response from owner: "Thank you for your comments. The storm door mechanism has been replaced. Also, if we knew about the bedroom remote we would have had Spectrum cable replace it immediately as they have done for us in the past. Thank you for staying with us and hope you come back soon."

Great location

Property is close to EVERYTHING! Unit was very nice. Only small hiccup was not knowing how to operate the keyless lock. Wish there was someone on-site to ask these kind of questions. Had to wait (not long) for response to question. Please don’t take that as a negative review. Will probably look for this property for my next trip down.

Great Spot Close to the Beach

Although we had a rough start we ended up having an enjoyable stay at this location. We arrived in the late afternoon of check-in to find our rental not cleaned, trash in the bin and dirty sheets on the floor. After making a few calls were able to get in touch with Evolve and they got to work to make things right, even so it was nearly 11 pm by the time the unit was ready for us to occupy it. The unit was comfortable and updated with beach towels, a cart, umbrellas, coolers and many other beach supplies. The washer/ dryer was big plus. This was our second stay at this condo community, though a different unit. We liked that it wasn't a huge sprawling complex, but a limited number of units accessed through a secure courtyard. We would definitely return for another vacation.

Decent convenient spot

We liked the proximity in the area. The biggest perk was the amount of things in the condo to use. There are plenty of linens, soap, dishes, beach toys, pool noodles, etc. The pool was warm and directly outside the door which made swimming with a toddler a great perk. It met our small family of 3’s needs. Very easy in and out with no problems to report. The beach was a little further than I expected but still walkable. If you are looking for frills in decor this is not your place- it is a bit dated but again clean and convenient. We were happy with our last minute decision. I would recommend this property.

So fantastic I was looking up real estate listings by the end of my stay

St. Pete is perfect and this place is the perfect place to stay. The decor is lovely; there is everything you will ever need to cook with, do laundry, have a fun time at the beach, and enjoy yourself. The location could not be better. Short walk to the beach, an Italian cafe, bars and restaurants… it’s all right there. I was literally looking up how to buy a condo in n this building by the end of my stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable- supportive, soft sheets, great pillows, and a variety of bedding to be as warm or cool as you like. I will definitely be coming back and cannot rate this place highly enough :)

Loved the location and loved the rental. It was a perfect fit for my boyfriend and I. Pool is right outside the condo door and the beach is a five min walk. The rental had everything you need. Thanks for the great stay.

Perfect for a girls getaway!!

The Waves condo was perfect for a short girls getaway. Super close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend checking out La Casa Del Pane. Super cute Italian bakery that’s perfect for breakfast or lunch. There were chairs and an umbrella in the condo for the beach!

Nice accommodations, close to beach

Really enjoyed all the amenities the Waves 600 had to offer; truly love St Pete Beach and we loved staying in the north end...close to good bars and restaurants, 3/4 blocks away! Only downside to stay was the fact that TV in the living room cut out 4 days before our departure and unit owner did not resolve the issue after repeated calls.

We LOVED it!!!

Our family of four was very comfortable in this condo! The king bed was comfy, nice sheets and towels, etc. What we loved most was walking only steps to the pool area. My husband and I loved our mornings by the pool and also loved taking a short walk for coffee on the beach. Some of the other owners befriended us! Such a nice little community at The Waves! We can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous stay... loved the walk out. !!!!

Tried to contact Security for hours using given phone #'s. NOT accurate One was invalid and the other kept being busy (regarding guest parking issue) Finally flagged them down. Property manager never returned my call x3 Otherwise awesome stay, will rebook again soon
