Cette unité de deux chambres comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Joliment et confortablement meublées, les deux chambres ont des lits queen size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon spacieux. Sur place se trouve une magnifique piscine, un espace idéal pour bronzer et se prélasser. Situé dans une impasse tranquille juste à côté de la célèbre bande de Cable Beach, des plages, des magasins d'alimentation, des restaurants de restauration rapide et fine, des magasins - y compris le marché de paille local, et des hôtels sont tous à quelques pas. Pour visiter l'île à votre convenance, nous avons une voiture de location disponible, qui comprend une navette gratuite depuis l'aéroport. Ce SUV de location fait des jets autour de Nassau un jeu d'enfant.

Wha a dump!!

We arrived at the house and it was dirty, smelly and in total disrepair!! Ended up finding different accommodations immediately!!! The underwater pool light fixture was hanging out and exposed wires in the water!!! Total false advertising for the property!!

Absolutely Amazing

Everything about Villa and neighborhood is top tier...the pool is definitely a go to the water stays warm even at night. We no no issues things are walking distance such as restaurants beaches local stores and restaurants. We enjoyed 6nights .there

Not on beach

This is not on the beach and cannot walk anywhere as there are no sidewalks! Have plenty of cash majority of the taxis take cash only and not cheap. There are no lounge chairs at the pool either just a small table

Cute and comfortable house. Nice break from the cold.

We loved the cute house and pretty surroundings and pool. Unfortunately there weren't enough eating utensils for the four of us. There were also no paper towels or napkins. The location looks good, and is good if you have a car and dare drive on the left side of the road. But it is diificult to get anywhere without a vehicle. We ended up stumbling through the forest to get to the grocery store, fast food, bus stop, and beach. It was a scary hike, but the only way we could find.

Communication with Dion was awesome his response time was excellent. He checked on us the whole trip and made sure that we were good. The house was clean on arrival, I stayed in the pool. Overall I had a great time. I will definitely come back.

It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived.

Good rental near Nassau

My family and I (4 total, kids age 8 and 12) stayed here a week for spring break a few weeks ago. The rental was easy to find, with a good amount of space, and a pool! I was concerned that the pool was outdoors because I'm used to lanai's in Florida, but we never found lizards/frogs/other animals in or around the pool. It's also maybe private to the rental? We were the only ones to use it, but it was late March, so I'm not sure. One negative that won't be around forever is construction behind the property. Monday to Saturday until 4pm had a fair amount of construction noise. Sometimes very loud hammering and grinding. But that will go away when it's done for anyone reading this review. The rental is close to two grocery stores, and I agree with some of the other reviews about sparse supplies in the house. Coffee and filters were appreciated, though.

Not what we expected

Came for a basketball tournament and extended stay. We loved the pool and the neighborhood was safe, centrally located. Condition of the home needs upgrading. Couches and mattresses were very uncomfortable. Toaster didn’t work, not much in flatware and dishes for 4 people. Photos were a little deceptive. You get what you pay for!!

This property was immaculately clean and comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the unit was a "stand-alone". Everything we needed to feel at home was there. All of the equipment and utilities were in working order. Overall, we were very impressed with the property.

Better than a hotel!

Everything about the property was wonderful and on point. The two bedrooms were easily accessible, 1 on the 1st fl for anyone with a mobility issue and walk-in shower, 2nd bedroom and bathroom upstairs. A full kitchen with microwave and small coffee maker, not a Kuerig. Shopping is close by, and in walking distance. There is also a pool, which was very clean and had 4 chair and a table poolside that was great for sitting in the sun or coffee in the morning. There is also a washer dryer, wifi, and general instructions for various things in the house. The only issue was getting transportation in and out of there. If you're not renting a car, try to get the taxi driver who gets you there to take you around or recommend another driver who will. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

Bahama's Bliss

We had a fantastic time in Nassau, so much to see and do. Our hosts Dion and Indy were a wealth of local knowledge for places to eat and tips on excursions. The kids spent almost 24/7 in the pool. Other highlights were Jaws Beach, Stuart Cove for snorkling, crack conch, the Bahamas Rum Cake Factory and Louis & Stern for coffee, beignets and that view. Highly recommend hiring the car that comes with the property - makes for a much easier to explore.

Quiet Hideaway

The hose is located at the end of a dead end street in a very good residential neighborhood with little to no traffic. The furniture was comfortable and and the place was roomy. Though i did not partake - the new pool is a very nice feature.

