Ce condo de style maison de ville est parfait pour les familles! L'unité est climatisée et peut accueillir 10, y compris (2) lits King, (1) complet et (2) ensembles de lits superposés. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain principale a un balcon privé. Nouvelles mises à jour en 2018 comprennent de la peinture fraîche partout, chambre des maîtres, salon et meubles de salle à manger, appareils de cuisine, luminaires, ventilateurs de plafond, tous les draps et la décoration tout au long.

Wifi et câble privé gratuit mis à jour. TV à écran plat situé dans la chambre principale, loft et salon, tous avec lecteurs DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, des casseroles, des verres et des couverts. Cafetière Keurig disponible avec des k-tasses. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Loft placard de rangement a un pack & play, porte bébé, train table / trains et des doublons pour les petits à jouer avec!

Les équipements des saisons comprennent une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna sec, des douches et des vestiaires. Une salle de jeux avec 2 tables de billard, air hockey et plusieurs jeux vidéo et 2 tables de ping-pong. L'unité est située à 1 mile d'Attitash, à 20 minutes du mont Cranmore et à 25 minutes de Bretton Woods. Storyland est à seulement 3 miles sur la route. Echo Lake et Diana's Bath juste au coin de la rue. Les restaurants du centre-ville de North Conway et les magasins sont à seulement 15 minutes!

Clean, Cute, and Cozy

This condo was amazing! Right when you walked in it smelled so clean and looked it as well. It was perfect for our family getaway. King bed in loft was super comfy even when the kids piled in lol. Highly recommended!

Convenient property; great hosts!

The hosts Leah and Brett were wonderful to work with. They were responsive to questions and accommodating to our schedule. The home was cozy, well stocked, and a good environment for a family with kids. The full kitchen was great for prepping meals to save a little money at times during the stay. The property was located conveniently to attractions (Storyland-10 mins, Santa’s Village - 50 mins, North Conway downtown- 15 mins, and the white mountains). The property would definitely earn a 5 star rating if not for the lack of air conditioning in the master bedroom. The mini splits in unit work really well for the rest of the condo, but do not adequately cool the nice master bedroom (even with the door open). This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable in that room with the heat and humidity we had during our stay. Overall I would recommend this property!

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation with our 4 kids. The kids loved the sleeping arrangements. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of dishes and silverware to feed our large family. The amenities near the area were also very convenient.

Summer vacation

The property is nice but we would not stay here again. We paid the extra money to be in a condo and unfortunately we could not use any of the Amenities because the place was overcrowded with other guests. We only got to use the basketball court; couldn’t get near the pool, hot tub, etc. very disappointing.

Excellent Family Rental

My husband and son (3) stayed here with some friends who also have a son (3) mainly to visit Story Land and Santa’s Village. The location was ideal, and the house was in excellent condition. The kids loved the train table and duplos and the seating in the living room was comfortable and spacious for four adults and two kids. Check in and out were a breeze. We will definitely look here first when we come back to the White Mountains.

Family vacation

Second time renting this condo and couldn’t have been happier for the second time! This time my elderly mother also came with us and the first floor bedroom was perfect for anyone unable to climb stairs. The place was just as clean and well kept as it was a year ago. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kid friendly stay!!

Perfect spot for your next getaway!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. The description on the website is accurate. The condo was immaculate, and importantly for us since we like to cook, the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Nice open layout, plenty of beds (and pillows.) Close to all the local attractions. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Great Place

The unit was great. Plenty of room for everyone and clean. The amenities at the Seasons are also a bonus especially for families with children. It’s also located perfectly not far from Story Land and North Conway and also less than hour to Santa’s Village!!

Amazing place!

Extremely clean and comfortable and well-stocked. Spacious compared to other units in the area. Perfect for our family of four to enjoy a vacation in the White Mountains. The location is ideal and close to all the attractions. Wish we could have stayed longer-already planning for next year!

This is a very nice condo to stay at. It was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on having some of your meals at home. My grandkids were surprised to have a closet full of toys to play with. Communication with the owners was excellent. This condo won’t disappoint your expectations.

Great place to stay

First the owners are amazing! Second the house was equally amazing. It was such a great place to stay for the weekend. It was extremely clean. It had every amenity we could have needed (especially if something was forgotten at home). The beds were very comfortable which is always a bonus!

The condo was exactly as described and immaculate! My children LOVED the train table and legos. It was a beautiful property and just a short walk to the pond and clubhouse. We couldn’t have been happier!

Exceptional Stay

The property was immaculately clean and very spacious for a family of 7. Location was just off the beaten path of North Conway but still within 10-15 minutes of everything. The owners Brett and Leah were incredibly responsive with any questions and accommodated an extra night stay on short notice. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and neither will you if you decide to stay.

Beautiful

The property was clean and well maintained. I wish there was a bit more privacy in the upstairs loft as it was all one room with 6 beds. I was under the assumption that it was a divided room. Overall my family and I had a great vacation together!

Great property!

Clean and nicely decorated. Quiet setting in a nice condo community. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals as well as plenty of cleaning supplies. My teenagers enjoyed the large upstairs bedroom for privacy.

Wonderful condo in Bartlett

This condo was terrific - exactly as advertised and pictured. It is nicely updated and decorated, which is not true for all condos in the area. The condo was very clean and we felt 100% safe, despite all the Covid-19 concerns. The building was very quiet with well insulated walls - we never heard any of the neighbors. The condo complex was also very quiet and we enjoyed the extra amenities. The location is perfect - not too far from North Conway, Glen, and Jackson. But it is also an easy drive through Bartlett to get on the Kancamagus and head over toward Lincoln. Finally, communication with Leah was excellent - she always responded very promptly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

A wonderful trip

We had an amazing week in the White Mountains...so much to do an explore...and it was great to have a comfortable place to come back to after a busy day! This condo was everything we had hoped it would be...plenty of room for everyone and beautifully decorated. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen to be full of all the pots, pans, dishes....everything we needed! When we return to the area, we would love to rent this property again. Leah was great to communicate with, and she even quickly accommodated our request to extend our vacation by an extra day! Thank you Leah and family for sharing your vacation home with us! :)

Lovely 2 bed/2 bath with great location

Our family of 5 just had an absolutely lovely stay at this property. The onsite clubhouse was fantastic for the one thunderstormy day we had, and there were so many amenities near by (Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Storyland, etc). Kitchen was well appointed, towel and bedding all clean and provided as stated. The one surprise was that this was a one bedroom plus one large loft bedroom (with two sets of twin bunks and two larger beds). It still worked perfectly for us, but I ended up with the baby in our room, as mixing her in with the two bigger kids would have been awkward. Perhaps I misread something (did I mention I have a baby?), but I was expecting 3 separate bedrooms. I will say, like goldilocks, my big kids enjoyed sleeping in various beds, so the large loft bedroom was a huge hit!

We enjoy the white mountains primarily for winter skiing and snowshoeing. The three additional seasons bring in adventure from hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and other local attractions within an hour make this location and we’ve just about done them all!
