Was a great spot to wake up to and tidy little portable home type of setup definitely would recommend to others. Owner was polite and nice and welcoming
Shelley and Steve were so accommodating, supportive and helpful - two great humans who do everything to help in any way they can.Highly recommend them both and their tiny home!
A great little place with everything you need very tranquil only thing i would say is hot water only lasted one shower but loved staying here and jesse one of the dogs was so sweet greeting us in the morning
Great location close to Tumbling Waters, Bald Hill, Stanwell Park and the National Park. Had just about all the conveniences needed for a short stay including breakfast and Apple TV. Really enjoyed our stay.
Great little cabin in a backyard, close to house but overlooking bushland. Bed very comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. Very close to so many amazing bushwalks
The tiny house was great, it had everything you needed for a weekend away. We would stay there again. The place was very clean, about a 5min drive down to the beach.
We had a short trip up the coast and this home was perfect for what we needed. Private and well priced. Very happy with the owners hospitality. Thank you
The house had everything we needed for our family of four for a night. We enjoyed sitting on the little verandah looking onto the bush and watching the skinks.
This was a first stay at a tiny house and we thought it was fantastic. Very comfortable size wise and beautiful outlook to the bush. The owners were easy to communicate ahead of our arrival and very friendly when we met in person. Everything was so easy, The bed was also very comfortable and it was quiet so we slept really well!
Thanks for a great stay!
We loved it. So much more fun than a motel room. Lots packed in, practical and functional. Loved cooking our sausages and eggs for breakfast on the verandah with chickens scratching about in the garden. Perfect stay.
We wanted to stay in a tiny house on wheels to judge if it could be likely to live in one. The house is great, clean, Steve and Shelley have huge smiles and are quite welcoming. We had hens and a dog visiting us during our stay, it was great. The view from the deck towards the bush is superb!
We were quite looking forward to staying in the tiny home as it was our first time. Disappointed to see that it wasnât very clean. Sheets felt like theyâd been slept in before. Fan, bathroom, top of cupboard, door and window tracks were filthy. Fridge had a strong garlic/curry smell. Outside was infested with leeches and two of us got stung, one quite bad.
Location and price was desirable.
The accomodation was a bit difficult to find as there is no signage and GPS locates the property somewhere on the opposite side of the road.
There were dogs barking at us when arriving and the people in the yard didnât greet us so we thought we had driven into someone elseâs private yard.
The cabin was cute and well laid out with lots of useful appliances and thoughtful touches.
On further inspection, unfortunately it wasnât cleaned. There were long black hairs throughout, opened milk and half used water in the fridge from the previous visitor and the bathroom shower was covered with mould. The bedding provided was only a bottom fitted sheet and doonah with extra blankets.(unsure if the doonah would be as routinely cleaned as sheets would be). The host was friendly, however being jumped on by the excitable dogs wasnât greatly appreciated.
All in all, a great location and a comfy enough stay for a short period of time.
Propertyâs air conditioning wasnât working and fridge also not working. Tried knocking on ownerâs door at main property several times with no response. Decided to stay elsewhere. Owner has promised a full refund but I am yet to see this. No precise address provided nor contact number. Very hard to communicate with owner upon arrival. Managed to find her number from a google search of their other business.
Everything went good except i couldnt see the owner and talk to owner regarding stove which i dont know how to on and the dogs that came to our place which i am scared.
