The living, dining and kitchen areas have views through a wall of windows and sliding glass door to the ocean. The balcony is comfortably furnished and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. You can watch the sun rise in the morning with a cup of coffee, and watch the moon rise in the evenings with your favorite beverage and snacks. This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. Many updates and renovations throughout including furnishings, decor, light fixtures, LV Plank flooring, top of the line Whirlpool stainless appliances, and much more. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a sliding door that opens to the balcony and view. The private bathroom is beautifully renovated with a walk-in shower that has a bench seat and glass enclosure, and two separate vanities and sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 singles beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Other amenities include multiple TVs, Keurig coffee maker, reserved covered parking space by the elevator. Guests can enjoy the many amenities at Somerset - four pools, hot tubs, beach access and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging/bike paths, fishing lake, marsh overlook and much more!

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
