We had an absolutely amazing week for our first time in Bahamas. Carole was great to deal with and was very quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. Everything in the unit was as described. The living space was fantastic and bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was ideal for being close to both major grocery stores as well as restaurants. Hopping on the bus to get to Cable Beach and downtown Nassau was extremely convenient and the best way to travel. Overall, this is somewhere I’d go back to without hesitation.

The Host is AMAZING. We were supposed to stay from Jan 16th to 23rd however we ended up extending our stay until the 25th. Carol was most accommodating and moved some reservations around to allow us to stay the extra 2 days. Our flight got cancelled for another 2 days due to weather and Carol once again accommodated us as well and we stayed in the same condo without having to move. I recommend this place hands down. Walking distance to grocery store, LCBO and other amenities.

I want to keep this place a HUGE secret but I have to be honest and tell all.....First, the photos do no justice. The 3 bedrooms were nice sized and well appointed. The main BR in the front had a comfy bed, huge closet, storage and a full bathroom with tub and shower, balcony but no television. The second bedroom same but no balcony but did have a brand new television. The 3rd floor BR has 2 queen beds, full bath, new tv and a sofa and a partition for additional privacy if needed. Each room has own a/c system and ceiling fans. The main floor had a great seating and work areas, lots of electrical outlets, wifi, new tv, washer and dryer, a half bath and a fully outfitted kitchen. Even a few condiments, spices, coffee, paperproducts etc.The pool was right out the door and was for all intents and purposes, a private pool for #4. Nobody else used it the entire week. Now the water was pretty cool so only a few minutes was enough. The neighborhood is within a few blocks of stores, 1 block from Bay Street at Cable Beach, and minutes from the Bahamar complex, fish fry, the airport and close to everything else worth seeing in Nassau. Perfect location.The only issues were front lock a little tricky, the migrant dogs barking all night....guess everyone in the neighborhood is used to it because nobody yelled at them except me and the low water pressure. Staff was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! KUDOS TO HIM. Took care of us. Look forward to next trip.

The host was great and very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We had two families of 4 and there was lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, has lots of pots and pans - a toaster would be a great addition. The location was perfect, close to multiple stores and beaches, easy to access transit and walking distance to Baha Mar. we would definitely recommend checking it out!

Spacious, comfortable, welcoming, clean and basic essentials provided. Carole was great to work with and check on us daily. Cons: loud neighborhood at night, lots of dogs roaming and bark all night. Lots of traffic at night, it was really difficult to get a good nights sleep but should not something Carole can control. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were much more comfortable here than we would have been in a hotel resort.

Carol was the best host EVER!! She was very accommodating and was available for all of our needs. Lawrence and Sherry from the taxi service was very reliable and made sure that we made our destinations on time for scheduled events.

I would give the place a score of 9 out of 10.Due to the facts the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleand. The rooms bed linens unpillows were old and outdated. The bedroom where I stayed the bathroom did not work the whole 4 days.The grounds keeper tried to fix the bathroom but it did not work.

Property was great and in a perfect location. Couple of comments...there wasn't any soap dispensers in some of the bathrooms and no hand towels or mirror in the downstairs or top floors one. If you also have a salt and pepper shaker that'd be great,,,just some small things. We had a great time !

Carole, the host, is incredible!!!

We came here to stay for a few days before our wedding and to have our parents stay the remained of the time we were on the island. The place is in close enough walking distance to food, grocery, and several beach access points. It was super clean throughout our stay and was the perfect amount of room for 8 people, even though we only had 4 there at a time. From the moment we stepped on the property to the day we left, Carole was always attentive and kept us updated with things going on around the island. She was able to give us great food recommendations, the easiest steps to finding transportation, and provide us comfort during an island wide power outage that cut out the AC and WiFi. Any issue we had, Carole was quick to walk over and fix it and get technicians out to do the things she was unable to do. If you ever wondered if you should go to a hotel or rent this property, you would be crazy to go the hotel route. We do a ton of traveling and I’ve never stayed at a place where the host was as on top of everything as she was! We will be sure to come back to stay here if we ever come back!

Home was clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Comfortable with lots of space. Home was low on some supplies (dish soap, laundry soap lacking) and no salt/pepper. But otherwise very nice and comfortable. Staff on site was very friendly.

Excellent stay with family

We had a wonderful stay here in October. Unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 7. Washer and dryer worked well and are a necessity on vacation with 5 kids. We rented a car and had a blast driving all over the north side of the island, to different beaches and attractions. Taxis are plentiful if you are uncomfortable driving on the left. I would have liked one more large nonstick pan. I’d have bought one myself and left it if we had stayed longer. A shared outdoor barbecue area would also be a nice addition. The unit was maybe slightly more outdated than it appears in the pictures, but overall we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to book here again. Host Carole was very communicative and helpful. Thank you!!

Dive trip

There are few hosts that have better communication than Carol. She was quick to respond and check in super easy. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable. It was located next to the pool which was really convenient. It was a little surprising that two of the four bathrooms didn’t have any mirrors. Also if you plan to do any cooking I would bring you some spices as there wasn’t any there but overall it’s a great location and a really nice place.

We booked a trip to Nassau with the expectation that we would explore as much of Bahamas as we could from this Cable Beach location, and that's exactly what we did. Upon and throughout our stay, the property manager and grounds keeper were beyond 100% attentive and focused on making sure our stay met all our needs. The property was very spacious and comfortable for our evenings and mornings while there. I would not consider this location walkable to the beach. The road is quite busy, tight, and a bit far from the closest beach. We did find it very necessary to have a rental car for the week. I'm so glad we did that and were able to privately park on the property site. There are several close and beautiful beaches that we drove to (beside Sandals, Nirvana/Love Beach and Jaws Beach) that were both very beautiful and welcoming by the locals. Within 20 minutes, we were able to drive to Paradise Island, park in the Atlantis garage, pick up several of our excursions and spend a few days at Atlantis, all while returning this comfortable rental for a quiet, restful evening. I highly recommend Blue Lagoon if you have children and Tropical Breeze Tours Fun & Sun is a MUST....best experience we have ever had as a family. I would recommend this property to anyone who is seeking a vacation in the Bahamas where you want to explore and enjoy more that one spot. You cannot beat the hospitality at this property. All of the other reviews completely live up to their reputation.

Great Stay!!

This location is an amazing island stay. The location was great and in a place where no matter what you wanted to do it was easily accessible. Communication with the Host was A++++. Have never had a host so available and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of prior to our staying, and during our stay. She recommended a taxi service that went above and beyond and was so kind and helpful. I mention that we had a few things come up only to share that the host communicated with us and rectified them immediately! There are some things that just come with island living that the host has no control over but nothing that took away from our stay! One of the best rental experiences!! Thank you so so so so much!

One week stay

Our family of 6 adults stayed here for a week. The property is clean though a bit rundown especially the bathrooms. The water in our bathtub was very slow to drain. We were allowed an early checkin which was much appreciated. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 king beds on the top floor and each sleeping area has its own bathroom which was great. Air conditioning worked great. Beds are comfortable. The pool area is small but sufficient. In the description it says beach towels however there were only 2 for our party of 6. Sandy port and cable beach are about a 15 min walk away and groceries are nearby. All in all this property suited our needs for our stay!
