This condo is wonderful. Very comfortable! Its location is perfect - close to the pool and ocean with nice views. The grounds are kept nicely. I would highly recommend!

This was our third visit, and the property and host never disappoint. The condo is conveniently located with beautiful views of the ocean. The host is always accommodating and makes sure that your stay is memorable. I would recommend this property and hope to be back next year. .

Relaxing get away.

Short stay but fun and relaxing. Condo did not disappoint. All we were looking for in a beach retreat. Already have reservations for May and looking forward to return visit. Thanks to host and hostess for bakery treat left for us and for making the whole process a really good experience from start to finish. We really appreciate the way you do things.

Wedding Weekend at Litchfield By The Sea

We loved our weekend at Newell's condo. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. Decorations were lovely and we felt very cozy there. It was steps away from the best pool at Litchfield By The Sea and a quick walk to the ocean front. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question. We are keeping the address close so we can visit again!

This property was perfect for our getaway. The condo was exceptional, the grounds were manicured well and it was very quiet. I definitely recommend this unit for a family or a personal time away. It is definitely 5 STARS.

So Much To Love!

This condo is situated in a prime spot with access to the pool and the beach. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. The owners communicated with us beforehand and during our stay. They left a gift card for us upon our arrival for a local bakery/market, which was such a special touch! You can tell their condo is special to them and they desire others to enjoy it. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

The condo was just as pictured, clean and neat. Very accommodating. My kids loved the games and books available in their room. We loved the downstairs owners closet that had additional beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. The owners have really done a good job at making it easy and comfortable. Thank you!

Great Family Beach Trip

We had a Wonderful Time, The House was Clean and well Decorated and the Kitchen Had everything we Needed, Bed were Comfortable, and the Location was Excellent. Best kept secret inside of Litchfield by the Sea

Great location! Wake up to hear the ocean, but not see any people on the beach. Interior perfectly laid out for our family of six. Walk out the sliding door to have breakfast on the patio and take the stairs down to the pool or the beach. House was well-equipped with all the little things, including a cutting board, koozies, beach towels, bottle openers, extra blankets, extra fans(for white noise), keurig & pods! Thanks, Newell and Karen. Looking forward to scheduling a future trip.

Going south to STOP

Great Location and Property

Newell was great to help us prep for our Thanksgiving at the beach. He made sure to tell us what we might need and let us know what he had. We really enjoyed cooking together in the open kitchen. The stay was perfect!

Lovely condo right on beach with pool

3 bedroom/3 bath condo is well furnished & supplied in the kitchen. Amazing pool, small hot tub & short walk to fabulous beach. Also very good restaurants nearby. We had a terrific week with family.

Incredible experience

We had the best time staying here, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable! This unit is no more than 15 steps to the pool since you have your own private, secure deck and stairs. The owner was a pleasure and property is lovely, we hope to visit again and stay here soon!

This unit is gorgeous and in a beautiful community. Very conveniently located by shopping, restaurants and attractions. The communication with the host was very good. We did have a major issue with the dishwasher during our visit, but he compensated us fairly for our inconvenience. Book this property with confidence!

We do a lot of cooking however we also enjoy the unique and various restaurants in the area.
We also enjoy bike riding throughout the resort and on the beach. Our grandchildren especially love the ability to ride around the resort in complete safety.
