Singe maison familiale dans un excellent emplacement: les tarifs sont pour jusqu'à 2 adultes. et tous les services publics sont inclus. Chaque invité supplémentaire, tout âge est de 20 $. 00 par nuit et par personne. Nous prenons des animaux domestiques, ils sont également 20 $. 00 par nuit, par animal, + taxes. Cette unité comprend quatre chambres avec lits king size, trois salles de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 lits. Divertissement et restaurants à proximité. Cette chambre dispose d'une exposition sud, d'un accès au canal du golfe, d'une station d'amarrage pour bateau, d'une piscine d'eau salée chauffée de 28 'x 14' et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Fun et divertissement dans toutes les directions. Pêchez directement depuis notre quai ou notre jetée au Cape Coral Yacht Club. Si vous êtes une personne de plage, le Yacht Club offre une plage de sable blanc et une piscine à quelques pâtés de maisons ou aller à Fort Myers Beach sur le golfe du Mexique et entrer dans l'une des nombreuses activités comme le volley-ball c'est juste les choses que mes enfants aiment faire quand nous avons une chance de venir du Minnesota.

Loved our stay here. House had EVERYTHING you could need. Pool was great, and well maintained. Loved the location. We were met at exactly as we were coming to the house, and given tour of house. We will definitely be back.

Little bit for everyone!

This was the perfect get away for our family over a quick spring break trip. The property was VERY clean, pool was nice and warm and with the dock right outside the screened in porch it allowed everyone the chance to relax and have a good time. My son loved fishing off the dock and the owners were kind enough to leave us some fishing poles so we didn't have to try and pack any along! I would definitely stay here again.

Golfing Get-away

The lanai pool area was fantastic! We relaxed floating in the pool after golf expeditions and got engerized. Home had all we needed for cooking and grilling. Great central location to golf courses.

Very nice home and a great location if you have a boat. The pricing for this property was not very clear in the listing as the price listed is just for one person. Each additional above one is an additional fee.

Great location for a boat owner

Nice place especially for boaters. Easy access to the Gulf. A bit tricky to park your boat w/trailer in the driveway due to low power lines on the road. Nice plus to have the boat lift in back. Not alot of room for entertaining but 4 nice rooms with comfy king beds. Nice outside kitchen and pool. Very quiet neighborhood so not good for parties but nice neighbors and community.

Very bad and rude neighbor hood

If I could 0 stars , rude owner and neighborhood I was trying to enjoy my trip but I never did every two hour owner called me bother me super expensive trip one night super expensive and at midnight the owner came to our rent and he said star over everyone here very rude and nasty people we have 3 kids less one year he does not matter my kids were crying a lot . I don’t recommend this house to anybody

Family vacation!

Family vacation for the WHOLE family! Very enjoyable home, very clean, the pool was amazing. Everything we needed for the kids and plenty of to for the whole family. We would have loved to stay longer and would prefer to deal with this owner every time!

Property has amazing potential. Just needs more of a good woman's critique on the cleaning.

Could be excellent and would rent from them again. Just needs monthly type maintainence done regularly. Bugs (Roaches) sprays when properly used work and are safe. Pool, hmmmm. We wanted to, and did enjoy ourselves, but to be topshelf,, place just needs a check-off list on. Weekly, and monthly deep clean items. Lyle Weber

Property is in a good location, quick access to beaches. Perhaps, the house was not very clean, microwave was dirty and the outside fridge was very stinky, we had a great time though.

Really disappointed

Well to summarize this has been the worst place I have ever rented. We had to leave same day we arrived and end up in the middle of nowhere after driving like 8h to get to that place just to realize we had to return home and wreck our whole vacations just because of this host and this place. There is a person on the reviews that gave a 1 star (Maria ) and she is telling the true. When we arrived to this place and we got in was when we realized what a mistake was to rent this place because the photos don’t tell the true. Cleaning was a total disaster there was left overs from last clients, a dead fish, open drinks and other stuff in the fridge. The kitchen was nasty and sticky, Blankets were never cleaned. When we removed the cover there was hair and stain like never cleaned before on them, dead flies everywhere, spiders webs, roaches I mean I can’t even describe everything. If I could attach photos I would. the place was old and Trachy. Nothing like the photos or descriptions they have on brvo. And if this were not enough they have cameras everywhere so if you want to be on the pool they will be watching you. We decide to leave the place that same day we arrived after our big disappointment, and ask brvo to refund our money. brvo made an arguing 3 way between us to find out the reason and the host lied to Brvo in my face saying we did all of that ( the trash etc. ) because we did not wanted to stay or pay the extra fees (which by the way they don’t te you about until you book, if you want to bring guest to the house even if they will not stay one single night they will charge you for that too.) but we did not Care about that we were willing to pay. They lied in my face just to keep the money and not refund us for their awful service… worst place ever !

South Facing Pool house: This means the back yard faces south the pool gets sun from early in the morning to late in the evening making your vacation days longer.
The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!
