Cette maison est dans un cadre magnifique. Vous entendrez les vagues se briser. Observez les tortues devant votre maison de vacances. Profitez du merveilleux océan Pacifique chaud, les vagues se brisent en hiver et la baie calme est idéale pour la plongée en apnée en été. Vous n'oublierez jamais votre séjour à He'eia Bay. Éveillez-vous aux chants des cardinaux rouges, du pinson du safran et des colombes grises du matin. Détendez-vous tranquillement près de votre piscine et profitez d'Hawaii magnifique et relaxant. Cette propriété est un endroit idéal pour profiter de la grande île. Cette brise marine Keauhou Home est situé dans une petite communauté bien établie de maisons construites le long de la baie de He'eia. La plage est une belle roche de lave, parsemée de corail blanc et de plusieurs criques de sable noir. Ces unités ont de grandes vérandas avec des chaises longues et des ensembles de salle à manger pour quatre, et de grands barbecues à gaz avec brûleur, des lits king-size confortables et des téléviseurs intelligents de 42 pouces. La cuisine a un évier, un comptoir, un réfrigérateur de taille moyenne, un micro-ondes, une poêle électrique, un grille-pain et divers plats. Pas de cuisinière ni de four. The setting facing the ocean with an expansive lawn and pool was fabulous. I fine location for a couple.

This is our 4th year staying at Paul’s place. If you’re looking for the in town party scene this is not your place. If you are looking for peace and quiet with easy access to everything don’t pass this place by.

Blissful and Peaceful

We have stayed in the East and this time around, the West suite. No difference and the view and its surroundings are exactly the same and truly stunning.There is some needed updates of the kitchen utensils but this is not as important. Paul and Kay is a very thoughughtful host and we value their hospitality and accommodation. It is a perfect place to those who wish to claim peace and treasure God's wonderful creations. Thanks again, God bless and we will be back ....soon

Oceanfront Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

Property was clean and well stocked with needed beach, cooking and laundry supplies. Paul and Kay were gracious hosts and their normal routines on the second floor did not detract from our relaxing below in the apartment. Beach/bay access a very short walk on prepared trail. Rarely saw others on the beach; great snorkeling with at least a dozen types of fish. Swimming pool was very clean and available during daylight hours. Will return in the future.

Paradise!

We loved our stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a small beach access next door and amazing views from the backyard. The location was close enough to downtown Kona to make it easy to drive over and enjoy all the area has to offer.

Definitely a favorite place to stay

Our stay at Paul and Kays' home was amazing! They were such wonderful hosts, and their apartment was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning sea view and a well-maintained pool and sauna that made us want to stay longer. We can't wait to come back and experience it all over again!

A little getaway

Perfect Big Island vacation rental

We stayed at this amazing home for the second time (first time in 2017) and it was the perfect decision to return. This rental is an unbeatable location for privacy, ocean views and sounds, a spacious pool, and a great starting point for exploring the island. All amenities are provided, the property owner accommodating and easy to work with. When we return, we will definitely choose to stay here.

Can’t be beat in Kona

The view itself is worth twice the price we paid- add in the safe neighborhood, ocean access, clean space and beautiful pool and hot tub, it’s all absolutely worthwhile. Hosts even provided us with snorkeling gear and advice for local spots to visit. We would choose this space over local hotels again in a heartbeat.

Lovely location!

This private property is perfect if you want a quiet location, a pool shared by one other unit and the most beautiful view you could ask for. We’ve stayed here before and returned because of the owners who are lovely people and for the comfort of the unit and the closeness to things we like to do. I highly recommend this VRBO for couples! You will not regret the decision to book here. 🌴

Ocean view paradise

Property location was amazing. The backyard has a beautiful crystal clean swimming pool, spacious patio and lawn chairs on the manicured lawn overlooking the ocean. The ocean is approximately 100 yards away with no homes blocking the view. The house had everything we needed. Paul was very hospitable.

Clicked all the boxes

This apartment clicked all the boxes for us. It was quiet and private with large pool and hot tub. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the birds, flowers, sunshine and perfect view of the bay. Small kitchen and large outdoor grill made it easy to cook most of our meals and enjoy eating alone on the patio. Comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom for a relaxing stay. Location was perfect for visiting beaches, snorkel locations, cultural sites, and restaurants and markets. We would recommend and would visit again when traveling to Hawaii's Big island.

Paul was born in Providence, Rhode Island and grew up on Jamestown, a small island , just across the bridge from, Newport, RI. Kay grew up in Guildford, Surrey, England. She emigrated to the US with two other girlfriends and met Paul in Manhattan Beach, California. They went to Hawaii on their honeymoon and decided to live there.

This property is very private with stunning views of the ocean.This property has a public right of way, bordering the East property line to give you access to the beach. This right-of-way is a 100 foot paved walkway.

This property is located on He'eia bay which is right next to Keauhou Bay. He'eia bay is a popular surf spot in the winter months and is known by the local surfers as H bay. In the summer it is also a good dive spot, and enjoyed by many snorkeling, night divers and spear fishermen. Keauhou Bay which is a two blocks from this home, has charter boats, kayaking, snorkeling trips and canoeing, available to you.
