Maison au bord du lac de 3100 pieds carrés construite en 2006 sur le lac exclusif Lillinonah. Cette maison spacieuse et pittoresque est à seulement 65 miles de New York et à quelques minutes des commerces, des caves et des restaurants.

Randonnez, nagez ou détendez-vous et profitez des sons de la nature. Idéal pour une escapade en famille pour ceux qui recherchent la paix et la sérénité. Admirez les vues à couper le souffle. Préparez un délicieux repas dans la cuisine des chefs professionnels avec un réfrigérateur et un four supplémentaires au niveau inférieur. Profitez de votre café sur le balcon donnant sur le lac. Jouez au ping-pong ou au billard dans la salle de jeux. N'oubliez pas vos cannes à pêche dès le quai arrière!

Amazing place!!!! Absolutely gorgeous!

This place is absolutely fantastic for families get together’s as well as anything else. The lake was absolutely fantastic and the home was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic

Very impressed. The small touches were nice; e.g. Coffee was supplied (which we forgot to bring with us). The place was clean, everything we needed was there, plenty of space for our crew, mike was easy to work with. I give this place a super high rating and unqualified recomendation.

Relaxing and beautiful

This is a gorgeous, spacious and clean house with a reflexing and pretty view. Great communication and nice stay. The walk down to the dock/sitting area could be difficult for some- definitely a commitment to decide to go down and back- but we enjoyed the kayaks and the view. Thanks for a nice stay.

Great Long Weekend in the Fall!

We had a relaxing long weekend at Mike's beautiful lakefront property. It was myself with my husband and 20 year old son. Our son had liberty for the weekend from the Coast Guard Academy (less than 2 hours away) and this house on the lake was just what we all needed! The house was spotless, furniture and beds were all very comfortable. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well equipped for any feast you may want to prepare! Our son spent time down on the dock fishing and then we explored the nearby towns for dinner spots. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental and would definitely stay again. This past weekend the fall colors were popping and many neighbors homes were all decked out for Halloween, made for a great fall atmosphere! Thank you Mike for the hospitality!

Almost perfect!

What a great house and amazing location. We spent a fantastic, fun filled weekend with friends and their 2 children doing all the lakeside activities you'd hope for - swimming, canoeing, barbecuing, s'mores around the firepit and generally relaxing. Michael, the host, couldn't have been more helpful. Just one other thing to share - the garden is pretty steep (as the photos clearly show, so no complaints) which is a minor work out for people such as myself to get back up to the house from the lake - all in all, not a bad thing, it helped to justify that extra beer!

Thanksgiving perfection!

Michael's house provided everything the photos and description offered, and more. The cooking spaces for making a big holiday meal were fantastic: two stoves; amazing Wolf range; two sinks....and with spectacular views of the lake, and plenty of places for friends to sit and keep us company. When the weather was poor, we played ping pong and pool....again, with those amazing lake views. When the weather was fair, we took several hikes nearby....and the athletes in our group loved running in the neighborhood after breakfast. Michael was very prompt in responding to queries, and everything about getting in and out of the house was a breeze. And the elevator was a handy treat! This is a great house to rent in the late fall, and would be fantastic in the summer with its lakefront access and dock.

Gorgeous Home, Beautiful Lake, Fantastic Host

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful home on Lake Lillinonah. The house was impeccably clean and the balcony overlooking the lake was our favorite spot. We kayaked on the lake, fished off the dock, made s'mores by the campfire, watched movies, went out to eat, and did a lot of birdwatching. My son loved the pool table! Such a relaxing, true vacation. Thank you again Mike!

Amazing vacation place

This is our second time staying at this property because our last trip was really good. Michale is a wonderful host. The house was spotless just like last year and there was still an amazing lake view. Dry firewood was there for the fire pit so our kids were able to enjoy making s’mores. Our kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the lake all weekend long. The house had everything including board games, a ping-pong table, a pool table, and even two washers and dryers. The place also had enough toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent. I forgot an electronic device and Michele offered to ship it to our home. How amazing is that?! I definitely thank Michale for the amazing vacation we had. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic house

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend with friends and family. The house was clean and not cluttered and right on the water. It was rainy all weekend but the kids loved going out to the dock and playing ping pong. The adults loved the large kitchen and beautiful view of the lake. Than you Mike!

Excellent Property!

Mike's home is even better than pictured: GORGEOUS lake view from living room/kitchen/2 bedrooms/upstairs den, spacious, immaculate, comfortable beds, large kitchen with high-end appliances, very nice lake-view master bedroom with en-suite with 2 vanities and separate water closet. Great amenities including ping pong and pool tables, 3 kayaks, fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating, private dock, fun board games, books, etc. My husband loves to fish and was out early every morning fishing off the dock. (Bring your own pole. The local bait shop is great. A fishing license can be purchased online.) This house will be our first choice if we are ever in the area again. We were in town for only 3 days for a family wedding, but wish we had opted to stay for a week.

Three Generation Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed kayaking on the lake, hiking the Lillinonah Loop, making S’mores at the Fire pit and generally taking in the view.

We stayed here for my sister’s quieter bachelorette weekend. We were all very impressed. Beautiful home. Has everything you might need to have a good time. Host is wonderful and super responsive. Would recommend 100%.

Beautiful in the winter!

We had a wonderful stay and the home greatly exceeded our expectations! Mike was very quick to respond to all questions throughout the booking process. We stayed for a weekend in February in between snow storms. When we arrived, the driveway and steps leading to the home had been freshly plowed which was very appreciated. My husband and I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, bird watching in the backyard and playing ping pong and pool in the game room. We also enjoyed building a fire and sitting by the fire pit and are grateful to Mike for leaving dry firewood in the garage. I was impressed with how clean the house was. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy more outdoor activities and see the lake when it's not covered in snow and ice. Even with the cold weather, it was a perfect getaway from the city for us to stretch our legs and get some fresh air.

Perfect Getaway location close to NYC

The property was very clean, cleaner than expected. The property was close to NYC (1.5 hour from NYC). The accessible to local shops was a perk. The property had plenty to do to keep all of the guests entertained for multiple days.
