Great location. Very clean unit. Would be fantastic if the bathroom was updated. No laundry on site. Great comminication from the management company.

The location was great, but the condo was a letdown. The advertised a Keurig coffee maker, and instead, they had a regular coffee pot with leftover Keurig pods. There was also no dishwasher, despite the presence of dishwasher soap. The ice maker on the counter had mold, along with the shower curtain. The bedroom walls were covered in dust. The pull-out couch was filthy with stains, and the extra sheets, pillows, and even the covers were all covered in stains. The place needs a thorough cleaning. There was no office to speak to anyone, and when I called to notify them of parking, I was put on hold and given an attitude for not calling in advance. We were so disappointed that we had to leave a day early.

Great location and pool

This property is in a great location with quick and easy access to the beach. Condo was quiet and a great size swimming pool given the complex size. Lots of food options also within a 5-10 minute walk from the condo.

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and perfect for a short stay. Very close to the beach. Walking distance to beach cafes, etc. very secure location. No issues at all. Very much enjoyed the visit! Will definitely book again when we visit St Pete.

Review

Overall the unit had all the essentials. The location was the best part. The hallway was a little musty. I wish there were more towels, better pillows and higher quality linens for a week rental but overall it was a good place to stay.

Hallways need fresh paint and new carpet or better yet wood so no musty smell . Very enjoyable

At first when the cab driver brought us to the address I was looking for a first floor address because that's how it looked in the pictures. But we finally found it. It was just like the pictures and we were happy to be on the second floor. It was so close to everything and we could walk to everything we wanted to do or use the free beach rides. I left the condo the same way I found it except the unmade bed. It was clean and neat and we were sad to be leaving. Thank you

Communication is key

We arrived early morning Dec 31st. We communicated prior to the trip that we would have a rental car and we were instructed to call to receive a parking permit. We called, emailed, left voice mails and never got a return call. Never received our permit. Thankfully no tickets or issues. Water was turned off on the last day we were there for multiple hours. Not okay. There were also no linens for the pull out sofa and no blankets. Made for a disappointing stay in this condo. However, the location is phenomenal and we will explore coming back to this area again.
