LES DUNES À FITZROY BEACH - UNITÉ 2

Les dunes de Fitzroy Beach sont parfaitement situées dans un point chaud touristique, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage de Fitzroy, du parcours de golf et de la célèbre Scenic Coastal Walkway ou à 5 minutes à pied au cœur du village animé de Fitzroy. Ces petites maisons de plage modernes sont entièrement équipées pour vous assurer un séjour confortable à New Plymouth. Passez votre journée à surfer et à nager, puis détendez-vous dans un confort total.

Ambiance de plage moderne joliment aménagée, chaque unité dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une cuisine compacte entièrement équipée.
Ces petites maisons ont le chauffage et le refroidissement AirCon, Netflix et des tables à manger qui font également office de station de travail avec chargement USB. Canapé-lit double dans le salon.

Chaque cabine dispose de son propre espace aménagé pour profiter du soleil avec des sièges et des poufs pour profiter au maximum de l'espace. L'endroit idéal pour vous baser pendant que vous explorez tout ce que notre belle région a à offrir.

Chaque cabine est entièrement autonome avec votre propre terrasse, mais il y a aussi un espace barbecue commun et une buanderie.

VEUILLEZ NOTER LES FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE: Comprend tous les draps et serviettes de qualité d'hôtel, un service de nettoyage partiel (nous demandons aux clients de retirer les draps / taies d'oreiller des lits et de laisser les serviettes, etc. dans la salle de bain ou la buanderie, de nettoyer la vaisselle / d'allumer le lave-vaisselle et de laisser la propriété bien rangée) ..nous ferons le reste du nettoyage) et les fournitures de base. Toutes les propriétés de Bach Break sont bien équipées avec de l'huile de cuisson, du sel, du poivre, du café, du thé, du lait, des produits de nettoyage, du liquide vaisselle, du papier toilette, du savon liquide pour les mains et un nettoyant pour le corps.

Nice, tidy, functional place

Suited our short stay in NP very well. A step away from the beach, we were fortunate to have a front unit with green space which opened up the unit in a pleasing way. Really tidy and easy. Just a note for those who want absolute peace and quiet: while designed very well for privacy, sound will travel from busy feet on the decking behind (we were situated at the front). Putting that aside, a good place for a short stay.

Laundry room available for own use. And a minutes walk to the beach. Absolutely lovely place to stay.Disliked · Netflix kept turning off (not a real problem) and another unit took our parking space but there was plenty of on street parking and in a safe area.

NP Accommodation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the apartment was well equipped, with some glaring shortfalls. No drier, when it rains you end up using the heat pump to dry your clothes causing the apartment to feel damp and use much more power. A drier in the laundry room would be a big asset. Also, it would have been of great benefit to have a vacuum cleaner in the utility room, being beside the beach sand gets everywhere.The other issue was with the TV, it says you can go onto Netflix but when you try it reverts to freeview, also no TVNZ+. An upgrade of the TV would make the evenings more enjoyable.I would not reccommend the property until these issues are resolved.

Bed was divine, super comfyLovely feel to the placeOnly down side, the noise that came from children in rear unit( not their fault) the noise from them walking or running either inside their unit and or along the decking to and from their unit made it feel they were in our unit ...all times of the day or chance of a lay in that was certainly squashed ...parking as well was rather tight ..didn’t help matters with how No4 unit had parked their vehicle ...no thought given to the possibility of other guests arriving
