Downtown Mystic Spacious Private House

Park your cars & walk to Mystic’s lively restaurant scene. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (1 on each floor) and can sleep 10. The beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, exposed bricks & wood beams are paired with all new furnishings, purchased in November 2022, to create a relaxing getaway for families, friends or groups attending local weddings. For the comfort of everyone there are 3 zones (1 on each floor) for the Central AC & heating system and 2 living rooms with cable TV.

The space
The first-floor of the historic James Packer House features one king bedroom, living room and access to the backyard. The bathroom on this level features a large walk-in shower & two sinks and is accessible directly from the bedroom and from the living room. The main (second) floor showcases a kitchen open to the dining room and living room with gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, beverage fridge, Keurig coffee machine and cooking essentials. A deck off the dining room is perfect for relaxing during happy hour as the sun sets. The main floor also has a king bedroom, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and mudroom/laundry room. Morning sun shines throughout and if you look out the side windows you can get a glimpse of the Mystic River and the train bridge. The third floor has a full bathroom with shower and two large bedrooms, one with two queen beds, the other with a king bed. Peak out the king bedroom windows to see the boats at the local marina. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful, landscaped backyard, paver patio and outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill. The main driveway can fit 3 or 4 cars! There is a second driveway that can fit two additional cars in the warmer months. This additional driveway is not plowed in the winter.

Guest access
Guests have use of all living spaces inside the house and outside entertaining areas for themselves. The garage and mechanical closets are locked. The house is equipped with a keyless entry smart door lock and security camera outside the front entrance.
