This is a great place to stay with family. Comfortable, close to the beach, and clean. This is our go to getaway place to stay.

The property is very conveniently located next to beach access, super easy to walk to and we absolutely LOVE Rockaway Beach. We were however disappointed with the property itself. It is very outdated (VHS players, furniture on their last leg, grimey feel) and super cramped. There was WAY too much stuff everywhere, it felt claustrophobic. An update of furniture, dishes (the pans etc were very old) and a fresh coat of paint could really do wonders with this place. Also, the dishwasher was broken and there was old dog poop in the tiny backyard on our arrival. I really don't think we'll stay here again, but loved the location.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach and near by attractions.

We always enjoy our stay here. We have looked at renting more upscale properties but this place is our favorite due to location and being family friendly.

Great place, great location

The stay was very pleasant. The beach is literally short safw walk right around the corner.The house is small but laid out very well. With 4 kids and 3 adults we were quite comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Great family getaway

We love the privacy and convince of this property. We have been coming here since 2014, and always look forward to our stay. The location is prime, just a block from the beach. The kitchen is adequately stocked and the owner is trustworthy.

Great stay

Our family age 1 to 70 spent 3 nights & enjoyed the well-equipped accommodations. The access to the beach was excellent and the hose with sprayer at the front entrance really limited the need to clean up sand in the entryway. We plan to return when we have an opportunity.
