Maison récente et propriété de vacances pouvant accueillir 8 adultes. Maison de plain-pied avec 2 belles chambres et coin couchage. Foyer électrique dans le salon avec un canapé-lit gigogne et un lit jumeau. TV dans les deux chambres. Beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine fournis. Porches couverts avant et arrière. L'aménagement paysager de l'allée et de la cour avant et arrière et le foyer seront terminés au cours des prochains mois. Marcher 3 pâtés de maisons pour manger, faire du shopping et aire de jeux. Marcher 4 blocs pour profiter de 7 miles de marche sur Rockaway Beach.

Cutest Dog Lovers Dream

We had a wonderful stay here celebrating my mom’s 71st birthday. It was a great place to stay as I have a dog and she had her Emotional Support dog. It was set up wonderfully for our little pups. Such cute decorations and a cozy space close to everything. It was a very quiet neighborhood with no one next door. Plenty of parking and a beautiful outdoor area. There were just a few hiccups like we couldn’t find garage bags anywhere, and the floor and table had crumbs when we arrived. But we want to come back and stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Great Place to Stay

We loved our time here! The house was bright and airy, the beds comfy, and amenities convenient. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time so we didnt get to try the fire pit. We'll make sure to do it next time when it's not raining. I do have a couple of suggestions:1.) Please upgrade/update the movies you have on site. I don't mind the occasional musical or wholesome movie but it was a bit much. We wish there had been some movies for kids too.2.) Please put grippy material under the carpets. My kiddo and I both almost face planted a few times, just from walking on them.Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to do it again in the future!

Rockaway Thanksgiving

The screen door locked from the inside when we got there, so weren’t able to get in without calling the property manager. They eventually gave us a code to a different door to get in. The house was freezing cold and the heat did not work. After several hours of trying to get it to turn on we called the property manager who had no idea how to work the heater. She finally called the owner who told us she wasn’t able to help because it was the day before Thanksgiving and there was nothing she could do. She yelled at me over the phone and offered no solution. We were there with my parents who are in their 70’s and were freezing. She told us there were plenty of blankets and basically said just deal with the cold, it was in the low 30’s outside. At that point we were ready to pack up and head the 4 hours home. While packing up she called back and had a maintenance man come over with space heaters. The space heaters warmed it up enough we were able to stay and have our Thanksgiving as planned. The house was clean and well stocked, and in a good location. We will not stay there again after dealing with the owner, she was rude and unprofessional.

N Dolphin rental

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental and it is exactly how we remembered it. The home is very user friendly and well stocked with household items. Within blocks of the beach and downtown Rockaway. Super quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay at this home again next year!

Lovely place!

The house is super nice, awesome kitchen, great backyard, and a warm cozy feeling. Location is great as it is near downtown and the beach, but is still very quiet and peaceful. I plan on staying here again!

Easy walks to the beach. Great location for day trips north to Astoria and along the coast. Also great location for going south along coast to Tillamook and 3 capes , etc. house well stocked with basic necessities.

Jewel of Rockaway Beach.

The house was exactly as we had hoped for. It was very clean, very well decorated, kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Had a fenced yard for dogs. The location was great. It was a short walk to downtown. Looking forward to staying here again:)

Lovely Trip

My husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving break with our dog. The location was fantastic, very close to everything in town as well as the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we went in town. The place was very quaint and everything was very dog friendly (which we greatly appreciated). We would highly recommend this place to people traveling with a dog! Overall we had a marvelous time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful location

I loved the layout of the home. We had a wonderful time walking downtown to eat or visit the beach. Nice and close and even though no sidewalks very safe as it is a quiet neighborhood. We only had one vehicle but great parking. Master bedroom bed is quite firm but I just swapped rooms with my son as he enjoys a firm bed. We ate out every meal but noticed the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a family. We loved the code lock as we didn’t need to worry about a key.

Chic, clean and classy.

This was a very cute and accommodating place to stay. It was chic, classy and clean. Very comfy for 4 adults, the kitchen is stocked and the beds were great! The backyard was lovely, short walk to the ocean too.

Weather issues, had to cancel

I would love to have stayed but severe winter weather and road closures prevented my trip. I called at the last minute to cancel and was provided with a refund, which i felt was very generous. Would definitely like to try again later this year.

Darling pet friendly place!

Had a great weekend stay with my husband and my parents and their 2 dogs. The place was very cute, clean, and well stocked. The fully fenced yard is awesome for the dogs.

Home away from home.

Perfect cozy place to relax and settle down. Walking distance to the near local joints and to the beach. We love the fact that the place is dog friendly. Hazel loved it. She is well behaved puppy who loves the beach and the home. She felt safe and so did we. Lisa was very communicative and prompt with her responses. Even though it was a holiday week we rented, she was very responsive. Thanks Lisa. We will be renting the place again when we make another trip.
