Cette merveilleuse unité 3BR est l'escapade parfaite sur la plage avec une vue imprenable! Le roi maître avec sa propre salle de bain privée dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi et d'une douche, ainsi que d'un accès direct à un balcon en bord de mer. Les chambres d'hôtes ont chacune leur propre salle de bain et disposent d'un lit queen dans un et deux lits jumeaux dans l'autre. Avec une cuisine bien équipée, une laveuse / sécheuse, le wifi, la télévision par câble et bien plus encore, cette unité deviendra certainement un favori de la famille! Les clients ont accès à tout ce que Litchfield By the Sea a à offrir comme le tennis, plusieurs piscines, un restaurant, un spa et même un Starbucks.

We loved our stay here! The view is amazing. Everything was convenient for my elderly parents, the room is right in front of the elevator. It was quiet and spacious, we hope to stay here again.

Would not rent again

Unit was clean but amenities were not good. Have stayed in units much nicer.

This was our 3rd time renting this property. We had some AC issues and the property manager responded right away and the issue was fixed. We look forward to staying at the property again.

After many years of vacations in Litchfield by the Sea, we expect a lot from the beachfront condos. After looking at the photos, we were excited for a few comfortable days away. As expected, the ocean view is unparalleled, grounds are well kept, and parking in the dry was great. However, compared to the listing photos, the general condition of the condo was disappointing. Beds were uncomfortable, furniture (leather sofa) was worn and it was hard to find a place to sit that didn't sink in and pitch sideways. The primary bedroom had a 4 inch foam topper to soften the old mattress, so it was soft but also very hot. Other beds were just hard and uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and worn. The condo needs serious updating and a deep cleaning to compare with others in the complex.

Had we known about the concerns with the furniture, bedding or cleanliness, our team would have responded promptly and appreciated the opportunity to address them while you were there. Even though this feedback differs from our other recent reviews, we take it seriously. We have since completed additional updates and reviewed the specific items you mentioned to ensure the property remains comfortable and welcoming for future guests. Thank you again for recognizing the condo’s beautiful location and surroundings.

Cleaness of the property was very disappointing. A lot of dust and crumbs behind the couch, chairs, and corners. Squeaky water noise coming from the floor of the hallway by the laundry closet. Pillow cases turning yellow. Kitchen cabinets aren’t nicely organized. Screened door was hard to open and paint stuck. Location and amenities are great. Beach access was great.

What a view!

Perfect place to stay in Litchfield! And what a view-from sunrise to sunset. Three bedrooms, two baths and plenty of room to just lounge around.

Great rental- lovely views and nice condo!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. Nice, open living area and kitchen-- and the balcony overloooking the ocean was really special. Kids balanced time between the pool and the beach (which was easy to access). Property was clean and experience was great- would stay again!

Beachfront

The condo was spacious and comfortable - ocean front with excellent access to beach. One downside was that the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony were extremely difficult to open (latches didn't work properly) and once opened, had no screens to keep insects out.
