Cozy Cottage with Amazing Coastline Views

Family Fun

What a beautiful property! Lots of space, lovely setting, gorgeous views! The cottage was tastefully and comfortably decorated. Most importantly, it was exceptionally clean. The hosts thought of everything one could need for your visit, including comfy, warm bedding for the chilly nights, as well as the lovely flowers and a sweet treat to welcome us.

Hawaii 2025

We had an awesome stay here. The view is unbeatable and the temperature in March was outstanding outside being at this elevation. The property was meticulously kept and all the amenities you could ask for were readily available. The hot tub was an excellent spot to wind down in the afternoons and the kitchen was great for cooking family meals in the evening. When we plan to come back in the future, we will undoubtedly be staying here!

We went to Hawaii for a softball tournament. The property we stayed at at was so wonderful. We felt right at home we had everything we needed plus more. Quiet, peaceful, family friendly

We loved our stay here! It was quiet, peaceful and amazingly set up for what a family trip would need! It was about 15 minutes for lots of places to eat etc., and a great place to explore the Kona side of the Big Island from. Star gazing was great from right outside the door!

Relax and Enjoy

Everything was as represented. We wanted for nothing. At night the frogs were so loud we had to shut the windows to hear each other. Mother nature at her finest! The view was beautiful. Thank you so much to our hosts. We would try to stay here again on our next trip.

A nice distance from downtown kona, and the airport. About 15 minutes for both. This is nice because it stays quiet the whole day. Hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with, if i don't stay here again, my family may.

Wonderful Property

The house is exactly as advertised. It is very well stocked, from the kitchen to bathrooms to beach equipment in the carport closest. The view is amazing and the setting is perfect. We will be staying here again in the future. Much thanks to our host!

Fantastic Property in Kailua-Kona

We had a 5+ stay at this property. Comfortable beds and pillows, soft towels, and completely stocked kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor closet. Great washer and dryer. We could not have asked for more. Convenient to downtown and many activities.

Great Kona Retreat

This place is great. Quick friendly contact with the hosts, good directions and location. Both airport and town are close. For us the temperature was a plus- if you want more heat it was minutes away. The expansive view and surrounding property deserves accolades. The cottage is clean and well stocked to prepare meals. More importantly, the hosts friendliness and caring about our comfort was genuine. We plan to return.

Everything was perfect

We love the high altitude for the cool restful nights and wonderful nature sounds. Beautiful grounds and the best view. This spot was very accommodating, comfortable (great hot water) and spacious. A Gramma, Daughter and Granddaughter trip

If I could give this property 100 stars, I would!! I can’t say enough positives about it! There is everything you could possibly need at this home. The cleanliness is superb, the hosts are wonderful! The location is great. You are only an easy 15 minute drive away from the airport and close to all the great beaches and restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent Rental

The Kaloko Cottage was comfortable, clean and beyond well supplied. Everything we needed was there. Jason and Billie were so kind and generous. The cottage has one of the best views on the island and we spent every evening sitting outside enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Every night provided a different show. The nights are cool, we slept so well. I loved listening to the sounds of the forest behind the cottage. The location is convenient to town, the airport and beaches. I cannot say enough about our stay, we can’t wait to go back.

Above and beyond

The property is very well kept. The home was lovely and comfortable. The owners have gone above and beyond with outfitting the home with anything a guest might need for daily living. We chose to stay at this elevation thinking it might be cooler at night and we were right. It was very comfortable sleeping, and the sounds of the crickets and Croqui Frogs are very relaxing. The owners Jason and Billie made the rental process smooth and simple.
