Good for family

A few things didn't work properly, but overall worked for our 9. Close to Seaport, aquarium and downtown Mystic Play yard was a plus for our 2 Littles Plentiful gathering space.

Close to everything, but tucked away.

Loved this home, spacious enough for our family of 5. We were hoping to go to the Aquarium, but COVID changed our plans. Did go to Foxwoods-Monday morning-less crowds. Very easy to get too. We did have trouble finding this home initially. It is on a hill, off of Cow Hill Road. A great landmark is a dental office on the right. Take the road directly across and go up hill. House is on left. Emmanuel was a fantastic host. He responded immediately each time.

House in Mystic

Our stay was pleasant. The house had adequate space for 8 people to sleep, eat together, lounge in the living room. We did not use the dining room, ate dinner and played table games on the table adjacent to the kitchen. The sunroom and outdoor deck were very nice assets. The house is close to both downtown Mystic and the Seaport, although not within walking distance. We enjoyed both those places a lot, love the little Bank bookstore. We spent quite a bit on overpriced aquarium tickets, unfortunately wejnt there on Saturday when it was way too crowded to stay. There was nowhere immediate to the house where we could walk. We could have used at least one adult game like pool or pingpong, or for outdoors maybe badminton. We forgot to bring the latter, or even a frisbee, along. But in general, we had a very nice brief family vacation. Thank you.

Great location

Very spacious, clean house. Very close to everything! The only issues were small. First, not enough plates or wine glasses, etc. for the number of renters if everyone was sitting down to eat together. However this is easily fixable. Second, previous renters didn’t seem to have taken the trash and recycling out, because they were very full, and overflowed by the time we checked out. But again, not really the fault of the owners. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful spot, beautiful property

We have been coming to the Mystic / Groton Long Point area for many summers now and have stayed in many different properties. By vote of the whole family, ranging from ages 3 to 75, this is our favorite one. There was plenty of space for our big family and the sitting areas were lovely. Plenty of space for parking and the little playground in the yard was fun, too! Washer and dryer were key amenities, used frequently. Property managers were responsive before and after our stay and we had no issues during the stay. Definitely recommend and we would absolutely stay there again!

Disappointing

Home was not very clean. Hair in master bed sheets, master bed linen dusty, inside kitchen drawers and utensils with food on them. Outside access doors broken and need of repair. Thermostat kept adjusting to hot and very cold temperatures. Ants crawling inside home near back door coming from a crack in the floor. For the amount of money charged, this is unacceptable. Actually left two nights early. Positives are it is a beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, and close to everything Mystic. I would not stay here again.

First off, let me start by saying that the hosts of this property were on the ball! We arrived to find the house very clean. We checked cabinets for what was there and found not a lot of glasses, wine glasses, sharp knives etc…..I contacted the host, Stephanie and she sent out the maintenance guy, and we showed him what was missing and he went right out and purchased EVERYTHING we needed, and then some! He was very kind, helpful and was eager to meet our needs. One weird thing was that there was really no cleaning supplies. So like if you made a mess, there was no way to clean it up. We didn’t have dish towels but the guy did bring some to us. This place was missing quite a bit of things, but after they more than willingly supplied us with what the house needed it should be well stocked! Also, don’t expect to recognize the house right away. It doesn’t look a thing like the picture on their site. Many bushes are totally overgrown, and a tree on the walkway hung over the sidewalk to the front door so you had to duck around it. It was full of tree sap! The outside needs a lot of TLC. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the walk into Mystic is very do-able. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Especially because of the great people that host this home. I’d stay there again!

The bedroom window is big and beautiful but in the early morning there is a lot of sunlight that comes directly in the room. Also i could hear the highway noise from the bedroom. The toilet paper was gone the first day LOL and also the place is tired. This is my opinion and this place needs an update

We appreciate the feedback. The light block out blinds are installed in the bedrooms. And we have inventory in the house, as well as cleaner/maintenance guys live nearby, so if we were notified that toilet paper is gone, we will direct you where to find it if not any more in the house, our staff will deliver to your door step right away.

Perfect for a long weekend

I rented this house for my wedding weekend, and it was a great spot for our group. 8 of us stayed comfortably with room to spare. There is a ton of common space to spread out - 2 sitting areas and a sun porch. There were a bunch of us getting ready in the morning, and I don't even think we used all the space. The master bedroom is the best part of the house, so if you book this place, make sure to snag that. They have a Nest so the A/C was glorious, and the owner was super responsive and even let us check in early. This is a great value for the area!

Beautiful home

We stayed in this beautiful house for two nights, and although we did not get to spend much time at the house, as we were there for a wedding, it was a great home base for us. The space is big and comfortable and the bedrooms were also very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here.

Mystic getaway

I love the Mystic area and the proximity of this house was perfect. The house is set in a quiet suburban-like neighborhood a couple of miles away from the town and just 20 minutes from the beaches we love in RI. It was clean and nicely decorated. We didn't spend much time there but when we did it was comfortable and served our needs well. Parking is a little tight and I had wished that there was another full bathroom but other than that it was an accommodating spot. The hosts were also very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had.
