Great ocean view!

This condominium had everything we were looking for! Although it is a bit dated itwas very clean, the 2 bedrooms were good sized with their own bathrooms. There was even a bonus full sized bathroom. The living area was nice, kitchen was small but pretty much had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very nice, very large with a great view of the ocean and a great place to watch the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze in the shade.

Perfect beach getaway with family

Location was perfect for easily lugging our load with kids back and forth and enjoying all that Litchfield has to offer (without being in the masses)! View was gorgeous! Beds were very comfortable and hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Quick Beach trip for Easter

We wanted to get away for a short trip and had a hard time finding a place that was both close to the beach and reasonable. We loved this location, on the beach, great porch, clean and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more.

Wonderful condo in a fantastic location

The condo was extremely comfortable and very well appointed with everything you could need. The location was fantastic with a wonderful ocean view and also overlooking the pool. Two minutes to the beach, perfect.

Great property and location!

The property is in a great location with a clear view of the pool and ocean and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable unit. Owners were very responsive and great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

cute condo, wonderful view

This condo was just perfect for a visit with family who live at the nearby retirement community. Marci was easy to communicate with and even helped me retrieve a set of keys I left behind in the condo. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Very nice place. Comfortable. In good condition. Location and view both excellent. Had small maintenance issue immediately after check in and owners took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Girls annual trip

This was our 11rh annual ladies trip. The condo was beautiful, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We so enjoyed sitting on porch daily. We could hear the waves from the unit. The beach, pool super close and enjoyed them both every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants nearby of Chive Blossom, bistro 217, and Gios. We were very happy with our choice at this condo!

October get a way

The view and location was spectacular. There are still some upgrades that need to be done. When we got there the refrigerator had an overwhelmingly shrimp smell. Of course it faded by the time we left. There was also a pest problem the night before we left. Overall our visit was very pleasant

Beach respite

Stay was great. The property was conveniently located and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and long walks on the beach. We were shocked to find an unsecured WiFi and tv without access to major network channels. We took our recycling to a drop outside the complex. Directions for recycling should be provided. Many thanks to the hosts.

The condo and the property were wonderful! We try to stay at Litchfield by the Sea every October when we come down to play golf. The hot tub closest to our unit wasn’t working well, but there was another one on the property that worked amazing! Perfect for helping to loosen those sore muscles from golfing. The balcony had amazing views of the sunrise each morning. The bedroom had its own balcony, which is why I selected the property. There’s nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.
