Situé directement sur le Golfe du Mexique avec des miles de plages de sable blanc et une vue relaxante de l'eau bleu ciel. Great beach

This condo definitely looks better in the pictures, however the beach outside this condo was not crowded and very nice. Some seaweed, but nice for walking. The master bath shower has a curtain so the water sprayed everywhere and we could only use the other tub to shower. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of beat up pans and dirty dishes and no dish soap so we had to buy some and wash everything before we used it, but we made it work. Overall the place grew on us and we fell in love with the beach so we would consider staying in this building again but perhaps a different unit. The view was very nice though.

Beach front paradise

The place was absolutely amazing. The property owner was awesome and very friendly and gave recommendations on places to eat etc, pool area was very clean and relaxing. Great ocean views from anywhere in the room . We love the area and can’t wait to go back .

Perfect location for a short stay

This property was perfect location for restaurants, shopping and beach days. Check in was seamless and the front desk was available for any and all questions. She was super friendly! The condo is exactly as pictured with nice updated kitchen and living area. Loved the ability to sit on the deck area with great ocean views for morning coffee and evening drinks. The set up was perfect for two people. Ocean was literally steps away! It was so convenient that the condo had umbrella, chairs and everything you needed to enjoy time at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great condo right on the beach

SPB is alive and well after the hurricane(s). I’ve stayed in this building before and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly neighbors. Well stocked kitchen. Steps from the beach. This apartment needs a bit of maintenance. One of the toilets wasn’t working (and wasn’t fixed during my week stay). Luckily there are 2 bathrooms so I just used the other. Also, the blinds need to be fixed- the bedroom isn’t private with the broken blinds. Overall- a great place near everything (shops and food). Just needs a little TLC.

Schöne, ruhige und gut ausgerüstete Wohnung nur ein paar Schritte von einem der schönsten Strände der USA. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert

Steve was great to work with and provided us lots of options to eat and have fun. The location is perfectly secluded for the pool with an easy access to the beach.

Nice property on the beach.

The host was amazing. He reached out to us in advance with many restaurant recommendations and advice on the area. The condo was in a great location, right in the middle of everything. We loved the view and really enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch. We spent one morning at the pool and that was nice. Everyone staying in the building was so friendly and we really enjoyed making new friends while at the pool. The condo was surprisingly quiet. I did not hear any noise from above on on each side of the property. Although the public parking is next door we didn’t hear any noise at night from the lot. We really appreciated the chairs and stuff in the closet. We froze a few water bottles and used the cooler from the closet to keep our beverages cool at the beach. We arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm on a Sunday about 3:30. I had called in advance to make sure the office would be open and they said they would he open until 5. When we got there the office door was locked. I called the emergency number listed on the door and the guy I talked to on the phone and was super nice and made sure we could get into the condo. I didn’t really like the sheets or towels, they were rough and cheap but I’m sure it’s hard to invest in nicer when people steal things. I felt like the condo could use a little detailed cleaning but I’m pretty picky about that stuff so maybe it’s just me. We had a great stay in St. Pete.

Holiday Beach Weekend

Last minute booking and we scored this unit. First time here and it was great. Restaurants within walking distance because traffic and parking was crazy most places for the 4th. Hiat communicated wonderfully and Betty was veey friendly and welcoming!

We had a great time staying at this condo. We had eveything we needed, the unit was true to the listing, and the resort staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the location, as it was convenient to the grocery and activities. The beach out front was pristine. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful stay in a great condo!

Traveling with my mom, we didn't need a big place, but wanted more than a standard hotel room. This condo was perfect for that. We were comfortable & safe and had everything we needed for our trip. There is a public beach parking lot directly next door which could get loud at night, but they got quiet before we went to bed, so it worked out fine. Really appreciated the beach closet and utilized the chairs, as we weren't able to fly with our own. Plenty of towels and loved having the noise machine, like I'm used to at home, but didn't want to travel with. Thanks for a great stay for this memorable trip!

We couldn’t have been more happier. The condo was perfect size for us. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking on those days/nights when you are beat from the beach, not to mention the outdoor gas grill which was awesome for grilling. also, washer & dryer , 2 bathrooms , spacious bedroom, balcony, what more do you need on vacation. The condo is located right on the beach. Private gated access. There are a ton of restaurants/ beach bars within walking distance if you decided not to rent a car as we did. Grocery store is on the other side of the street! Uber was readily available for longer destinations. Truly a gem on St Petersburg Beach.Will definitely come back. Fred & Charise

Overall, everything was wonderful. The unit has a great location, lots of bath towels, two bathrooms and two hairdryers. The beach chairs and towels were missing, unbeknownst to the host, who quickly replaced all items, including 2 great, new beach chairs. The bed is in need of a new mattress and the sheets are in need of being retired, but I’m sure this host will address these things as quickly as he did the missing beach chairs and beach towels. There were cleaning items in the unit, which allowed me to clean the light switches/panels and any sand we tracked in. The living and dining areas were comfortable. It was nice there were books and some grocery items in the unit. We would stay here again.

Very roomy condo

Good location, great beaches out front, and easy access to restaurants. We were surprised that the view off the balcony was about 90%parking lot-10% gulf. There was a white noise machine provided, which helped with the Gulf Blvd. noise. The upgrades mentioned in the write-up were good, but we felt there were other things needing upgrades too. We very much enjoyed our stay at St. Pete Beach, but found the condo just OK.

Great Location Quality Comdo

Very clean well maintained condo in the middle of everything. On the beach, pool, hot tub. Excellent parking, great property manager and superb owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location, Location, Location! It's just hard to beat. Miles of beautiful white sand beach, walk either direction to find all the best Tiki Bars, live music, shelling and of course the best sunsets you've ever seen! A half a block down across the street is the Dolphin Village Plaza with Publix, Dollar Store, CVS and specialty stores along with restaurants and a bank. Also directly across the street is the Sea Turtle Restaurant, owned and operated by a local British family has the best breakfast on the beach along with a great affordable menu. Speaking of affordable, directly behind the Sea Turtle is "The Drunken Clam" best dive bar on the beach! They have great TV's with all the sports you want to watch, along with the best wings on the beach! also local favorites like fish spread, peel & eat shrimp, etc.
