Great Spot!

We had such a good stay here! 3 minutes to Storyland allowed us to go in the morning, come home for naps & lunch, and go back in the afternoon! House is beautiful, view is great, and kids loved the bunk bed room!

Wonderful, Family-Friendly Property!!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, myself, my husband, and our 3 kids (5 yo and twins 1.5 yo). Everything was very clean and the home is well stocked, and had gates to keep the babies contained. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. Will absolutely stay again!

The house was as described. We had everything we needed. Everything was set up very welcoming, and it was comfortable and homey. The communication with the owner via email was great. The actual property manager was slow to respond until we were assigned a guest host which went great after that. Check in was easy. We didn’t have children or dogs with us but it’s the perfect house for both. Limited play area outside but mostly because there is some construction going on on the property but all to make it better! I included a few pics so others would know it was just as described! We had a great stay and would stay again.

First visit ever to Storyland

A wonderful trip! The house was perfect…open floor plan with numerous seating options. Plenty of room for various children’s activities. Beautiful kitchen…. Bedrooms spacious and private. Outdoor seating areas with beautiful views of the mountains. Less than 5 minute drive to Storyland. Will definitely rebook this property!

Storyland Family Bacation

Wonderful home! We stayed for a long weekend to visit Storyland. 6 adults and 3 children under 3. This home is beautiful and filled with all your needs including baby gates. Four minutes to Storyland, yet the home is in a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful views. Definitely recommend for a family vacation. The property management team has a quick response.

Great flexible space!

This house was a fantastic place for us to stay to visit local attractions with family. The multiple sitting rooms along with the different options for sleep came in very handy for us. I especially enjoyed the large windows which let in lots of light and the great view of the mountains. We loved the open kitchen with plenty of counter space. The cabinets were stocked with everything we needed including nice stainless steel pans, new dishware and plastic plates and bowls which we used for our kids. We would recommend this property.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We received one message from you the night before your check-out date about extending your check-out time to 8 PM. The Guest Contact responded early the next morning while you were still at the house. - While we couldn't grant an 8 PM check-out time due to the cleaner's schedule, we did allow a noon check-out to accommodate your travels as best as we could. Thank you for letting us know about your stay, we're glad to hear that our home suited all of your needs!

Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here in July and the house is very beautiful and didn't lack at all for kitchen utensils and appliances. The owners have provided all the comforts of home. Every detail right down to providing child gates, dog crates, couch blankets, games, and a new grill! The place was so clean! Even though dogs are allowed, you would never know that they were there. The property is very close to the Ellis River and there are several spots along 16/302 that you can find. We found a hidden gem 4 years ago for our dogs and for the past 4 years have been the only ones there! The only negative was that there is no AC on the lower level where the bedrooms are. The days and nights were hot so even opening a window would not have helped cool the rooms down. However, they have fans. But we brought our own. The neighborhood is very quiet and you have a great view of the mountains from the deck. Our guest contact was Karter and he was extremely helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Nice Home - Despite a few minor issues would stay again! Needs Hot Tub!

We took a chance visiting NH for the first time early in the ski season thinking further north meant more snow. Unfortunately, that was not the case. But what a beautiful state! The house was within easy commute to each Attitash and Wildcat, both mountains that had a bunny slope and one harder trail open (one not really skiable). Despite the lack of snow and torrential rains that came we had a great time with our friends. We visited North Conway shops and ate out, cooked in, and relaxed. The house was well kept, neat with nice home furnishings and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay for 6 ppl. With poor weather and a power outage, we decided to cut our stay short by one day. I did inform property management and also let them know of some areas needing addressing - batteries being replaced in carbon monoxide detectors that would not stop alarm following outage, the gas grill would not work despite having what seemed to be plenty of propane, forcing us to broil inside which resulting in a bit of smoke from the oven that needed some better cleaning. And last, there were mouse dropping in the bedroom and bedspread on our arrival, and in the bottom of the kitchen stove and bathroom vanity drawers. Having had a country seasonal rental of our own, I understand it can be hard to keep them out. I would say this means better rodent control is needed and should be thoroughly checked same day guests are expected to arrive. Property Manager did not respond to my email.

House is as described. Main living area comfortable and newly remodeled, great view to Mt Washington. Two Living rooms on main level. Bedrooms in lower level. There is a second house being built (May 2026) on shared driveway, so we had to traverse through construction zone to get to the property. Saw a bear roaming around in the AM. But overall good weekend.

A great stay at an incredible house!

What a great house! Warm, inviting and scenic are a few words that come to mind. We had absolutely no complaints during our one week stay. The house in a great location (less than 15 minutes to downtown North Conway) with lots of privacy. I would recommend this house 100 out of 100 times. We look forward to going back already!

Beautiful house with beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is up on a hill which provided beautiful views of the mountains. It was very private. Dark at night but made the view of the starry skies spectacular. The main area living space was very spacious. The kids loved the bunk room too. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will come back again!

Nice location

We came for a wedding at the Mt Washington Hotel, so made it a family trip for the week. The location is about 3 min from Story Land, and 15 mins from the center of North Conway. Easily accessible to Diana’s Baths (10 mins), and overall very convenient. We did see 3 bears roaming the street, so be cautious. Everything was really clean and updated. The two adult rooms are smaller than we thought, but it was fine. I would stay in this house again.

Great Location!

House was perfectly located near Story Land, and a short drive to North Conway. Beautiful main floor and clean, cozy bedrooms. My kids loved the bunk beds, and we all enjoyed the Mountain View’s from the porch. Would be great during ski season. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful Area and House

Beautiful house. Love the area. All the kitchen appliances you will need, I was super excited when I realized there was a crock pot there because I was able to throw dinner in and then go out for the day. My one disappointment was not having a yard, from the picture I really thought there was one but once we got there, it was just a hill in front of the house.

Very nice home with a couple issues

What a beautiful house! It was a pleasure to stay there but we did have a couple hiccups we had to tell the property manager about. The split unit AC stopped pushing cold air after the first night and the weather was quite warm. Thankfully most of us were able to sleep downstairs where it was much cooler. The queen bed mattress was concave on both sides due to a busted boxspring, which was very uncomfortable but can easily be replaced. Even given the issues we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home!

The property was in a great location - the property was clean and tidy. the property had a fire place without wood. We had to purchase all our own wood and we did not know this. That was the only issue. It was a wonderful vacation spot for skiing!!