Location was a bit of a walk anywhere. The store is directly behind the home but not accessible without going through a wet field area or walking several blocks. The beach is several blocks away.

Everything was perfect for us. I would recommend others to stay. The only thing that wasn’t ready by the time we came was the pool but eventually it was cleaned for us. Would just suggest to have it clean before check in and maybe another mattress topper for sleep comfort. Besides that this stay was very convenient and great for me and my cousins

It started before we even saw the property when Dion's wife waited 2 hours for us to go through customs to pick us up from the hotel. Then, Dion was available for our multiple questions and renting his car was very useful as you will need a vehicle to do anything. He even agreed to take us to Atlantis instead of back to the airport when we left.

Great Host

Great accommodation and location. We settled on this location because of all the wonderful reviews of the host, Dion. He exceeded our expectations. He picked us up at the marina, drove us around and showed us different places and even stopped at the rum cake factory so our daughter could buy one! His recommendations for food were spot on and the rental car made it very convenient for us to get out and about and explore (although not necessary as a lot of places are within walking distance and we saw lots of public buses). We did spend some quite time and around the pool which was a nice touch as well.

Perfect for a family of 4

A car rental is a must unless you are not planning on leaving the house. This property is in a great part of Nassau (Cable Beach) where my wife and 20 yr old daughter were able to walk the neighborhood without worry. We travelled by car to all the popular beaches and never had trouble finding parking. We packed our own tent for shade on beach, and two collapsable high back beach chairs since this property doesnt have that amenity. Hand and dish soap was there, some toilet paper… In summary, it was a great deal (for what you pay, this was perfect)!

Amazing condo

The townhouse was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Dion was very accommodating. The condo had all of the basic nessecities. The Wi-Fi always had a strong signal. The cable channels that were included are more than basic cable. The location is perfect you, are within walking distance of many shopping plazas. I still recommend renting a car because you are on the far side of the island and it is about a 30 minute ride to down town. I will definitely be back to Dion's condo!

Great Host

Rented this home for my stay in the Bahamas prior to a sailing trip. Dion picked us up from the airport and being able to rent his car was a huge bonus. I cannot say enough nice things about Dion. He is absolutely the best host I have ever encountered. We were even able to rent his car after the sailing trip even though we did not rent the house. (We had reservations at a resort for the end of our trip.). Dion even paid me the deposit within 3 days after the end of the rental (without me having to request it) - First time that has ever happened. Home is in a great area and convenient to downtown, grocery store and restaurants.

Island vacation for a week

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage on Yorkshire Street. The location was great it was very quiet and close enough to get around in our rental car. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. We were able to relax and spread our more than it we had stayed in a hotel. We used the kitchen to eat breakfast and snacks mostly and dined our each evening. Lots of great options. We were able to explore some of the off the grid parks and beaches. We spent one day with a beach pass at the Breezes Resort it was very decent. Only suggestion: look into the water pressure on the first floor bathroom the shower was not usable due to this so we used the upstairs shower - and there was 1 small beach chair provided we never did find a store to purchase a second one as well as a small beach umbrella - this would have been a nice touch. Overall, excellent experience!

Great stay, excellent host!

We cannot say enough about Dion's hospitality. From the time we booked until leaving, we received five star treatment. He knows so much about Nassau, its history and all of the great spots to eat and beach. Every place he recommended was right on point. Everything you need in a vacation home is available here....including the rental car! The house is close to all, but you still need a car to see all that this island has to offer. The bus service is limited and there is no actual schedule for the bus to stop. They come when they come. Lol. You will save money by taking advantage of Dion's rental car. He will even pick you up from airport and drop you off! That alone saves on taxi fare from airport which will cost $50 each way. We loved our stay in Cable Beach.

Live like locals

The owner was great, easy to communicate with, quick response. Property had all basic necessities. No extras, no coffee filters, no laundry soap, no consumables. Used the empty lot to walk across to amenities, rather than longer walk around. Biggest complaint would be lack of cleanliness. I could not stand the condition of the pillows on the couches, purchased laundry detergent and washed them right away. Attention to detailed cleaning missed. I also washed the light switches, so I didn't stick to them. I did not get to the floor, we just wore our sandals indoors. The pool was lovely and very clean. Is a nice basic unit that would be fine to stay in with a deep clean inside.
