Sunrise Beach Villas - Condo de luxe 1 chambre situé sur Beachfront Resort

Cette villa de luxe d'une chambre avec une belle vue sur le jardin, dispose d'une chambre séparée et d'une salle de bain complète située à l'étage du salon principal. Le premier étage avec sa 1/2 salle de bain, sa cuisine, son salon et sa terrasse sont parfaits pour préparer vos propres repas et simplement vous détendre. Pour votre commodité, il existe également des appels locaux gratuits ainsi que des appels illimités gratuits vers les États-Unis, le Canada et le Royaume-Uni.

Une piscine en cascade entourée de belles plantes tropicales et de palmiers est à quelques pas du condo. Une piscine pour enfants est attachée pour toute la famille. Juste à côté de la piscine se trouve le Viola's Restaurant & Bar où vous pourrez déguster une bonne boisson tropicale ou même déjeuner ou dîner. Vous pouvez également regarder votre équipe sportive préférée sur l'un des téléviseurs grand écran.

Le complexe est situé sur une belle plage de sable blanc afin que vous puissiez profiter des eaux de l'océan ou faire une belle promenade.

Le soir, détendez-vous et dînez sur votre terrasse privée ou si vous préférez, une courte promenade de dix minutes vous amènera au Marina Village de l'Atlantis où vous pourrez dîner dans l'un des nombreux restaurants. Vous pouvez également profiter des animations nocturnes à Violas, en particulier la soirée karaoké toujours populaire le vendredi.

Great location!

This condo is located in a beautiful beach, but also has two wonderful pools too! It was just big enough for my husband and I. The owner is absolutely amazing and can help with anything (24 hours a day!). There is a restaurant on the propriety if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Food is ok.

Beautiful Property at Sunrise

My daughter and I stayed in Steve's place and had an enjoyable time. Steve is very responsive and the condo was very clean and had all the essentials. It's steps away to the beautiful beach and pools.We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay

The property has quick access to a beautiful beach. The area was quiet, perfect for well deserved time down. We paid a reduced rate of 40/day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach, well worth it, There are some shade areas on the beach where many just laid towels. Steve was very prompt to answer any questions and was great to work with.

Rest & Relaxation

This place was clean and comfortable. The owner was communicative throughout our stay, available to answer any questions. The reason I selected is because of close proximity to the beach and Viola's Restaurant on property is pretty good. I would definitely book again.

Perfect Location!!

I went to Paradise Island with my friend and my two teenage kids. Steve's property was just what we needed!! It was within steps to the beach and a short walk away from Atlantis property! We would do the beach during the day and the Atlantis nightlife at night. Steve was a wonderful host!! Was very responsive if we needed anything. His place was as advertised and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Condo

Hurricane Mathew left us without a hotel and Steve saved the day! The condo is just as pictured and it really is a short walk to the beach. Viola's is a great amentity, they help you with everything and have service on the beach. Highly recommend Sunrise Beach Villa's with or without children, just call Steve he has all the info you need while living on island time.

Christmas Engagement

Steve was very nice and accommodating. Our stay was wonderful. The condo is very nice. Nicest one we have stayed in there at Sunrise Beach Villas. Very clean. Decor was nice. Kitchen was very nice also, with the stainless steel appliances and newer cabinets with granite counter tops. Our daughter got engaged at the Cloisters on christmas day. She had no idea. Was such an awsome experience. We stayed 11 days. Can't wait to go back. Will definitely rent from Steve again. Thanks Steve for everything

First time using VBRO, had a great host and amazing experience!

We had an amazing time! Would highly recommend Steve’s property to family and friends without hesitation. Everything that we could possibly need from beach chairs (and sand toys!) to towels to cook utensils, this place had it. This property is bigger than it appears in the listing. It was more than big enough for our group of 3 adults and 1 child. The folks at Viola's were amazingly welcoming and the location to beach couldn’t be beat. Steve set us up with his transportation team and they were also super helpful. Being able to take the driver up on his offer to hit up the grocery store was worth it. Steve was an amazing host and always available. Had a great trip! Thanks Steve.

