Magnifiquement rénové condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain avec laveuse et sécheuse et grande lucarne dans l'unité. Ce condo est à distance de marche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes. Piscine sécurisée sur place entourée de plus de transats que vous n'en aurez besoin. Vous êtes à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants, bars de plage et points de location de voitures. Walgreens, épicerie Winn Dixie, McDonalds, Waffle House, métro et de nombreux magasins de plage sont à quelques minutes.
Ne louez même pas de voiture, si vous voulez vous éloigner, il y a plusieurs tours de plage GRATUITS disponibles. Il vous suffit de les appeler.

Centrally located property

I stayed here with a couple of friends from out-of-town and was easy to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I'd come back again with my family.

Very nice, clean condo.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was very clean, everything worked, and the check-in process was as easy as it could possibly be. The pool was great, and the location is convenient to any and everything you need. We went to a different beach every day!

Perfect Location

This condo was such a great find! It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 really good size bathrooms. Best part about it though is the location. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and less than that to restaurants. We walked to get dinner and ice cream. The owner was wonderful. Any questions I had she answered immediately. My family and will definitely be back!

Property is clean and safe. Pool was clean and not very busy. Condo was wonderful, it’s the second time we’ve stayed in it. Property owner is amazing!

Birthday getaway!

Great location, clean, spacious, 2nd floor condo. Pool outside and few walking blocks from the beach! Close to restaurants and bars. The owner, Juanita, very nice and quickly responds. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous Girls Trip

Our stay at Juanita’s condo was wonderful! We were within easy walking distance to the beach, as well as numerous restaurants and stores. The freebie ride system is also a really cool way to get around the area. We loved the Italian pastry and coffee shop on the corner in the mornings! The chairs provided were easy for three 30-something women to carry to the beach, no problem. We only wish we could have stayed more than three nights!

Everything was great EXCEPT I really didn’t appreciate the owners asking us to be the cleaning lady. Wash all the towels and then asked us for a tip. Also, they give you only two rolls of toilet paper. Juanita was great to communicate with

St. Pete Girls Trip

This property is very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable. The two bedroom/two bath unit is great for our group. Juanita was in contact prior to our arrival to give me door codes and to answer any questions. This is our second year of staying at this property for our girls weekend to run the St. Pete Run Fest 10K. We really enjoy ourselves walking the beach, the pool is great and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Roomy Condo on great location

This condo was great. It is very roomy with a huge family room/sitting are and large bedrooms. We had six people and never felt we were climbing over each other. The pool is nice with lots of seating and some shade. The location is awesome. We walked to dinner, ice cream, coffee every morning, shops and 5 minutes to the beach. It is well stock and was perfect for us. One thing to know, the grill is a common grill by the pool and it is charcoal.

St Pete beach

This is our second time staying here and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The condo is very clean and spacious, and quiet too. There is more than enough space and hooks to store/hang your belongings; in-unit laundry, comfy beds, dedicated parking for 2 cars. We also love that it’s in walking distance to the beach and it’s beautiful sunsets, and also the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Juanita is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Overall wonderful stay and experience.

Great property. Would stay at the condo again. My only issue with the complex is there is no restroom by the pool. You have go back up to your condo when you are wet.

It was very clean and comfortable. Juanita was very responsive and attentive. would definitely stay again! It was quiet, pool was beautiful. seemed to be freshly remodeled, pictures were accurate, furniture placement had changed slightly. only negative I would say was internet,tv,wifi went out after the first day and the towels could use updating.

St. Pete vacation

We enjoyed our stay in St. Pete. The condo was clean and very comfortable! It was within walking distance of restaurants. The beach was close, but we chose to drive as we had chairs and umbrellas. It was a great trip!

Excellent!

Checkin was easy and done prior to our arrival. The overall facility is in good shape with a very nice pool: the co do is in excellent shape with a nicely outfitted kitchen, big TV in the family room, quality dining table and two artful beds. The walk to the beach is flat and less than 10 minutes, so very convenient (especially as you walk past all the people paying to park). The beach is phenomenal and the water warm. Within a 10 minute walk are multiple restaurants ranging from simple bar food to excellent seafood to Buoys which serves a variety of high quality meals (but is on the pricey side). You do need to bring shampoo , body soap and beach towels, but for the price, location and quality, this rental is a home run!

Florida St Pete Beach

Loved this condo! Nicely decorated and lots of room and plenty of seating. Pool area is super nice. This is the second stay for us at this condo complex and we will definitely be stay here again. So close to the beach and some great restaurants. So easy to get around. This place is kept clean and is great for families. I highly recommend staying here.

It was our first experience with vrbo and it didn't disappoint! This place was as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Host went above and beyond to help us. 3 blocks from public beach, easy walk for most people. Host provided beach chairs too!

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

My husband and I stayed with our two Teenage kids and we all loved it. The place seemed even bigger than what we expected, super clean and in a perfect location. We walked to the beach multiple times every day, walked to restaurants, walked to get ice cream, and walked to a gift shop. There is a Publix and Dollar Tree nearby within driving distance (1.5 miles) There were 3 beach chairs and a few beach towels to use. The location was secure and we all felt comfortable and safe. My son brought his Xbox and the Internet was good! Beds were comfy, furniture is comfy, absolutely no problems with our stay! We will definitely stay again!