Nice Beach Location

We stayed for one week, just 2 of us. To try and fit more people into this unit is possible, but would have been crowded for us. Having said that, all the basics are there, working AC, patio and barbeque, full kitchen, bathroom on each level, working TV, beach chairs, on-site restaurant for a quick meal. By far, the condo's best feature is it's location to near-by (walk-to) activities, shops, restaurants and beautiful beach. The beach is outstanding, especially if you decide to walk further away from the main hotels. Spiral staircase might be a challenge for some, but all the one bedroom units have them. Steve is a concerned and good communicator for questions or problems that might arise. Steve, thanks for great vacation!

Amazing Vacation Rental and Management

My husband and I rented this villa and our best friends rented the connecting one next door (both managed by the property manager, Steve K.). We travel frequently together and all agreed this arrangement and location was the best ever - over luxury hotels and multi-room villas. Each villa was fully stocked with cooking essentials and took the stress out of finding somewhere to eat for a simple breakfast or taking a picnic at the beach. No dressing up to find food...morning coffee and breakfast on the patio was fantastic. The villa locations are perfect as they sit quietly between the direct access to the pool one way and to the beach the other. The set-up is very efficient, charming and private. We will definitely rent again. The best part is the manager, Steve...extremely efficient and professional. He provided us all of the information in advance, so much so, that we had to assist other vacationers. They asked how we knew so much and we were able to say our manager took care of us. It is a short walk to the onsite restaurant, Viola's, that delivers/offers pretty good food (honey garlic wings are amazing) and interesting entertainment. It is a short walk to Atlantis and a local cabbie stop. Easy access to everywhere. We preferred to use Steve's recommendations for cab service as they were the friendliest, knowledgeable and very professional. As a frequent traveler, this stay choice actually racks up there on my repeat visit list.

Boy oh boy! My daughter and I, had the best holiday!The Bahamas is so beautiful and so picturesque!Steve’s place was amazing and absolutely incredible.He is such a wonderful person and a wonderful host, so incredibly attentive. We had a lot of correspondence before our arrival and he was very personable. Steve‘s place is so close to everything on Paradise Island and only a quick trip to downtown Nassau. We were practically on the beach of Cabbage Beach with water that we have never seen before, so clear, absolutely stunning, like postcard worthy! His place is beautiful and had everything that we needed. I honestly cannot recommend his place highly enough. We were so sad to leave, my daughter was crying! and we can’t wait to return! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.Thank you so much for having us there Steve.

Fantastic unit for our stay! Owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked and responded quickly! The property is great and the beach access was AWESOME! There were maybe 4 other people near us on the beach at any one time, so so nice!! Would recommend this rental over and over! Also…don’t listen to the poor reviews of Violas, food was very good and service was top notch!

We could not recommend Sunrise Beach Villa enough. The condo was clean and comfortable. Steve was an amazing host and very prompt with responding back. His driver, Monique, was great! She gave us all the tips for our stay here. Take the water taxi to the Fish Fry. It was a fun and inexpensive experience. We rented beach chairs from Freddy’s Beach Service. They are relocated on the beach infront of the property. Violas and Anthony’s were our two eating places for night time. Excellent food and drinks!!! MyOnly recommendation would be to pack a blanket. The AC and fan are top notch. We will definitely be back!

The host communicated well and promptly. The appliances were new, and the bed was comfortable for us. Some thoughts: Spiral stairs – We are seniors and had to unpack and carry clothes upstairs. They are unnerving and steep if one has stability issues. With the bath upstairs, and if we did not have the physical capacity to climb the steps, we would have had a real problem. You should have let this be known. Bath Tub – very slippery, no hand rails or bath mat. very dangerous for seniors. We preferred purified water as recommended. We needed a taxi to get it.

Sunrise Villa Condo

Very disappointed in the condition of the condo. It needed multiple repairs, seems it has had very little upkeep or updating in many years. Had many personal items of the owners stashed away in corners, cleaning supplies tucked under stairs , fold away bed out in the dining area. multiple cabinets locked. no safe. The entire complex has not been kept up, and the grounds are not well kept or cleaned on a regular basis. Overall very very disappointed in this condo and would definitely not recommend, It is close to the beach.

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed going for long walks on the beach and the unit was very quiet. I wish we could have stayed another week. Paradise! Hope to be back again one day.

Amazing location

Sunrise Beach Villas is a gem of a place to stay, and we really enjoyed Steve's place! Steve was wonderful. All sorts of thoughtful touches like beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Better bedding would be amazing but that's a small quibble. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!
